I’ve been coming to this gym since November 2018. I love this place. Luis, the owner, is serious about fitness, just pay your f*cken dues! I can get a great workout without having to wait for a machine. It’s never crowded and there’s no intimidation. There’s no A/C but I go to the gym to sweat, not be comfortable. This is what a gym should be. No BS.

Needed a place to go when my gym was shut over the holidays and this place was perfect for a strength trainer. Loud music, free weights, no contract, inexpensive daily rates. Everyone was helpful and friendly. NOT A CARDIO GYM, NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE FUSSY ABOUT AMENITIES. Perfect for me.

Awesome place we came out for there movie night we were vendors, check them out any weekend for a movie with great food right in the parking lot or break a mean sweat in the gym. You will definitely find us there 😜

no gimmick, just a good gym. great vibe. no jerks. the owner is super cool and he cares about the atmosphere. Great outdoor equipment (tires, chains, atlas balls, etc) equipment is always operational. you'll see equipment that you won't find at the franchises. Downside- no ac, that's about it. highly recommend

Super friendly staff & it’s always clean.

Awesome old school gym with a lot of great history. The horizontal leg press was used by Arnold and they have an original Universal lat machine. If you are looking to stay clean while you lift this isn't the place for you but if you want to hit a lift on some old school equipment with some cool history this is the place for you.

Friendly place with friendly staff. Could use a bit of an improvement in the equipment and cleanliness, but I enjoyed my workout.

This place is totally awesome! Went here to film for the Harvey movie and the owner is really cool and laid back. He offered his place to be a shelter during the actual Hurricaine Harvey. Very generous person who welcomes everyone with open arms.

It's a no BS, home grown, full of heart gym. 25$ a month no contract. Great owner. As long as you don't mind old school weights, a rough aesthetic, and kind, hard working folks, this is a great gym for you.

Very Impressive, OLD School Gym.. Owner was Extremely Helpful and Gym is NO CONTRACTS. Thats what I wanted. Hate the other places that take money from bank accounts.. I signed up here right away

I've known Luis for years and he's always going out of his way to make sure his guests are well taken care of. I can't wait to see how he progresses his new property. Big things to come, buckle up and come pump some iron.

Great old school gym and great owner.

Their web site says, Go Hard or Go Home. I think I'd rather stay home than go to this place. The website makes it sound like a bunch of egotist go here. People working out without shirts, throwing tires around, etc.. When a facility focuses on mass, you just get a lot of members who don't know what they are doing. I've been in the business 35 years, and I ought to know.

bad azz no b.s. gym awesome laidback owner too

A friend and I were visiting from out of town and showed up before the doors were open, totally our fault. That said, within minutes both the property manager (and her adorable chihuahuas) and the owner were there without us even calling them to open the doors and welcome us back. Our ride was already there to pick us up so we couldn't go in, but these are definitely the kind of people I want to support, and can't wait to come back and lift in a few months, the atmosphere is perfect, like something out of a bodybuilding movie.
