I've been going to this gym for about 8 months and I really enjoy it. It's always clean, I've never had to wait for equipment, and the trainers and employees are all quite nice. James is a great trainer. He taught me a lot and now I feel very comfortable navigating the gym alone (I was so intimidated at first). I recommend all the group classes, but especially any by Stefani Harris. She's a high energy fun instructor.

I have been a member of Facet for a little over a year now and love the value and diversity of classes you can get here!! Stefani’s barre class is incredible and the cycling classes here are so fun. I really feel a sense of community with these classes. Looking forward to the new gym location!

I’m legit so disappointed in this new location 😭 The space is so awkward and cramped. Cardio machines are like an inch apart from each other - tooooo close. They got rid of all the TVs except for one and there’s nothing on the blank white wall, not even art or scribbles like at the old location. What a boring thing to look at during a cardio workout. Worst of all, they got rid of the daycare! That’s a genuine dealbreaker for me and I’m so sad. Will need to go find a new gym now… Why, Facet Seven, why?

I discovered this gym through Class Pass and I exclusively go to Stefani Harris' barre and yoga classes. She is a PHENOMENAL instructor who keeps me motivated and encouraged to show up for class every single week. She's hysterical and makes class so fun you'll *almost* forget how bad your legs are shaking.

I'm a regular attendee of Stefani's barre classes here, and I used to be someone who absolutely hated such classes at other studios. Stefani's classes are the perfect mix of being challenging, fun and mentally stimulating--and super inclusive as well. I love going here!

Absolutely love facet 7! It’s a great gym with even better classes! The yoga class is by far my favorite part about facet 7. They have it Monday Wednesday and Saturday which is perfect for my schedule. I love how it’s for all levels so any of my friends and family can join me. Also the instructor Stephanie is the absolute best and makes the class so fun!

This gym is one of a kind! It does not have that "big box" feel like other places where you are one in a crowd. The equipment is always clean, the gym is laid out efficiently, and the staff is always so nice. The classes are the real reason I go though! The Barre class is on point, (pun intended), and the ABC class is the best whole body workout you could ask for. Stefani leads classes that, though every muscle may ache later, are engaging, fun, and get the job done! Even during the pandemic the gym stepped up in NO time and offered virtual classes and videos to help those stuck at home. They made it possible to do workouts with whatever you had at home, no equipment needed! Between the equipment, classes, and staff you really cannot go wrong with this gym!

Decent Gym. A lot nicer on the outside and I’m sure they still have work left to do. Inside was just underwhelming and the front desk girl said 5 words to me, mainly because I asked questions. the day pass is $25. Way too much if you’re trying to get new members. Equipment is okay.

After not seeing results through working out on my own, I was looking for someone to help formulate a fitness plan that worked. I trained with Jake Emery twice a week for 4-5 months and couldn’t recommend him more! Jake is incredibly knowledgable, patient and encouraging. He was additionally helpful when it came to establishing a nutrition plan, providing insight on meal plans to help reach my goals. Since training with Jake, I’ve built a habit and feel much more confident in my approach to fitness. If you’re looking for an expert that tailors every session specifically for you, Jake is your guy.

I joined the gym because I wanted access to a range of equipment as well as classes. I was initially wary of barre, but Stefani changed my mind. Attending her barre and yoga classes, as well as the occasional ABC, has become my most consistent routine. She is knowledgeable and kind and goofy and cares about the people in her classes. She is unassuming, welcomes everyone in and wants you to have fun even when you don't. Best instructor I've had and the reason I'm still at the gym even though the move will make for a longer bike ride from my house </3 <3

I have been a member of this gym for well over two years and it has been my favorite thus far. Coming from a background with experience in OrangeTheory and Camp Gladiator, I’m used to the traditional “boot camp” structure. But they didn’t offer what FACET had to offer - which is variety of classes, intentional coaching from strength con instructors, and a family feel. John is my go to guy for a heavy lifting day. He’s a hands on instructor who genuinely takes the time to cater to each members needs and fitness abilities. And Renee is my spin queen! Her rhythm rides have become my safe space and therapy after a long week of work. Renee’s rhythm rides give me the option to just ride to her amazing playlist and just kind let go without the heavy focus on numbers that I’m familiar with at other gyms. She’s inclusive and bring the right amount of energy to kick start my weekends. 😊

Jake Emery is a phenomenal trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and proactively helps me accomplish my fitness and health goals. I've been working with him for over a year and during that time I've lost weight and gained strength, including joining the 1,000-pound club. I highly recommend Jake.

I absolutely love Facet Seven Heights, I have been a part of this gym for the past two years now. It’s has been a great and fun experience! From the moment you’re greeted at the door you feel welcomed and the awesome classes are something you have to experience for yourself . This gym makes me feel comfortable and welcoming because everyone is so encouraging. The gym is very clean and the weights are always put back in their original spots. The classes I recommend for you to take is John’s strength and conditioning class on Monday and Wednesday. That class will have you feeling rejuvenated and strong after you finish, He’s a great instructor! On Tuesdays take Step class with Stefani and Cycling with Renee, both instructors are AMAZING and also very out going and accepting. They both bring light to the room. I love the classes there! When you go to the class you will find that the trainers are very funny, caring and that really makes you want to go back and take their class again! I highly recommend for you to join FACET SEVEN FITNESS HEIGHTS

I joined the gym in the early 2023 for the workout classes and have not been disappointed! The staff at the front desk and class instructors are always friendly and helpful. Any class with Stefani Harris is the absolute best! Seriously, kindest and most fun human being. She is equally as talented as an instructor and athlete. STEP class has to be my favorite and yoga comes in at a close second.

This is the best gym I've ever known. I've been a member for nearly three months and I feel very comfortable working out here. The staff members are friendly and supportive, plenty of space to workout and lots of different classes. Emma is my personal trainer. She is an expert at what she does and I trust her completely. Avoid the big box gyms. Come to Facet Seven for the workout and the fellowship!

Highly recommend Jake as a trainer. The gym itself is good. Pretty normal gym, no frills, but not daunting. Good atmosphere of locals and regulars. Jake is the main reason I stay though. If you’re looking for a trainer, definitely ask for Jake.

I want to start by saying that Facet Seven is hands down one of the nicer facilities that you can purchase a membership with. There are extensive equipment, clean restrooms, and plenty of trainers available for your varying fitness goals. I had the pleasure of getting trained by James Wiseman who specializes in calisthenics and enjoyed my time with him. James was really kind and willing to cooperate with me even though I was only going to be in Houston for one month. And in that month, he got me to complete my first muscle-up! If I'm being completely honest, Coach James isn't the best trainer I've ever had, but he was still very good for beginners who want to get into the world of Calisthenics. He is very knowledgeable in the art and curates his workouts to get you to reach your goals efficiently. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because sometimes I felt as if he didn't realize that some weights and rep ranges in my plan were a little beyond what I could do in that moment, so I sometimes felt disappointed in myself at the end of my workouts beause I could only do, for example, 4 reps of weighted pullups instead of the 8-12 that I needed to be hitting. Otherwise, my in-person sessions were superb and I definitely got my money's worth while training with him.

Facet Seven Heights is a fantastic gym. It is very well equipped and has a bit of something for everyone. They have plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, and machines. They also have a large turf area with CrossFit style equipment and an area for boxing. If classes are more of your thing, they have lots to choose from. Facet Seven Heights is very well managed and a gymgoers dream. If you're looking for a new gym in the Heights area look no further, you will love this place.

Great gym - friendly staff, great equipment, enjoyable classes. The staff, instructors, and even other gym members are all very approachable if you have a question or need help

I took advantage of their personal training sessions and was paired up with Emma. Emma tailored a fitness plan that fit my beginner needs. She made sure to correct my form and improve my ankle, hip and knee mobility which made exercises so much easier. I recommend this gym and I absolutely recommend Emma for personal training.

Great gym! I've been working with Chelsea for about 2 months, and she is the best! Just had to edit this review to add to my experience training with Chelsea. I've lost almost 20 lbs while gaining muscle and strength. She's helped me get back to working out consistently after 3 years of not doing anything. Chelsea is an excellent coach. She's extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator! I've had a wonderful experience working with her!
