Only gym I MISS when I stop going! It's not a "club" gym (fitness connection, 24 hour fitness, etc.) This is a GYM gym.. no A/C, just a couple garage doors and a fan, you can be as loud as you need/want to be, peers are always willing to spot you and do it correctly, we play our own music, but over all we GRIND! Flex City is where it's at! Not to mention, they sell awesome exclusive apparel! But don't take my word for it, come find out... You gowne learn today!

BEST gym in town period. this is not the average commercial gym, this gym has an awesome vibe like no other will ever have. everyone I talked to personally has absolutely loved the place and I have heard of others who love it too. I don't know what's up with Joel Castillo but the staff is very friendly and no one is on a power trip there. This is a gym for people who truly want to be motivated and work hard. the gym has only been open for a year and there's a reason they have the amount of happy customers they have! no egos, no hiding, no judging, just people improving their lives and getting closer to the body and health they desire! and for the record.. since opening the gym it has not been closed a SINGLE DAY! open every single day including holidays like thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years ect!!!

Literally one of the best gyms in the area. Great vibe, awesome owner and superb customer service. It has an "old school gym" vibe that can't be replicated.
