Been going here for quite some time now and the owner always provide great customer service every time. This store has gotten so much better under new management. The new manager/owner was extremely helpful to us in choosing the right engagement ring for me, from what type of stone to the band type and she also provided a great discount as well! All her display jewelry are very pretty and they can make you keep staring at them! That’s what happened to me lol. I would definitely recommend anybody to come to her store to shop.

I was first speaking to Staci (store owner/manager) over the phone in 2017, my impression of her at the time was that she was patient and very knowledgeable about certain investment products. She thoroughly addressed all my questions and made me feel at ease if I was going to do business with her. In August 2018, I came in-person to purchase a few items (40k worth) from her. Staci made the buying process very easy for me. I think it was mainly because of the communication between Staci and I. She responded to calls and provided me the status of the delivery. Additionally, I’m happy with what I purchased knowing that the price was fair. Staci was very honest and very straight-forward when it comes to negotiation. I was able to verify that the price she gave me was fair through online database. So here are the reasons for 5 stars: 1) Fair prices – as stated above 2) Great communication – as stated above 3) Customer’s interest first – It appears to me that the store manager cares about the Customer’s interests and her store’s reputation; she genuinely provided me great information when I called in 2017 without pushing me to buy her products. Noted that I didn’t come in till August 2018 to purchase their products. 4) On-time – my orders came in on-time as I expected.

What service!!! The staff at Kim Chau went above and beyond to help me find the perfect watch for my husband at Christmas time. Being the procrastinator that I am, I was able to have his present ready and under the tree by Christmas. Granted, the watch that I chose was backordered but Kim Chau was able to give me options and even helped me to pick out the perfect alternative. He loved it! Past to Present – This is a long, overdue review for my beautiful ring that I not only purchased from Staci Le (Kim Chau & Company - Jewelers) but had her also bring my design to life. Quick history, my mother passed when I was nineteen (I’m now over 50). It wasn’t sudden but our family, like most, was very special. Within the past few years, my father gave me the wedding ring that he had proposed to her with. It was a special memento for him – and it was now a very special piece for me too. Combining some additional loose stones that I had acquired over the years - just waiting for a new life, I decided to stop in and visit “Kim Chau Jewelers” to explore options for my vision. It’s funny – I have driven by Staci’s store for years but never thought about dropping in to simply look around – my (BIG) mistake! Awesome store!! Staci and I met in person a few times to discuss things – then via text and email to complete the whole process. The real value for any individual looking to create or design a piece of jewelry was that Staci took the time to listen to me and understand not just the history of everything but how I wanted to bring life into my design. (Please see pictures.) The base, in white gold, is tulip-shaped to match my girlfriend’s favorite flower. The design of the stones is the Yin and Yang encircling an aquamarine stone, bookended with diamonds that trail down the band. My words aren’t enough for the ring and the pictures cannot come close to capturing its elegance. In short, if you are in my position with ANY idea – please give Staci a call. If you don’t have a particular direction in mind and are looking for a special piece of jewelry, you will be incredibly impressed with the options that she offers and can make any adjustments that you’d like! My fiancée and I totally recommend Kim Chau Jewelry! We went to several jewelers around town looking for a particular wedding band and got quotes from large chain stores to family owned operations. Our best experience has to be here! My fiancée found a band that she loved but it didn't nest well around her engagement ring because the ring flares out at the top. We worked with Staci to create a custom band that would match the curvature of the engagement ring. Never did we ever imagine we'd get custom jewelry but it actually came out more economical than off-the-shelf rings at other stores! Staci was awesome to work with and we would recommend her to our friends and family.
