    The lab receptionist was very rude. My doctor sent me to do an EKG test. When I went downstairs, the receptionist told me, “we cannot do your lab work”, without providing an explanation. When I asked for a reason she seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. My doctor had to call her to obtain an explanation (turns out they were out of supplies). It was very nice of my doctor to call but so unnecessary for him to have to do this as she could have just as easily provided me with this information. So unfortunate that this company does not train their receptionist on bedside manner. Patients are not here by choice they are in need of medical care. The sugar land location has better bedside manner than the Fondren location. Avoid coming here unless you want to have a bad experience.

    My Doctor Tariq is just amazing. He has truly been a Godsend! I know I would not be on the path to remission if it wasn’t for him. I’m forever grateful. Today I had my blood drawn by Kiarra M. and wow! She was so professional and quick. These people are the best in Houston! I have been in amazing hands here for years! Thank you all so very much!

    We were sent by our amazing doctor to do a lab work at the lab clinic on the first floor. The lab receptionist was very short in her answers and rude when we tried to ask her a question. When she called to get another patient she kept staring at me in an intimidating manner. Unacceptable for a company not to train their staff on customer service.

    Very bad phone experience the staff Angelique I may have spelled her name wrong she is very rude she argues with the patients she has a nasty attitude…. Bad customer experience you don’t call a patient a day of service a hour before telling them bout they insurance professionally you supposed to check the patient insurance days prior to they appointment…. My insurance changed she was to lazy to call the insurance company an was very rude about it an her attitude is just ridiculous if the doctor does not get his staff in order I will be reporting this company to the state you do not treat patients any kind of way i kno my rights as well as I work in this field an kno this field very well I would never go an give this place my business this makes the doctor look very bad when his staff are disrespectful an unprofessional…

    Went to see MD and waited over an hour. I couldn't wait any longer and office suggested the MD will call in the afternoon. Prior to call, office called me all day to confirm the telemed and I acknowledge the confirm time. I waited and waited for the confirmed time for 30 mins. still nothing. I called the office and told them I was still waiting. Ofc worker said he called but I still haven't received call. Worst part, I still got billed for this. What a waste of time to deal with incompetence

    This is one of those SHADY medical clinics that file false charges with your insurance. Then when they can't collect from the insurance they BILL YOU for it! This is medical fraud! You can't bill a patient for services that was not performed which is what this clinic tried to do. It took me about a year to get this resolved.

    The worst experience , I regret I ever had to deal or contact this place! the lady in the front desk for Dr Felecia Feng ,on Fondren Rd , is much more than just a bad person! She is the most rude and unprofessional employee I have ever met !!!! I don't know why they even keep her! She even never answers the phone, and whenever she does! she is deliberately doing it to hang up on you! I think she just enjoys being rude !!!!!!!! I petty her!

    Dr. John Ott is an excellent physician. He takes the time to listen and really listens for what you are not saying. I am an alternative med/natural methods type of person and he blends his recommendations with food and supplement options along with meds if warranted. He takes the patient into account when prescribing. I also like that he is very experienced and does not always prescribe the latest drug but reaches back for tried and true drugs that have fallen out of fashion. If you want to get well and be well, work with Dr. Ott.

    I was able to get blood work done twice here with Kiarra in January and today and I must say she has always .add the process so easy for me. I hate needles and her gentle and professionalism really made me comfortable. I mean I didn't get no juice and cookies for giving blood, lol but she gets a 10/10

    My mother who passed away at 101 was Dr. Xu's patient. He is so caring and truly is our " family" doctor. He takes good care of my mother's and our health so we enjoy our retired life. I would like to expressed my sincere thanks to a wonderful doctor who is great professionally. He is some one we can trust with. Regards Lily

    Just had my blood drawn by Dashia. She was quick, friendly and didn’t I feel the stick at all. I’m not too fond of getting blood drawn but by far the best experience. Thank you Dashia for your professionalism and friendliness and making me feel comfortable.

    Not very friendly at all! The cashier specifically was just rude! I took my elderly friend there for a blood test, I had never had someone in a medical office that unfriendly

    The Staff is so rude. They didnt even refund money if you guys dont use their services. Their cashier was like ohh you can call on this no and no one answer that phone. I went second time they were like ohh we did online payment so we cant refund you. Very rude…
