I've been to my fair share of F45 locations and I do love this one the most. The gym/facility is more spacious and has good parking. GEO is the man. What a cool guy and he really knows his stuff!

I love this gym! The coaches are awesome and the workouts are challenging and the community is very welcoming!

I have been a member of F45 since 2018 and this is my 3rd gym after my moves. It by far is THE BEST F45 you could be apart of. The coaches go above and beyond to make sure your goals are met. Huge shout out to Coach Geo for being the best at what he does!! From previous experiences of bad ownership and relationships with their members, you won’t have to worry about that here! They have made working out something you look forward to daily and have established an amazing community to be apart of.

This F45 location is the absolute best of the best!! As someone who is somewhat new to working it out, it’s great to have coaches that challenge and encourage you. Taking a class with Geo is a MUST! I’ve never been to a gym where I’ve felt such a sense of a community. This place is a 10/10, definitely would recommend it to anybody!

Great gym that is clean and spacious. Geo runs a great class that is full of energy and fun. He is able to understand peoples strengths and weaknesses very well and adapt workouts accordingly.

Love this gym! Started coming here 2 years ago and have learned so much about form from the coaches. As a former / current soccer player I feel like this style of conditioning caters perfectly to what I grew up doing.

Best F45 in the area! The owner/main trainer Geo is great. He makes sure he remembers everyone who comes in and makes everyone feel welcomed! Even though the classes are tough, all the trainers are awesome and it makes you want to come back for more.

I got a 7 day trial to try this location out and absolutely love it! I will definitely be getting a membership! First off they have their own parking. All the coaches are so welcoming & helpful the gym is clean and not overly crowded. I highly recommend this F45!

I have been to a couple different F45 studios throughout my moves and this one is by far THE BEST in Houston and here’s why: - The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable, they know how to read the room to push you when you need extra motivation while not making you feel “singled out” in the class. As someone who doesn’t really know how to lift, I appreciate how Coach Geo and Anna take the time to teach me how to fix my form and have given me the foundational knowledge of how to do lift properly. This educational component makes it feel more like an investment in my long-term health/fitness not just a workout class. - The sense of community is a big reason why I am motivated to go. The staff knows everyone by name and puts in the effort to build a relationship with every attendee, It really feels like you have a personal trainer who is working with you to meet your fitness goals. I have tried other fitness classes and studios and I never gotten the sense of community that I feel at this F45 - The studio itself is in a super dope location, plenty of parking, very clean, big studio. A bonus is the skyline view when you come out that looks especially pretty in the early morning/evening classes when the sun sets and rises. If you are thinking about trying it out F45 in Houston, you need to try it at this studio. Period!
