The work out is ok. Becomes repetitive after a few times. 3 stars. The bad : they lock you in a year contract . My Experience:Nine month in I got injured while working out at their facility. So I kept on paying till my year ended since the wouldn’t let me out of the contract. After the year I visited their facility and asked to cancel my contract. They said to go online which I did. Long story short they kept charging me after my request but I had already canceled that credit card. They kept on adding fees to my account. Tried talking to the owner to remove the invalid he got very upset and rude although he seemed nice the few times I talked him before the whole situation. Today they sent it to collection $409 in fees the collection agency charged me $215 to drop anything so I paid it instead of ruining my perfect credit . For that I give you 1 star . The whole situation could’ve been avoided if the owner had more business sense. I hope this 2 star review is worth $200 you collected. So beware when canceling , check and double check. This is my first bad review I give, But it’s well deserved.

I love the workout here and most of the trainers are great but I’m really not a fan of the hours. Closing from 1-4 during the week (aka my lunch), closing at noon on Saturdays (hate waking up that early on a weekend), and just not being open on Sundays- it’s super inconvenient.

Just canceled my membership here. Nothing wrong with the services, just longer hours and not enough time to really commit to the hustle. However, Ms.Amy of their financing department took care of my cancelation and all financial aspects here. I see a few disgruntled members dealing with finances but mine were handled hassle free. I appreciate the understanding.

9Rounds provides me the best overall workout experience. Working a busy job, this 30 minute workout gives me the boost I need and the overall drive to workout more consistently. I'm able to come in on my own time, in and out, quick and easy. I also love the personal one-on-one attention that I receive from the training staff. They are so nice and welcoming that it makes it fun to come in and workout. I love the total body workout, toning all over, while providing 30 minutes of straight cardio. Even if it's a bad day for me personally, I'm still able to come in and get a great workout regardless of my mood. I love 9Rounds! I highly recommend

9Round is an amazing way to work out and stay healthy. The East Downtown Houston 9Round is fantastic! The staff are always supportive while being challenging (as I always want). I couldn’t ask for anything more!

9 rounds has been a life saver as I no longer dread working out! I'm not a fan of the gym or long workouts, so to be in and out in 30 minutes is phenomenal. The staff here is awesome and very encouraging. I have recommended 9 rounds to my friends as a gym solution!

As a boxer whenever I can’t make it to my gym I come here. Definitely recommend. The owner is cool and I highly recommend going when John Brooks is working. He will get you right! As well as Arianna in the mornings.

I am very happy to have 9Rounds open so close to me. I just had a baby so I don’t have much time. This lets me get in and out in 30 mins and have plenty of time to pick up the baby from daycare. Also a very good stress releaser. The location is great! The staffs are friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable in boxing techniques and movements. Pete, the owner, is friendly and accommodating. I am recommending 9Rounds to all my friends.

That workout was intense. I loved it! If you can make it out of your first session you can do anything. This place is the best, a little pricey but worth it!!!!!

After giving a written membership cancellation notice 30 days in advance I have kept getting charged. I have emailed them requesting cancellation and refund for the months that were incorrectly charged and have not got a response. I have even gone in person and was told it would be corrected and have not been responded to.
