It was out first time here. We were two adults and two kids and we decided to do something fun. The place itself is small but it transports you to different scenarios. It has plenty of animals but the exhibit was small. They gave us a discount because the weather was bad and all the outdoor activities were not available. Maybe coming back when the weather gets better.

I love the aquarium and all their exhibist. We also had lunch at their restaurant, which is part of the Laundry's chain -really good food, and didn't feel expensive at all for us. And of course the gigantic tank fish is unique -my kids love it.

It is a very entertaining small aquarium, as it has exhibitions of different marine animals such as manta rays and sharks, it has a little train, carousel, and you can visit it in about three hours, it is a good place and one of the five main attractions in Houston

Fun place for kids and adults, (they don’t have EBT discount like the zoo) $15 for parking , $24 ticket per person, small place . We enjoyed our Sunday here 🫶🏻

Loved the fishes! Attractions are more for the kids. I thought it was bigger but still loved it there! It can be done in half an hour and then have a nice meal in their underwater food experience!

A super nice place where the combination of food, a little good beer 😁, the fantastic marine world, plus the beautiful and giant city of Houston's Dowton make for a fantastic life experience 👌

It is a pleasant experience! The aquarium is quite small but has a lot to see, it is super well maintained and the decoration is spectacular; You walk it in approximately 30 minutes very calmly. I highly recommend the full pass since the train ride attractions to see the sharks, interact with the manta rays, and the rides are not included in the regular admission. Parking has a high cost, you can park on the street but you run the risk of being towed by the tow truck!

Terrible place! They don’t take proper care of the tiger! It’s so sad that places like this have animals in an improper environment .

It's ok. You'd think that the HOUSTON aquarium would be, ya know, like Houston... Big! But it's not. It's small. Not a large variety of area life exhibits, but what's there is nice, clean and the specimens are healthy. The gift shop is at the end of the tour, and you have no choice than to pass through it so blindfold the kids before you get there. Nothing special nor novel about the gift shop either. The rides outside are extremely limited. There's a carrosel, a sky drop, ferris wheel, and a train. Bring a change of clothes, bc there's a little water feature all the kids end up wanting to play in. It's worth the trip if you have children 10 and younger. Older kids (middle school+) likely won't enjoy it.

We have visited several times over the years. It’s not a very big aquarium, but it is a different experience, especially being able to have access to a top quality restaurant on premises. I always look forward to visiting and dining here anytime we’re in Houston. I highly recommend it.

Worse service ever . The restaurant one and have hours to get in and they never call . And 30 minutes just to get out of the parking lot.

👍 A must see if visiting Houston. Large exhibits with a lot to see. I wish we would have visited during the week because it was very busy and there was a lot of children running around. The food court was healthy. I really enjoyed my visit but missed a lot because of the crowd.
