My family, my friends and I have been a patient of that clinic for almost 20 years and we have never had any problems with the doctors. But now We are very upset with the attitude of the staff at the front desk. Faced with that rude and arrogant, cutting attitude, I don't know how the manager who runs that clinic has not done something about it. I will not refer anyone to that clinic again. I am very comfortable because I like the treatment that the doctors give and because the clinic is accessible to people who do not have insurance, but I prefer to change the clinic because I know that in this time the manager have not done anything to take care of the treatment given by the staff at the front desk to the patients.

I have been going at this clinic for years, but for the last few years, this place has become very unorganized and there is no empathy/sympathy for regular patients. They tell me in the morning that on my blood report, my glucose level is slightly low and the Doc will call me to redo my BP medications. After four hours, when I called them back, they lost my blood sample and was told I need to redo my blood sample. HOW THE HELL CAN YOU LOOSE A BLOOD SAMPLE AFTER YOU TELL ME, MY GLUCOSE LEVEL IS LOW AND WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR IT AGAIN, WHEN IT IS NOT MY FAULT ? If Centra Clinic cannot provide good service, I hope the Health Department shuts them down. I will call and complain to the Health Department and to Better Business Bureau...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Truly loved Dr. Honny had my kids in her practice for years. After so many mistakes(was never aware of abnormal labs or referrals), no calls nor answering phones. I never switch because it was a walk in clinic, very reliable for us single working mothers. I will be looking for a new family clinic. 3 months and never received an imaging referral. They too busy(but not busy to try to charge when my son has insurance) with their ugly attitude and rolling eyes. The front desk check in (worst customer service ever) as soonest I walked in she seemed bother since I walked in 35 mins before 7pm. Trying to start a process all over again after 3 months it’s ridiculous. Not just insurance scammers but all in between. Change staff and get them to do their job the right way. As of today; you guys lost a whole family of 7. Do better Centra Clinics! Very disappointed as a health professional; I could never.

Honestly they deserve 0 stars. I remember when I had to be here for my externship and the doctor was SO rude. Keep in my mind I had just finished school for medical assistant and she talked to me like I was stupid. I honestly would feel embarrassed and the staff knew she was like that and I just can’t imagine how they could keep working for her. If she’s like that with the staff imagine how she can be like with the patients. Im not the type to leave reviews but it was a really bad experience and I was so glad I didn’t get the job, I kind of did it on purpose to not put much effort I just wanted the externship to be over with and get out of there. I feel bad that patients have been having bad experiences here as well, if anything just avoid coming here look for somewhere else!

Our child got sick while we were visiting from out of town. The nurse and Dr were very nice and respectful, the front desk staff could use some improvement in friendliness. I was very surprised when the Dr prescribed an antibiotic without any testing such as for flu or strep. However, nobody wants to spend spring break vacation feeling sick or at the Dr so we took it as it was. We filled the RX at CVS only to find out there was an issue with the prescription (not prescribed appropriately for weight of our child). The pharmacist called to try and resolve, that didn’t work so then my husband had to call and speak to the nurse. Our insurance was out of network so we paid out-of-pocket. If I knew this was gonna happen, I would’ve taken my child to an urgent care and willingly pay extra, because at least they would very likely do it right from the get go. Save your money and time….trust the bad reviews.

The staff is so rude. I went up there 3 times and each time there was a new problem. My kids never got seen. I refuse to take my children to that place anyway. The ladies Marsol and Brittany at the front desk didn't even look at me while speaking. They had an attitude as soon as I stepped up to the glass. I would not recommend this place. Our children deserve better. I will make a complaint through the medical board.

Horrible service and unprofessional. This clinic doesn’t know what they’re doing. They’ll rush you and won’t actually help with what you need. The reception has horrible customer service and rude. You can tell she doesn’t enjoy her job.

The doctor that attended my daughter was very very nice...but the nurse 😳 OMG was a very stressed lady...and gave us very bad attention...we had a bad experience with that woman...she acts like a marine captain and I very disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐ For the nice doctor 💊... thank you doctor 💊💊

This is the worst staff I have ever seen ANYWHERE. The blonde hair lady at the front seemed lost, clueless, RUDE, nonchalant, and nasty. She didn’t even acknowledge or greet the people walking in. Do not waste your time coming here unless you really want to ruin your whole day!!! Too many bad reviews about the front desk employees and they have done NOTHING about it.

If I could rate it a 0 star I would… never had a issue with this clinic. Worse front desk employees Dr. Honny was great to my kids and always helped out with the medications. other than that the staff working for this clinic is the worse. Waited a whole hr to be called in, and waited even longer for the provider to come. I dont recommend this clinic.

The facility allows people to come in with dogs, masks required but people come in with no masks.

Centra Clinic is clean and has fast and helpful front desk employees. They also have excellent medical staff. Carl Lemond, APN was able to prescribe the right medication for a cough I had for months. He was extremely good at explaining why and what he was prescribing me. The end result, I have no cough. Centra Clinic also has convenient hours. I never had to miss any work for the visit. .

I called in to get my results. Customer service was really poor. They answered the phone aggressively and shouting like they were at war. They asked me to pay to get my results and a doctor would call me back within 1.5 hour. I waited for the call for 2 hrs and then I called back. They put me on hold until I fell asleep and woke up and I am still holding to speak to a doctor. I hang up and called back. Each time I call in, they put me on hold. Finally, I went down there (45 mins drive) and demanded that I speak to a doctor right straight away. The office itself was tense. I waited again for about 5-10 mins before I saw the doctor. I saw Dr. Warfield, she was very humble. She apologized dearly for what happened even though she did not know what was happening. However, she saw that I was frustrated. I explained to her what was my frustration. She kept apologizing. She moved on to explaining my results and assured me that I am not dying but I need to make some more exercise in my daily routine. Once was finished, She asked if needed to report the matter to the upper management. I gave the Doctor a “5” as she strive to make an effort in resolving the matter. However, I gave the clinic a “1” for customer support and bad behavior. I then the average worked out to be a “3” in the end.

The staff at this location is the worst I’ve ever seen. You call, they place you on hold for 30 to 40 minutes. Then, when you hang up and call back, they don’t even answer the phone, they immediately pick up the phone and press the hold button leaving you on hold for another 30 minutes. They do this multiple times. Then, once you get someone on the Phone, they act like it’s no big deal that they placed you on hold for over an hour. The front desk service at this place is disgusting.

This is an excellent clinic, even with a full waiting room when I walked in it took less than an hour to be seen. They did a very thorough examination which I definitely appreciate and quickly prescribed much needed medications.

Unbelievably slow. 1hr till I was told they were going to call the insurance at the front. 30min later i get called in to be told I have flu. They called Dr and he took about another 30min to get here. It's not even busy he's just taking his sweet time. Listen to these bad reviews. It's not worth the wait. About to be 2hrs and still no doctor. He's a scam, probably charge insurance by the HOURS you're here.

I just had an experience that was so pleasant. I was out of a real important medicine and Monica was so helpful to me. I have been going to this clinic for about 3!years and when I tell u she was amazing. Thank u so much Monica. She went above and beyond.

There not enough words to describe how rude, unprofessional, and incompetent the front desk lady with the starfish tattoo is. It is obvious she does not want to be there and has been complained about previously. This clinic was a go-to for many but clearly people don’t want to come back after the way they’re treated.

I absolutely love Centra Clinic off of 16316 Farm to market Road 529. I have been to many clinics and urgent cares and I must say that this is a FIVE STAR clinic hands down. The staff are knowledgeable they are professional bilingual and PRETTY which is a plus! 🤭😜 I don’t think I’ve ever met a doctor within Centra Clinic and I’ve been going a few times a year for about 3 to 5 years that’s probably the only thing I could say is I’ve never actually met a doctor once. The nurse practitioners very well with bedside manners and not in and out within 2 to 5 minutes she does ask questions only thing I would say is when somebody has repeated cold and/or flu yearly multiple times it would be nice if they would just look at the chart and prescribe different medication I have been prescribed the same medication every single time I have ever seen the practitioner. I had stated that I have had bronchitis, pneumonia, tonsillitis, all types of “ITISES” lol and how about the same cough medicine the same Z-Pak and the same over the counter no spray does not help me anymore and if it does it’s only about 7 to 10 days before the symptoms return. They just look at you like you are a drug seeker and that’s why I primarily don’t ever go anywhere even with all of the severe colds I’ve had multiple times for several years because at the end of the day I will get the same cough medicine Bromphen and the same Z pack so I don’t even really bother but other than that this is a four out of five star ANY DAY. But I gave you all five stars because at the end of the day there’s nothing to complain about there’s only the fact of repetitive/consistent.. copy and paste prescriptions and that is not a complaint at all.

If you’re a cash paying patient, keep shopping around and compare prices. This used to be my go to place for last minute physicals or walk-in needs but not anymore. I needed a physical for my daughter. I was quoted $50. I decided to shop around and compare prices. I called 4 different places and ended up paying only $10 🙌🏽

I came in for immunization for my child and they made a mistake giving him the proper shots. They were rushing and didnt make sure it was what he needed after i specifically made sure of he needed. Horrible staff never answer the phone, always put you on hold and have an attitude not wanting to help. They lied after asking to contact his school about his immunization and I will never come back. Horrible place! 0 stars

Horrible, terrible service, they are arrogant, pedantic, unfriendly, as soon as they see you because you are Latino they make you ugly, it is horrible that a Latino treats another Latino badly, also when you call and if you speak in Spanish, they put you on hold and don't They never answer you! I made more than 5 calls which were all left on hold, I have to put a star since it cannot be left at zero
