Why make an appt when your waiting over 2 hours almost 3 for a room!!!! This is ridiculous. My appt was at 11:45. I showed up a little earlier since it was my 1st visit to do paperwork......it took 30 min to be called up and then about another 30 minutes for additional forms to be completed. Why couldn't they give them to me all at once? Instead wasted a whole hour on sitting and paperwork. I was the last one called to a room and left with NOBODY else there at 3. Seriously!!!!?? People who came after me all left before me and I had an appt. Never again.

My appointment was at 9:45 am, I had it confirmed and everything, needless to say it's 10:45 am and still haven't been called in, the front desk is careless 🙃 apparently when you make a appointment they don't see you at the appointment time, you have wait and extra hour or so. I should went to a different doctor office or a simple consultation, my recommendation is not come here,

This place is horrible please don’t waste your time or money. I waited 4 hours to be seen. The doctor didn’t even know what she was doing she couldn’t do a correct Pap smear test on me . Apparently they lost my urine sample but somehow they had my results which made no sense. Then they told me to go in because apparently the provider I seen was just covering for the permanent doctor for the day. I go in wait one hour just so they can tell me I need to pay my co pay and they were going to re charge my insurance again when I just there days ago. This place is disgusting unorganized not professional and At this point im very convinced they mixed your urine samples so please stay away from this type of clinics..

Don't waste your time or money this place is a Joke they give you a first morning appointment so you can set all day . No doctor a nurse practitioner. Came in for a woman visit and had to come back because she didn't get enough cultures the first time. Had blood work done. Wouldn't go over my results until I make a third appointment. Stay away from this place

Had an appointment at 11:45am. They took me into a room at 1pm after I asked how much longer it would take. After that, they sticked me into a room and I’ve been waiting since. It is now 2:45pm I haven’t seen the doctor, the most they’ve done so far is to check my temperature and blood pressure. What’s the point of even offering appointments if it mean absolutely nothing to them. Because all it takes is for a friend of the receptionist to walk-in and they get the priority. They close at 3pm and yet I still haven’t seen a doctor, and I can hear how they are passing people into the consultation rooms.

Definitely need to look at reviews before visiting, husband came in for specifically his shoulder but told him to address other things. Dr Godwin dismissed his main concern. I understand if there are other concerns (thank you for addressing it). But his bedside manner is absolutely terrible, it’s hard enough for some people to address their heath issues, but to have an unconcerned and dismissive attitude is disheartening. DO NOT GO here if you actually want a Dr to care about your health!!!

my app was 10:45 & I get out of the clinic till 2p only for results. each test you have done, they schedule a different app. so I have to pay each appointment & wait for so long.😖

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Had a appointment at 10:45am… wasn’t seen until 2:20pm & the doctor had no idea what he was doing!!! He was asking the nurses for advice! And kept trying to get me to have services done that I didn’t even need or come for, just so he could bill Medicaid for more money! This place is trash & I would NOT recommend any one come here!!! I definitely should have read the reviews before coming here!

Worst clinic ever, long story short they make you wait 3 to 4 hours with appointment, they didn't even do lab work. They told me to go back the next day because the phlebotomist left, bt I bet they charge the medicaid for the blood work. The medical assistants gives u attitude. They are confuse when you call to ask for results.. wow is ridiculous worst clinic.

What happened to all the professional doctors . The young women working here don’t know what they’re doing , they are very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend coming here it’s a waste of time .

this place was horrible. i was charged $40 for absolutely nothing when i told the receptionist at the front desk casa what i wanted. these guys are scammers. i was very clear at the counter on what services i wanted the lady ignored everything i said just for me to pay $40 to check my weight. waste of time. everybody slow. nobody know what’s going on, how much nothing cost. horrible business needs to be closed down expeditiously i will be contacting corporate , whomever !

Called yesterday the female told before I can be seen get a Covid test. I went got a Covid test it’s negative I call back to be seen now she says since my throat hurt the doctor will send me to ER OR I should go to urgent care. Well what’s the purpose of the doctor there? Very unprofessional

jade was extremely helpful! my grandmother was having an issue with one of the prescriptions and jade helped us out to get the issue resolved.
