When you talking about exploitation, bad services, unrecongnised patient data's information add this clinic to it. I noticed everytime a patient comes for an appointment they will tell you have to fill in another form for Eligibility. For what reason? This is not a new patient she is in their so called system before she clocked 1. It's ok to request for an update just for any other information that is not in the existing file, moreover her medicaid is still active yet you are requesting for another Eligibility just to exploit naive people's pocket. That aside I also understand Covid has given room for a lot of opening for jobs but next time Administrators make sure you thoroughly interview people before you give anybody Appointment letter. The person that attended to me at the front desk should be taught how to talk to people in a polite manner she is not feeding anybody and even if she is, that should be her Relative, not a stranger.

If i could give negative stars, i would. I came in a week ahead if my appointment to fill out the new patient intake forms to avoid any delays. On the day of my visit, I came in and spoke to a nurse about my appointment and she didn't inform me to sign in, then they couldn't find my forms I had filled last week. After about 15min of waiting, I received a call that I'm a no show and my appointment has been given away. I walked up to the counter to speak to the nurse that I was speaking to on the phone and indicated I was waiting in the lobby. 1 hour later, I am still waiting because there is no room available. This place is a joke and I don't recommend this clinic as my experience has than savory.

I have been to this clinic with my adolescents for 2 years now and I would not recommend it to anyone. While some staff members like the nurses and one doctor were warm and seemed compassionate, the front desk personnel, (except for the referral coordinator, who is always professional and polite) is quite rude and incompetent. Once, I had to leave the place after having made an appointment for a physical 1 month ahead, I was told that I had to apply to become a member of their network. My son came out of an appointment thinking that he had a fat liver disease according to his doctor and became hypochondriac, only to be told later that there was nothing wrong with him. It is not easy to ask for a doctor to sign for a visit, for that you have to go to their corporate office. The front desk is rude and dismissive. Trust any other clinic with your health care.

ok, from my experience its decent, the dentist is nice enough but the one thing i don’t get is, do they not pick up the phone?? Every time i try to call to change my appointment and stuff, and they transfer me to the dental department and it always says no one is available to take my call right now, i’ve tried over 10 times. I tried to call at different times, when its not so busy according to google maps, still nothing. I tried skipping days and see if that works, nope. Now the only thing i can do is go to the clinic in person to deal with this because its frustrating, it really could’ve been better if i didnt have to go to the place in person just to reschedule an appointment.

If you want to call a specific clinic, you can’t directly . You have to call their call center to transfer you. 90% of the time you can’t get through. It’s frustrating. My last straw here is when they tell me to go to TCH for my sons lab work and they tell me to go to one location but location didn’t have what my son needed. So I wasted time from work. I had to go to another location and they tell me that hope clinic did not put the right lab company on there. Upon trying to call the direct office and being transferred around was beyond frustrating. I had to give the staff direction to how to get this situation resolved bc my sons pedi was not in office til a later time. After calling them several times, the issue was resolved with my input to how it could be fixed and hour half later. In the end, I canceled all future appointments. I only stuck around bc the doc but the team giving wrong info, call center inconvenience, front staff not checking me in when I clearly had to sign in and having to wait long and them wasting my time in several occasions. I am happy I don’t have to deal with the office.

I am always visiting Dr. Nair ( pediatric) for my son DARSHAN Patel, she is the best best & best pediatrician doctor for my son since last 6 years. Great smile & very friendly doctor and best advice for children. My son always took all vaccinations on time. I highly recommend to Dr. Nair. Thank you so much Dr.Nair & Hope clinic.

This clinic is amazing! The efficiency and structured coordination of the Covid vaccinations was unbelievable. I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes from beginning to end. This includes the 15 minute wait time after the vaccine to ensure there are no reactions. I have never been to a clinic that was so organized. I received text and email notifications as well as a call when there was an opening for an earlier appointment. This was a great experience with two locations and very friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend.

Do not go here. $250.00 for a "dr Susan Blanton" I never saw, never heard of till I got a bill. Pure Fraud.Worst clinic experience I’ve had, & worst I’ve seen. Never saw a dentist, nothing was done but X-rays , no questions answered, only hygienist who disappears to ‘go ask the Dr’ this place should be closed. Other Hope clinics aren’t great- but this is the only one I’ve seen that should be closed or re-staffed. I needed help. I wasted my few resources here.

Do NOT see Kimberly Nguyen! First off, it took her 4 days to answer if i should discontinue the acne medication that is causing my cholesterol to spike. She will advise you to continue to take medication that causes health issues and just prescribe you something else in addition to it. Im a registered Pharmacy tech and I KNOW how bad continuing to take a medication that causes severe health issues can be. I will be filing a complaint with provider services. If I could give a negative 1,000 I would. And the nurse assistant that called me back was also very rude! Never will I ever go to a low budget clinic like this!

We have appointment. Waited 1 hour. And I ask them what had happened why all the people behind me went inside already except me and she told me I'm the next in the ultrasound. Like wth! I went first than her but she still went inside first. This is not fair. Not recommending this kind of clinic.

They are NOT transparent with their charges. Expect a bill to be sent to your house even after you've paid out of pocket IN FULL. This is a clinic not a hospital, why are they hiding charges? Also if youre scheduled for a follow up expect an additional $250 charge. Ive never heard of a follow up costing extra. The doctor was very polite and compassionate. I have no complaints about the care, just of the deceitful bussiness practice of a clinic that claims to be affordable. A $250 charge up front is fine, but lying about pricing and sending the bill later is not. Especially when you're serving an economically vulnerable group of people.

Beautiful and Clean establishment with wonderful care from the time you walk in with Vanessa at the front desk she is knowledgeable in all departments and will get up to go find the answers to all your questions. I made my appointment months prior and she set me up with all the information needed and more. To the MA’s for family care and gym care for you genuinely. Each and everyone kind and understanding that work efficiently with your time and hold all concerns to a priority. Mrs.Nguyen is a true caring and intelligent primary provider who truly shows care. The new OB was also pleasant to visit with along with Cindy who steered me right after to schedule further appointments. Thank you Hope Clinic for all your care.

My mom walked in to ask for general information about appointments and the women in the front desk were rude and unprofessional. They do not have appointments until July and seemed like they did not want to schedule an appointment for her. I don’t like when other people are rude and have attitude. We will not come here as patients in the future.

My daughter is seeing a pediatrician there and has been since she was born. I’m against vaccines after reading several vaccine inserts on the CDC government website and reading about the adverse reactions, im not on board. This also isn’t my first child, and I don’t believe the government and their agenda behind vaccines is positive for the basic human economy, since when have the corrupted government cared about us? Anyways, she (the pediatrician) told me to not even bother coming to the clinic if my 2 month old ended up getting whooping cough (which is rare and the highest percentage of people who do get whooping cough are the ones vaccinated; As per the government website). I find it comical how she tried to do a scare tactic on me- it’s absurd that they get paid more money for each vaccine distributed. Find a new career path if you can’t accept people have a choice for their own bodies and what they decide to do with it. Medical coercion isn’t the way to go Dr. Nair or whatever it is..

Whole thing is a mess. Doctor wrote me 6 months prescriptions, after 3 months doctor no longer work there and HOPE not approve my other 3 months prescriptions. Contected HOPE many times and nothing happen. Now I am out of town working without any prescriptions to take. And they billed me extra on 2 years ago. My insurance refuse to pay and now HOPE want me to pay them $800 for nothing. This place is a joke.

Doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me during a physical exam and refused to do an ecg even though I have a heart condition and my previous primary care doctor always did one saying it would not detect anything which shows how uneducated the doctor is. The location is nice and new. The staff and nurse were helpful and reached out to me after the visit but the entire appointment was a waste of time. It's a clinic so referring someone to another doctor that costs $300 per visit plus the cost of tests is unhelpful. Wasted time and money going there and the doctor is not knowledgeable or helpful.

The WORST front desk staff. I usually go to Coporate location, this is the first time they sent me here, so I don’t know where I can checkin. I have to getline and wait at 1st floor, and then they told me go to the 2nd floor for my baby checkin, that’s why I’m late 10’, but the Vietnamese lady doesn’t allow me to checkin and canceled, even after checkin you still have to wait long.

I love hope clinic, but the lab tech is my main problem especially after I complained pls don't run the test like that. I came last week you did same thing I told you blood test might be incorrect, you said no it is fine. the result came indeterminate, I needed to redo the test, I came back told you, AGAIN you repeated the same procedure even after I begged and explained to you I have a deadline to submit this result and I can't afford to have an indeterminate result. now the result is out same thing. why are you in a hurry, what will it take to use individual tubes to get the blood, why use one tube then go inside and be turning blood samples to different test tubes especially for sensitive test. I am so pissed and heartbroken. your lab people need retraining simple, I love hope, been using hope for over 5years and truth be said other lab tech haven't given me problem EXCEPT this one. she just doesn't listen.

Worst place to ever go to. They tell you to come in and get a prescription refill a d when you get here they don't have anyone to do it and the lady at the front desk claims she the manager has a attitude. But you don't have any appointments but you take in a Hispanic that has no appointment .

Words fall short when I say this is one of the best facility. My daughter has been seeing DR SMITHA NAIR and she is hands down the best. I had a son 5 months back and we made sure Dr smitha is the only pediatrician he sees. My son had congestion and she called me 3 times to make sure he is ok. She genuinely cares for babies and I can see the concern and love she has. I have relocated twice in 3 years but we still manage 30-40 mins route just to see her. She never prescribes medication unless absolutely necessary, stresses on zarbees and natural healing agents for kids which is the what I love about her.

I just came back from the hope clinic alief Monday at 4:30 10/31/2022 after being a patient for years today I had the worst experience no patient should be treated this way. The ladies at the front desk were rude and unhelpful after seeing them treat other patients well I feel that this behavior was only targeted towards me. I considered this a case of racism and Islamphobia. I will be pulling myself and My children from the clinic and we will not come back here ever again.

Especially thanks to Julia Gomez in the laboratory at the first level, she is a charming person with the gift of humanity and consideration in the treatment of the patient, making me feel cared for and appreciated so as not to have discomfort when drawing blood for my tests... Thanks Julia.
