Awesome Gym! I’m brand new to working out, and after spending 3 months indoors during COVID-19 quarantine, I decided it was time to start working out and learning how to lift weights. Enter Michael White. Michael is a great person who cares about the health and well-being of all his gym members. He trained me for a reasonable price for 8 sessions and now I visit the gym nearly every weekday. The gym has everything you need: weights, cardio, resistance bands, boxing equipment, a kitchenette, showers, lockers, and drinking water. It’s very clean too! Every member wipes down the weights and machines with sanitizer spray after every-use. If you forget your protein or energy, the gym has a stash and you can pay via venmo. All of the members are helpful, and they encourage each other. It’s not like a “big box” gym at all. It’s very comfortable. Also, If you’re a lady and need a trainer, ask for Crissy, she’s awesome! Right now pricing is only $55 per month and you have 24-7-365 Access. I’m very happy I joined this gym.

This gym is awesome! Michael the owner goes above and beyond to ensure his members are taken care of. The equipment is great and there is a good selection of everything you need to get a good workout in. Michael offers personal training as well as Crissy. So hit them up if you want to take your workouts to the next level.

Great place to workout! You can find all the essential equipment for your workout whether you’re a beginner or a pro. The gym offers ample parking, amenities such as lockers, energy/protein drinks, and much more. If you are looking for a clean, chill vibe gym this is it!

This private gym has the high ceilings, open space, windows, location, equipment, showers, lockers and hours that a professional trainer and gym member needs to reach their goals.

I thought I would update my post... so for 2023, After working out for years at the ymca & 24hr. Fitness (no longer 24 Hrs.), I have been a member here for about two years. And I have come to a conclusion that a smaller facility really has it's benefits. First parking is a snap, just pull right up. And although they don't have a formal "locker room", they have showers in the two restrooms, and a bank of lockers in the weight room, you don't have to walk for five minutes to put your stuff in a locker, or even lock the locker before working out. But in addition you don't have to walk all around a giant facility to get to a machine you need, and because it's a small group of people, you don't have members holding up machines while their talking on the phone or texting. Everybody is polite. The following is from a year ago... I really enjoyed my membership which allowed me to workout after hours. Clean gym, good music, and other members aren't pushy like at other gyms. Thanks Michael...

Conveniently located off of downtown with adequate parking this gym picks up where other larger gyms can’t deliver. All the essential equipment needed for a good workout are here. You can do one hell of a leg day and chest day here. The gym is cleans, organized and easy to navigate. The clientele is diverse, friendly and always professional. Everyone is there to get a good workout in. There are lockers and showers available. The hours are great. Clean towels are provided as well as supplies for disinfecting equipment. Unlike other gyms people actually rack their weights here. I really appreciate this business and can’t think of what I would do for my after hours workouts if it wasn’t there. First off, the gym is always clean. Big thanks to management for that! Second, the convenience in having 24 hour access is a big plus. I sometimes have to get in a workout super early and that helps a lot. Thirdly, they provide towels during the workout along with showers. Lastly, the gym provides plenty of machines to target the whole body. Awesome gym!

CSG is a clean, well run gym with 24hr access and convenient amenities. It's a little small, but has everything you need to get a full body workout. Bonus view on the west end cardio equipment.

I love this gym! It is a great location if you are close to downtown and for a small place he has pretty much all the equipment needed for bodybuilding workouts. The best thing is that you can work out any time... The gym is one of the only ones that is open 24 hours in Houston.

Was in town from Dallas, stopped at a different gym but they didn't sell pre-workout. Found this gym and he didn't sell any either, but hooked me up with some and recommended a nutrition shop nearby. Best experience I have ever had in a gym customer service wise. I was treated like family, will definitely get day passes in the future when I'm in town. Definitely recommend!

Oh man!!! This facility is small but mighty; I tried out the day pass to see if I would like it and it’s perfect. Not a lot of people, had everything you need to get a full body or isolation workout. No bells and whistles like some other box box gyms in terms of ball courts or saunas but that’s fine because coming here, you know you’re coming to work! I’m actually headed to my big box gym and cancel now to sign up here!

Had originally given a five star rating but after a couple months I had to lower it. It doesn't matter what time I try to go in there are literally always people there. It always seems to be busy. Also every time I go I get stuck waiting on a train. Just in the time I spend at the gym usually at least two trains go by and they are always very long.

all time favorite local gym in EaDo. tried multiple mainstream gyms & couldn’t commit to all the troubles they brought (too crowded, horrible parking, ridiculous pricing etc.) decided to do a day pass & fell in love the first day. small yes but has everything you need & does the job. yes they are “busier” times throughout the day but what’s amazing is this gym is 24/7 so you can definitely plan your workout any time you want! owner is a pleasure & definitely committed to helping you with anything you need! forever member
