It’s truly an amazing experience from the trainers to the community. The trainers are highly knowledgeable on technique and form 💪. When you are in need of assistance, the trainers and the community are happily there to help you out. On top of the amazing friendly gym environment, the workouts given are thoughtfully planned out. Awesome gym! I really liked the concept. The gym was clean and well maintained. The coaches were all incredibly intentional and knowledgeable about correcting form and positioning while encouraging athletes to participate at their pace and comfort level. The gym offers a variety of group classes and are conveniently located.

Highly recommend! This is my first time attending a gym with coaches and it is one of the best decisions I have made. The coaches are encouraging and attentive to how you do your workouts. One thing that I loved was that I am told when and what I am doing wrong and then thought how to do it correctly. Determination will get you far !

I took advantage of the 15 days/$15 offer during the month of July. I met the friendliest staff and trainers ever. What I love about Life Fit Gym is that you are never lost. Their app allows you to schedule/manage your workouts, the time of the day you want to come. Each session is a class and so you maximize the time you do spend there. Other gym, I would be roaming around and get distracted. I love the equipment and the fact that other trainers are in the room correcting your form or offering alternatives. I do recommend this to anyone who wants to be challenged and is on a journey to be stronger.

I'm still at the beginning of my fitness journey. The coaches are patient with me but still push me to get better. After only 2 months I feel stronger and healthier!

I love this gym and the people so much. All of the trainers are absolutely amazing as well as the front desk staff. I have been going here for about two years and the results have been amazing ! The workouts are challenging and so so worth it.! The people are nice and you also get to build relationships with all types of people from all aspects of life ! It’s a very diverse group so no matter your background you will fit in (old, young, black, blue , purple) you will feel right at home . They also have a plethora of modified workouts to choose from if you are not able to do something , so don’t be shy or feel intimidated , you will get what you need here ! Period !!! And lastly, i also love the diversity of the music and i love the DAILY variety of workouts …..you will not get bored here. There’s so many other things i can list about how much i love this place ,If you haven’t signed up , what you waiting for !??!?!

I’ve been going to this gym for a month now and I love my experience. Great coaches that push you and encourage you every second. Learned plenty of new workouts and how to properly use weights for exercising. Highly recommend! I don’t usually workout and the coaches helped me adjust and corrected me on any mistakes I made to ensure I got the proper results. Worth every penny!

I have attended this gym for 10 years and love it compared to going to 24 or any other gym. The trainers are motivating and the members make you feel at home. It has convenient morning and evening hours. It is a full hour of personal training without the cost of personal training.

I initially signed up for their 15 for $15 promotion. The classes are really good and I love that they have so many time options. I am currently doing the 5am class and it has definitely helped me with energy and I’m actually sleeping better. No matter where you are on your fit journey you won’t feel out of place. Trainers are so helpful and make the classes fun but challenging. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something different than a regular gym.

Gym is awesome! The workouts are great and challenging! I like that I have my own designated space to workout with my own equipment. The trainers are very helpful showing you correct posture and motion of the movements once you start your circuit.

This is an awesome gym. I seeing results I’m just 3 weeks. Today I can actually do real squats with weights , this after the trainer has been putting a box for me to touch with my butt previously… it worked . I love the in and out approach. You come in work hard and out in an hr feeling accomplished, because the workouts are killer..

If you want real results (that even your family and friends will notice) then come here! 💯 All the coaches are soooo motivating and helpful; everyone is really nice 😊 I tried going to those big gyms that only charge like $15 or $20/month but it’s just not the same! You may think you’re working out, but when you come to these classes at LifeFit, you find out what you’re really made of. The owner is also very kind. They make me feel like I belong…which means a lot coming from someone who was always intimidated by gyms and “fit” people. I’m really glad I found them 🙏🏽

I love this gym. I have found my home. I have been searching for a gym for awhile and have tried a few and have never really felt comfortable in any of them. But life for gym everyone is super friendly. The trainers are super helpful and it feels like family. I love that I can work at my own pace and there is always room for growth.
