Great place, fair prices. Mark has some really genius designs - reversible pendants, and even reversible rings, I’ve not seen anything like them anywhere else. Very cool shop, right in the neighborhood.

They lock customers out. My fiancé was going to shop for wedding bands and they wouldn't allow her in the store. This happened during open business hours.

I called the store, I gentleman picked up and did not even say the name of the store. I asked him was it Kliens jewelers, he said, yes, and told me it’s 4 o’clock in the morning where he was. I was kind of clueless, because I chose the phone number of the store two minutes away from me. Anyway, he did not seem helpful, and I was not sure why I called the number that had the person and such a different time zone. If he was on vacation, he probably should have had an answering service. I don’t know. It was just weird. I’m not judging their work, I’m charging the customer service.
