    Brice is great; he is very patient, took the time to perfect my form (which made a huge difference in dealing with my injuries and increasing my weights). He is extremely caring, highly responsive and invests time and effort into helping you fulfill your goals. He takes his workouts seriously, which reflects in the results. I highly recommend Brice and intend to continue training with him for a lifetime.

    Brice is an excellent trainer! I am extremely happy with my results in the little time I have started with him. If you want someone who truly cares about your progress and is very successful in helping you reach your goals, he is the one! He tracks your progress and makes sure he is doing everything possible to get you to be the best part of you. I am a mom and my body has changed incredibly to amazing results.

    Brice changed my life. When I first went to him my back pain was so bad it was hard to even walk in the front door. I used to go the grocery store and I had to have a cart to relieve my back pain. Within two weeks the pain started to leave me after working with Brice. He truly has changed my life. I don’t always like what he puts me through. But I do it and don’t complain. I try to get stronger every day. When he says “Good job” it motivates me to try harder. If you want a trainer that will change your life that is Brice. If you want a trainer that will improve your health and well being that is Brice. Try one session with him and you will be hooked, He is a wonderful man.

    Brice is a great personal trainer! He helps set smart goals, tracks progress, and keeps you motivated along the way. His workout routines are excellent, and he changes things around often. I've been training with Brice for a couple of months now - I have been very happy with the improvements and have had a lot of fun! Looking forward to continuing!

    Brice is awesome! He has new workouts prepared every morning, which keeps you motivated. He has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer. I would highly recommend him to anyone, whether you are just starting out or have been working out for years.

    I have been working out with Brice for a little over 2 months now. I found him via Google and decided to try him out as a trainer based on his excellent reviews. All his 5 star reviews are legitimate, he is the real deal if you are looking for a personal trainer in Houston. I was a previous athlete but over the past 10 years or so I have had an on/off relationship with fitness and nutrition. I decided to get serious about it earlier this year and after working out with Brice for a couple months I have seen significant changes in muscle tone, strength, endurance, and my overall health. His workouts are tough in the best way and I always look forward to Brice workout days. Brice gives great personal attention and always pays attention to your form. I have learned so much about proper form and what muscles I should be working out for different exercises. He is great at motivation and pushing you to be better every workout. Not only is Brice a great personal trainer in the gym, he also takes his role seriously as your trainer even when you are not in the gym. I started keeping a food diary at his recommendation, and we talk about my nutrition at least once a week. He is also good about holding you accountable for workouts outside his sessions and he has even developed workout routines for me to do on my non-Brice days. He is very flexible if you are going to be late or need to change your session times, and very responsive. I would recommend Brice to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Houston.

    Absolutely awesome!! Brice is knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and an all around great trainer. He's a super nice guy too! I appreciate all his hard work, having a flexible schedule, teaching me new workouts and pushing me to lift heavier or run faster than I ever would have expected. The number speak for themselves, I gained several pounds of lean muscle and my body fat percent went down just in the past one month I've been working with him.

    I've been working out, on and off, for over 10 years now. When I turned 50, two years ago, I decided to be more proactive and exercise at least three times per week, and I've been doing so since. I have been pretty good with getting some kind of fitness level but it's never been enough. So a couple of months ago I decided to hire a personal trainer, after days of looking and reading reviews Brice profile kept coming up. He is practically among the 5 best personal trainers in Houston, period. I decided to give it a try and I am very happy I did. Brice is the kind of professional trainer who observes your fitness level analyzing every single workout that you do, he manages to understand your body and your limits to the point that will surprise you; there's been lots of opportunities in which I get to do exercises and lifting I didn't think I was capable of doing. He also surprises me with exercises I've never done before. For the last two months I've been "hearing" from muscles I didn't even know existed :) so do I recommend Brice? ABSOLUTELY YES. Brice is not only the best personal trainer but he's also an excellent person, he's very flexible and fair, he has the patients to deal with the lack of knowledge required to get results, he can also advice you in what you can do as far as nutrition. I suggest you give it a try and confirm it yourself. Regards... I came to the conclusion that Brice is the guy to go

    I highly recommend Brice Remaley, the personal trainer who gives proven results for a fit, strong, lean body!! He guided and coached me with discipline, encouragement and honest feedback. He is a stickler for proper form before he pushed weight or repetitions. My favorite quote from Brice is “You don’t know your limits until you go beyond them”! He recommends a slow carbohydrate diet while training to shed fat and build muscles. Measurable results were made for me in 3 months! I lost 12 lbs. of fat and gained 2 lbs. of lean muscle as proved by the Dexa body composition scan taken at the start and end of 3 months. Strength and cardiovascular improvements were also documented! If you want to feel amazing, get strong and look fabulously fit, Brice Remaley is the trainer for you! He will make sure you do the work!! Thank you Brice!!!

    Really fun to train with, keeps you motivated and accountable. Super careful about your form, helps you develop safe methods of strength building and tailors his training to your personal goals. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Brice is the best! I was doing Orange Theory and getting bored with the repetition. Brice keeps things interesting and super challenging.

    Great trainer. Very knowledgeable about how to help you obtain your goals. Also if you are looking for someone who is proficient in Kettlebell form and technique Brice should be your first and only call.

😠 This place is a disgrace. The two lat pull-down cables have been broken for over three weeks and they look at me like I’m crazy for thinking they should be repaired. Most of the other equipment is either broken or missing. Even at $15 per month, it’s too much.
