I came here to bring my family in for a covid rapid test and a PCR test in the same visit. I really was grateful for the kind staff and efficient processes in place for this urgent care. I actually went to another urgent care and sat in line for hours even with a scheduled appointment, I wish I would’ve went here first I would not have wasted half a day at another location. Start to finish process took about 45 minutes and that is not bad for a family of five! We received our test results back for the rapid in like 20 minutes after testing and although we were told it would take 3 to 5 days we received a call back within like 36 hours. I’m not sure what lab partnership this urgent care has, but it is fast , efficient and accurate!

Easy rapid testing. Even with high demand the line went fairly quickly. I was there at 11 and done by 11:45. There was no fuss or issues and I received my results by early evening. They had a great system going and kept up with the needs of their surrounding community and no one was turned away. The staff had a very positive and kind attitude considering how crazy long the line was.

This was an excellent find for Covid 19 testing. Curb side. And Stephanie, our sweet, compassionate and AWESOME nurse had the best way of tending to my daughter and alleviating her worries. So so great! Thank you guys so much!

From the moment you walked in the receptionist was rude. Then I was taking back to a room to have a strep, COVID, and flu test. First of all I did not have a sore throat, second it’s not a flu season, I went ahead and had the COVID test for whatever reason they wanted me to have it. They then told me to wait in my car for results. So I was seen by a nurse and that’s it. Clearly I have a sinus Infection. Pressure in sinus and nasal drainage are evident. Why waist time? The doctor could have been checking me instead of waisting my time waiting for a results. Regardless of what you come in for you get tested for COVID, and Flu. After the doctor never even sees you. They just call you on the phone and the hang up on you. No one listened to my lungs, no one checked my ears or nose. I do not recommend this place at all. It’s sad I had to tell them how to provide medical care because they are not capable of it. At this point they have neglected and denied me medical care. If my symptoms worsen they will be held accountable for any further medical Damage.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I was seen January 4, 2023, the receptionist “had issues processing my health insurance card” so I paid in cash. I submitted a claim, my insurance paid Entrust directly. I’ve been following up with the billing department for my refund which Entrust is refusing to reimburse me for after my health insurance paid them directly. If I could rate this place a zero-star rating I would. This issue is a nightmare and worst customer service ever!

Xiomara and Leticia provided wonderful customer service during our visit with Entrust. Our day started so stressful and hectic looking for a location that could accept our insurance. So once we arrived there we were already in a bad mood. Their attentiveness and service made out day so much better. Thank you

Excellent customer service & care. I brought my daughter in because she had a sinus infection. They first checked for strep and Covid to rule that out. That was the right thing to do. The provider then met with my daughter and assessed her for a sinus infection. Everyone there is competent, efficient and extremely customer service oriented. I highly recommend

I am from Arizona here visiting my mom & sister. I had a very violent reaction to their cat & really needed some assistance. Dr. He has been fabulous! I needed a follow-up appointment today & the office staff were just as genuinely caring as the were for my first visit. If you are looking for immediate care & healing, this is your place. It has been well-named!

I came to see if I had a fracture, and it turns out I did. Felix was the X-ray Technologist. He was polite. The whole staff was nice.

Dr. Gouxiang He is an awesome doctor. Very professional, polite and patient. He explained everything about my illness to me. I feel like he really went out of his way to help me get over my sickness. Nicest guy ever.

The reason why I came to this urgent care is because of a mysterious rash in my back that I thought was shingles. Another reason I came here other than it is close to my home is that it is in my network with blue cross blue shield. I paid $145 for my visit. I thought the process was very quick and simple to check in by walking in. I wasn’t in full emergency mode, but if I were, I think I would be admitted pretty quickly. I had to wait for the doctor since he had to take care of another patient, but I thought it was still pretty immediate for an urgent care. Doc said it wasn’t shingles or anything that would be dangerous to my overall health, so that eased my concern, which was what I was looking for to begin with. I do recommend this location, if you’re close to it. If something happens to me again in the future, I’d most likely return to this place.

I went in thinking I had a fractured rib the doctor examine me and did a urine test to rule out a kidney stone and everything came back normal. Just a tear on my flank muscle from playing in a tennis tournament. The staff was very nice and the Doctor was great also. A good place to go.

Very nice and caring staff. Knowledgeable team. Fast service. The only downfall was my patient room 4 floor was dirty. I thought I was blood on the floor but staff assured me it wasn’t. However a good mop or towel would work to clean it up.

The best rated of 3 options presented to me by my insurance provider, I walked in with severe asthma and upper respiratory issues. Reception and the entire staff were efficient. Dr. Jomuad was exceptionally caring and compassionate as were Brian (Nurse or PA?) and her radiologist. A bit wary of urgent care services billing practices, I hope not to be surprised in a few; but, based on my experience, I would return to this location again if ever needed.

Going forward, this will be the only Urgent Care center I will go to in Houston. The wait was minimal. The entire team was fantastic from start to end. Thank you for the great experience.

The two heavy set ladies at the front desk(one Hispanic and one is black) were rude, unfriendly, ,unwelcoming and unhelpful. You could tell they hate their jobs and were both ready to go home. I was not greeted when I entered and they barely said 2 words to me. They forgot to give me my discharge papers so I had to go back in to get them there was no apologies when I complained about the service the black girl replied by saying "that's interesting". As a sick patient you should not have to deal with this kind of treatment and I will never come back. and will tell ever

We have had to use this urgent care center many times. Originally for Covid tests. But also when my teen has been sick. Dr. He is very kind. Their nurses are also attentive and helpful. My co-pay is reasonable. Sometimes there is a wait but I appreciate the ability to check in online.

I went in with a terrible cough, wheezing throat and lungs. I stopped taking my pre asthma meds a month ago and was having a rebound effect. The staff was quick, efficient, professional, and caring. I definitely recommend enTrust Urgent Care Center. I had a wonderful experience and am sure that anyone would be pleased with the cost effective caring service that they will receive.

The staff was very caring and helpful. There was no waiting before I was called to the back. The Nurse Practitioner was great. She explained what was going on. I definitely recommend this urgent care if you want the best care.

Not so great. Went there 2 days ago for a covid test. This is my second time there. Went there for a test about 1 year ago too. Both times they got it wrong. Said Negative when I was positive both times. This last time, took my insurance and still charged me for the visit/test. Talk about double dipping. I would not have mined so much if they could at least accurately diagnose. Thanks to their incompetence, I Exposed my 88 year old parents to covid. The technician barely swabbed the inside of my nostril. I asked him just in case ,"are you sure you got it in far enough"? He replied yes. But I had my doubts. Suffice to say, I won't be going back.

Dr. Guoxiang David He, took the time to call me with my test results and provided me with an Rx right after closing time. I really appreciate the urgency he took to contact me. Thank you Dr. He and his kind staff for taking the time to see me in such a quick timely manner. I definitely recommend this location!

Doctor He does exceptional work treating a wide variety of health conditions. His experience and skills are superb! His treatment proved to be very efficient. I would definitely recommend him for your immediate care needs

Everyone at Entrust Urgent care are amazing. I brought my son in for a sports physical for high school football we barely had to wait to be brought back. I know sometimes we have to wait but they try their hardest to get patients back as fast as they can. It started being greeted by Tania and Eboni such friendly people. Then my son was called back by Bryan who was so nice and helpful!!!! Brigitte was amazing and made my son feel at ease during his exam!!! Highly recommend Entrust for all your urgent care or sport physicals needs.

Regarding the treatment of the medical staff, I am very grateful..., they were very kind, attentive and professional in the care provided... I thank the entire medical team that treated me and especially Amaya... who gave me her help kindly to translate the doctor's instructions into Spanish... and provide me with pleasant and professional support...
