Half of me selfishly wants to rate this one star so the best-kept fitness secret in Houston doesn't get out... But I can't because this gym IS AWESOME. Never have to wait for equipment, great classes, great trainers, all the facilities you need for the most part. The locker room isn't the nicest, but it gets the job done. Its not the nicest, fanciest, but it's also has all you need without any of the hassles. Everybody is super nice and the atmosphere is great. No pressure, no meatheads, it feels really safe. Hours are constricting on the weekend but you can make it work. You can't beat the price. $25/mo is an absolute steal. Also special shout out to Becca's spinning class because she somehow makes an otherwise difficult experience really fun!

Very clean, nice restrooms. The indoor playground is really big and open to the public. The party room is available for birthday parties and looks like a fun time.

We had our kids birthday party here. The place is great. So much to do for all ages. The guests like it so much. Anyone looking to have a party here should book it for after hours to make it a completely private event (with nominal extra charge). All the staff members were also very cooperative. I would suggest to people to book 2 slots if they want to spend relaxing time with the guests and have fun themselves.

We rented their party room/play area for our son’s birthday party. All of the party guests raved about what a perfect venue it was for the event. Large room with tables & chairs, an amazing play area, games, and bowling. So great!

Wanted to buy a day pass ($10) so I could take pictures of my son's first MMA event. Unfortunately, my son's event was in the middle of the gym floor--hard to film. Tried to pay $10 to go to the upstairs gym area that has a clear shot down to the fitness floor. The incapable and unkind guy at the cash register couldn’t do it if I was just going to stand up there and take pictures and not move--even if I paid for a day, and even though nobody was ysing the entire balcony (track) area. This is a church facility. WWJD?

It’s cool good places to start & also amazing energy plus they getting better cleaning more in making sure stuff is fix in constantly adding new gym tools to work out with people in staff always around cleaning in making sure the weight is working properly.

Clean gym, beautiful and inspirational quotes on the walls and well designed environment. Trainers are kind and great motivators. Christian perspective and values are always present. Everyone is kind and lovely. Classes are awesome! Debbie Brown and Maria Estrella are wonderful leaders and trainers!

Loved this gym, hours are perfect for the morning and evening. Love the staff, the structure of the gym and the abundant parking space.

The gym is always clean and there is always space for one more in the classes.

Mondays Wednesdays Fridays open gym 530-730am

Free indoor play place with an atrium. Open all week I think. Saturday parties are usually booked up. Sunday open after church for babies/kids. They also have atrium for free play when not used by the school kids. There is a utilization schedule on the door. Also a cafeteria with 5$ kids meals open to the public.

I love this gym. The workouts are amazing. The trainers are great and always motivating! Everyone that is there is there to get the most out of every workout and it just helps me to do the same! I can’t see myself working out anywhere else now!

The gym is always clean and there is always space for one more in the classes. The instructors are great motivators without yelling at you. The price is unbeatable.

Staff are all very kind. The equipment is mediocre and could definitely use an upgrade. We need lat pulldown and cable row! It's a great spot unless you find kids annoying, then you might want to avoid it.
