    Super welcoming, friendly, positive community with some really impressive athletes. Shout out to Robert, Miranda, Dustin, Tommy and the rest coaching staff always keep it fresh and all workouts are intentional and deliberate in their design. This is a no BS gym. From the start of class to workout completion, there is no wasted time. I’ve been to some boxes where you stretch for the first 15 minutes and then mozy into the workout that lasts for 15 minutes and then you’re done - nope not here. Great people and great culture, not to mention, you’ll leave every class way more fit than had you tried a workout on your own. Highly recommend coming by and giving it a try. You know you have been thinking about it!!

    I've been a member at District H for about a year and a half and it's been an extremely rewarding experience! I won't lie, I used to hate coming at first (pushing yourself to be active can be really hard!) But classes quickly became the best parts of my week. The community is extremely welcoming and it's easy to make friends here. The coaches are also heavily invested in your success and do their absolute best to help you meet your goals whether it's losing weight, getting your first pull up, or even just trying to maintain an active lifestyle. 5/5 jalapeños. Absolutely recommend.

    I've been part of the District H family for 7 months. I started off with their on-ramp program, learning the various lifts and proper techniques. Then I jumped into strength classes 3x week where I made so much progress through proper coaching and especially the encouraging community. Everyone here cares to see each other succeed and the coaches are very personable and great to interact with. I'd highly recommend DHSF to anyone looking for a great place to achieve their fitness goals.

    Great CrossFit Gym but with options to help you achieve your goals no matter what you're looking to accomplish. I joined after being with the same gym for a VERY long time - and I have to tell you that everyone I have met both the Trainers as well as the members have been friendly and welcoming. Instruction is great from beginner to elite. I have been extremely happy.

    Coach Tommy is amazing! I signed up for Nutrition Coaching and it was the best decision ever. For the first time I was able to overcome issue with body image, learn how to eat and was able to attained my goals. What I loved is that it was very individualized and personal. It was tailored for me. Tommy was always positive, uplifting and supportive. It was an amazing experience. I also tried 2 personal training sessions and the experience was superb! Again, the exercises were tailored to me and my goals. Coach Tommy is super knowledgeable in nutrition and exercise. I highly recommend him and his gym.

    Phenomenal place to train! One of the best training teams anywhere. They helped me unwind some injuries and were able to get me on track to being active in what I consider a short amount of time. They’re knowledgeable, fun, welcoming, and they actually care about their clients. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    I am so incredibly happy about my experience working with Tommy Allen! From the very beginning his approach was in depth, customized for me and compassionate. Working with Tommy was more than just talking nutrition (I mean that was a part of it) but a serious look at the behavioral reasoning (or in some cases, lack of reasoning) behind years of negative mental associations with food, fitness and relationships. If you are wanting to change your lifestyle, and are ready to put in the work, definitely give Tommy a call.

    I did several drop-in classes during a recent work trip to Houston, and this gym is a such a gem! The programming is challenging while being intentional, the coaches are super knowledgeable, and the members are friendly. Miranda was more than helpful in getting me set up and assisting me with booking classes. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend and thanks again!!

    This gym has been my home gym for over 2 years and I love how everyone here is friendly and helpful. The equipment is always kept up and clean and it is such an inspiring place to train.

    The people here are amazing!!! Everyone from coaches, members, and owners are such good people. My wife and I joined last year and have found a new family. The entire community there is always positive, up lifting and FUN. The coaches are very knowledgeable!!! They are also very good at understanding your individual strengths and weaknesses and have the ability to scale/modify the workouts to help you with your personal goals/abilities. A special shout-out to Leila. You have found your calling. Your detailed instructions and one on one time with me help more than you’ll ever know. You made it possible for a fat kid to do something he never thought he would be able to do and for that I am forever grateful.

    This gym has all the equipment you would need for power lifting or strength training in general. Trap bars, chalk, safety squat bars etc. In my opinion it's the best power lifting gym in Houston.

    It was a Fun, positive environment to be surrounded by on a fitness journey. The coaches are good on checking on you,accommodate your moves and making sure you are comfortable with weights and workouts. They provided enough space to be safe during Covid times and always have hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies available for the equipment. I will definitely come back again. Plus nutrition coaching is definitely a great way to start the year right👍

    I've been a member of District H for about 6 months now and it has been an awesome experience! The owners and coaches at District H go above and beyond to make sure that all members feel welcome in the gym. They're always willing to take the extra time to discuss your fitness goals and will help keep you on the right track. The workouts are tough, but the coaches are great about scaling exercises so that people of all skill levels can safely participate in every workout. I would definitely recommend District H to anyone looking to improve their fitness. Great gym!

    Ready for some gainz! District H is the place. Wonderful community, Tommy and Dustin do a great job leading and all the coach’s are amazing! Miranda, Robert, Leila and all the others that have joined recently, do a great job at pushing you to your best. Programming is set for anyone from beginner to elite athlete.

    I've only been a member for 6 months. I go twice a week and I can see tremendous results and gotten stronger. These guys are amazing they pay attention to detail. Leila is my coach, they take private classes as well. Ask for Leila she's my fav.

    If you’re thinking about trying out District H, just do it. There’s no reason to be scared or intimidated, it’s just not like that. I’ve been working out at District H for about ten months, and I’ve never been stronger or fitter even back in my bike racing days. My middle aged dad bod is looking a lot more lean these days, and my ability to move without stiffness or aches has improved significantly. Every single coach at DHCF is supportive, attentive to detail, and always vigilant against injuries, and the owners work hard to create a sense of community that you don’t find too often these days. All in all, I’m so happy that I decided to sign up at District H instead of buying the sports car that I was going to buy to make myself feel better about getting old, lol.

    I 100% recommend this training site, I had surgery on my knee months ago and I felt a little stagnant with my progress before I started doing my training here, now I feel super good and I'm starting to see the changes I was looking for ! Many thanks to Tom and the entire team. 🫶🏼

😠 This place is a disgrace. The two lat pull-down cables have been broken for over three weeks and they look at me like I’m crazy for thinking they should be repaired. Most of the other equipment is either broken or missing. Even at $15 per month, it’s too much.

👍👍 I have been coming to Fitness Connection since April and I'm glad to say that I lost 30 lbs. It's a really big and nice gym. The perk is that they have a sauna. This gym also have many machines and cool classes. The workers there are really nice and knowledgeable. This gym is a keeper.
