Staff and manager need better people skills ... how are they still in business? I'm looking to move to a new club with more free weights. Went for a visit, they wanted me to provide all of my personal info (address, phone, DOB, etc) before even giving me a tour or discussing fees. I provided name and emergency contact/phone (in case I trip during tour?) but didn’t want to provide more details until ready to join. The manager intervenes in a condescending way ... "no, we need all of your information or this won't work". No patient explanation, just rudeness to a potential new customer (and interaction between manager and workers wasn’t much better). I only wanted to get a tour and find out about options, why should I give out all of my details? I don’t support businesses with that level of rudeness. The whole 10-15 minutes I was there, NOBODY welcomed me, smiled at me, or introduced themselves to me. Place looks a little old and run down and I guess they have more members than they need. Totally different, warm, inviting experience at Anytime Fitness 5 mins later.

After a short tour, I knew this was the gym I'd been looking for. Lots of treadmills and ellipticals, a large variety of machines and large area for free weights. A half court, outdoor basketball area was a nice surprise, too.

Great gym. Feels like a family. I've worked out her for almost 20 years and regardless of what anyone thinks of the equipment; put in the work hard and it will transform your body. I've seen people who have been coming in for YEARS and their body has not changed any! Just be creative. It's a great gym!

Completely disagree with negative reviews about customer service at Stone’s! We’ve always experienced friendly smiles and excellent customer service- even when issues have arose. Cannot recommend them enough. Part of me didn’t even want to write a review because it’s so nice to have an amazing gym that’s not overly busy with great equipment and classes... but this local business more than deserves 5+ stars!

Stone is a good gym with a great staff. Everyone I've met there has been amazing. And if you need a little extra help and are looking for a trainer, check out Emily Triola. She is amazing to work with. She keeps you motivated and on track. She knows her stuff and will get you where you want to be.

I worked out here for about two years, and loved it. I only left because I moved. It was exactly what I was looking for out of a gym honestly. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the free weights section had just about everything I needed (for squats/deadlifts/weighted chins/Bench Press/Dumbbells etc.). I never experienced anything negative from other gym goers, it was always very positive. The locker rooms are very nice too. I never took part in them, but they offer a ton of classes, and have a lot of cardio equipment if you're looking for that as well.

I'm not a member but they signed me up for their junk mail. Put it the spam folder.

If you ever join this club, do not give them an email address. I have not belonged to the club since 2009. I have asked several times to take me off their email list and tried to unsubscribe a dozen times. They never honor your request. Received another message from Stone's Fitness Center at 4:10 AM. What jerks!

Rusty dumbells that that will leave your hands brown. They honestly are a good gym but just desperately need a renovation, like everything is just so old and dirty. Definitely not worth the membership price unless they renovate, but asides from that really nice staff

Awesome gym and staff. The manager, always greets you by name and makes you feel like part of the community. The gym is clean and has all the equipment I need plus more!

This gym offers towel service, and I’m not sure if they changed washing services but almost all of the white towels have brown stains on them. They recently replaced the towels and I’m not sure these were the best option to go with, I know they make stain resistant towels specifically for gyms, these are definitely not stain resistant though, either that or they aren’t being washed properly which is even worse.

Used this place for a few days while visiting the area. Great quality gym, equipment was in pretty good shape and place was clean. Plenty of space to work out and the staff were all friendly and helpful! Love that the lockers are included as well

It's off to a great start with great customer service and very affordable protein shakes. Their are great amenities Stones gym offers to their clients that includes a sauna, classes, punching bag room, and if I'm not mistaken towels which is definitely a plus. 💪💪💪💪🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🏋️💪💪💪

I tried out a few different gyms before I found this one, Stones had everything I was looking for, friendly staff, cold A/C, good selection of equipment, sauna, towel service, and the locker room is always clean.

My experience at Stone's gym started out well. I took personal training sessions with John which were nice. Slowly I noticed how some equipments which were out of order never got fixed. Once the women's bathroom was clogged up with a terrible smell but the staff closed and locked it and it didn't get fixed for a couple of weeks. The AC would break from time to time so the management would turn on the fans which weren't helpful in 105 degree summer temperature. The most ridiculous thing about this gym is when you start they lure you in with how they provide the best quality service since they are a family owned business but slowly and surely you will realize how horrible their service is. Once I showed up for a class and the instructor told me, "oh I didn't know you signed up for this class. I have to run an errand so I'm going home." I would never recommend this gym to anyone. At the beginning of my gym membership I was told that I can cancel my membership if I move, but Dylan and Frankie never refunded me for my private training session which I paid for in advance but was never able to take those since I moved another state. The staff at stones gym specially Dylan will never return your call and avoid helping you in any matter once they have received your money. They are extremely professional when it comes to charging you but once their business is finished with you they don't bother returning your phone calls or addressing any issues that you might have. This is a first time I've written a review and only because I wanted to make people like me aware of how horrible this place it.

😠 This place is a disgrace. The two lat pull-down cables have been broken for over three weeks and they look at me like I’m crazy for thinking they should be repaired. Most of the other equipment is either broken or missing. Even at $15 per month, it’s too much.

😠 The majority (not all) of front desk clerks are rude. The equipment is embarrassingly unkept. Many leverage machines don't have the pins to secure the weights. The bench presses usually don't have the weight bars making them useless. Picture posted below is a reflection of a normal day, three benche...
