have
been
working
out
with
Brice
for
a
little
over
2
months
now.
I
found
him
via
Google
and
decided
to
try
him
out
as
a
trainer
based
on
his
excellent
reviews.
All
his
5
star
reviews
are
legitimate,
he
is
the
real
deal
if
you
are
looking
for
a
personal
trainer
in
Houston.
I
was
a
previous
athlete
but
over
the
past
10
years
or
so
I
have
had
an
on/off
relationship
with
fitness
and
nutrition.
I
decided
to
get
serious
about
it
earlier
this
year
and
after
working
out
with
Brice
for
a
couple
months
I
have
seen
significant
changes
in
muscle
tone,
strength,
endurance,
and
my
overall
health.
His
workouts
are
tough
in
the
best
way
and
I
always
look
forward
to
Brice
workout
days.
Brice
gives
great
personal
attention
and
always
pays
attention
to
your
form.
I
have
learned
so
much
about
proper
form
and
what
muscles
I
should
be
working
out
for
different
exercises.
He
is
great
at
motivation
and
pushing
you
to
be
better
every
workout.
Not
only
is
Brice
a
great
personal
trainer
in
the
gym,
he
also
takes
his
role
seriously
as
your
trainer
even
when
you
are
not
in
the
gym.
I
started
keeping
a
food
diary
at
his
recommendation,
and
we
talk
about
my
nutrition
at
least
once
a
week.
He
is
also
good
about
holding
you
accountable
for
workouts
outside
his
sessions
and
he
has
even
developed
workout
routines
for
me
to
do
on
my
non-Brice
days.
He
is
very
flexible
if
you
are
going
to
be
late
or
need
to
change
your
session
times,
and
very
responsive.
I
would
