Place was horrible and the will cheat you on your credit card. If u go pay with cash but the whole place is a scam. Mark my words they want be in business long. I caught them in the act they did refund me but it's the principle. I work hard for my money

Bar tender over charged me double and I didn't notice. I thought it was normal due to the holidays. When I came to get my second drink from a different bar tender it was way below the first drink. When I approached the supervisor and I was refunded in full. Be very curfull here at this bar. They scam alot not sure if the management is involved but I think so. I WILL NO GO TO THIS SPOT EVER AGAIN. CHEAP, GUETTO AND NO RESPECT FOR A BUSINESS MINDED INDIVIDUAL.

The owner can kick rocks. The level of disrespect he has towards women is insane. Nobody should have their own personal items thrown at them by the OWNER for no reason. If you wanna deal with a loser on a power trip then by all means. But why go here and waste money when there are better lounges?

Faces is definitely one of the spot my favorite places me, and the ladies can stop by any weekend and have a great time. Listen to great Hip Hop music, and have a cocktail of your choice. There’s Always a great time on the patio, food truck with great finger food, wings, fish & shrimp, and Pork Chops. They have a humidor where you can buy a cigar of your choice if you’re a smoker great selection, The make sure everything is ran smoothly no nonsense police security at the door on the patio so you definitely feel safe. Just don’t park on the side street because they do tow cars if your on the wrong street It’s better to valet or take a Uber. You will definitely have a great time, and you have 5015 across the street which is so COOL always something good going on a great place to hang out at, So if your in the Midtown area the Almeda Strip is always going down, and if your hungry you have the Turkey Leg Hut.. Great, safe and lot of fun for all to enjoy!! Love it❤️😊❤️

$20 plus for parking and it’s offsite, bouncer a little excessive when it comes to pat downs, bartender was nice but drinks were overpriced and you don’t get an itemized receipt, spent quite a bit just to be told to move from where we were sitting for the majority of the night because they all of a sudden had a “party”. In my opinion if you know you get last minute bookings why not have a separate area for that reserved rather than make patrons who have already been there move.

The most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I ever had to endure was at Faces of Houston with bartender Chris. I went to Faces with a group of women that simply wanted to enjoy a few drinks and hear music after leaving brunch. I ordered drinks with Chris for my friend and I after waiting patiently at the bar to be serviced, tipped and went about my business. After about 30 mins my friend went back to the bar and requested another round of drinks with Chris in which he proceeded to advise that he was not going to service us because we did not tip him & then had the audacity to call us b*tches! LOUD & WRONG! The manager on duty (tall, light-skinned male) was pitiful & did absolutely NOTHING to compensate for the poor service. The drinks were very overpriced and they don't provide itemized receipts. I paid over $50 (tip included) for two Strawberry Lemon Drops with cheap liquor provided, Svedka! The only staff members that provided some sort of assistance was security.

The drinks are awesome, staff is good. Staff must learn to cut off service to patrons that are drunk before something bad happens.

Really cool spot! I've attended here because of TPS Stogies Wednesday's Lady's Night. Great atmosphere, music, and patio fun. The private humidor lounge has a sexy vibe.

The place has a nice set up. It has potential to be great, just not utilized correctly. They have a humidor room, but the cigar choices are basic. A small room to the left of the humidor room that would be great for a cigar room, but no ventilation. $20 for parking is ridiculous! And it's not valet! Some man comes your car(who doesn't look Like he works their), no logo shirt or jacket for the business. Drinks are pricey, bartender was nice.

This is a spot I enjoy after 3/4 pm. Drinks can be good, depending who makes them. The atmosphere is nice! Love the ambiance of the venue. Drinks are pricey. Sometimes not worth it. New situation that has me not wanting to mess with this place anymore. A few others, but this is icing for me and has me like.😒 Security can be rude. We walked in, no security. We were not asked our IDs or purse check, BUT the moment we walked in we went to the bathroom, and was asked of we read his "sign on the door". Apparently, it said restroom for customers only, and then said "I know you are going to the bathroom then go to 5015.: All 3 of us looked at him with a dumb stare. I explained that we purposely came to this establishment to have a good time. We need to use the bathroom before getting drinks. He tried to offset the mood by saying "he was just playing". His butt was not playing! Go joke with your staff, not me. Now, it is spring break, we look young, but to think that was are not capable of reading a sign and abiding by what is asked of us gave us "He must have thought we were young" vibes. The ONLY reason we stayed, was because my homegirl was in town, and trying to go to another place would have not allowed her to enjoy Sunday funday before getting on her plane. However, I live here and do not plan to bring anyone I know of here in the future. I want to give benefit of the doubt, but his approach could have been better. Don't be passive with me.

Came with a party of about 15 over the weekend, and everyone had a horrible time. Drinks were watered down, everyone in the venue kept leaving, and the short bouncer was weird. Wouldn’t waste my time or money here.

I am upset because I spent a hell of a lot of money and the cleaning guy took my drink from the table we were at. I told the bartender and instead of giving me a replacement drink I amm told because it can't be verified they can't give me a replacement drink. I immediately closed out and left. I could have spent way more money but was instead treated indifferently. They spot doesn't understand customer service or espey from someone who has already spent nearly $200 before the incident. Teach the bartenders how to handle a situation like that so the money can flow. At this point I refuse to spend anything money at this establishment and will definitely give bad reviews to anyone who asks. All over a few freaking dollars..

BEAUTIFUL ATMOSPHERE!!!!!! It was nice and cool in there the whole time, which is a first for me going in any bar!!!!!!! The menu is short and simple. The outside is nice with better outside furniture than some in the area. This is a nice spot!!!!!!!!

Great time here. Older crowd. Felt safe. DJ was amazing. I would definitely come here again.

I like this lounge. It's pretty cool. Food is good, but drink & food service tends to be slow, but wait staff can help speed things up if you order through them. Get there early if you can. Find somewhere near a/c as it can get hot in there.

The bartender Celeste was awesome! First time in Faces. The Manager Brandon didn’t show no hospitality to Chicago.

Bartender wasn’t really friendly at all! Took a very long time for my drink as well. (Old fashion) also there was no lighters available for the cigar lounge. But overall atmosphere was really nice!! Really pretty place and I love the art work! I also love the fact that it was crawfish on the patio 🥰 I would return!

The overall vibe was good, the air conditioner was blowing nice and cool and bathrooms were clean. That said, the drinks are not the cheapest in town and parking can be challenging. Faces is mostly indoor but has a nice sized outside patio area. It was not as crowded as the spot across the street, but the spot across the street is mostly outdoors so if you like hanging out on Almeda but need working A/C, go to Faces.

Face is lit. The bartender “Beyoncé” was very welcoming to the environment and served the best drinks! I will be coming back

My family and I were visiting my sister from out of town when we found this place. The man at the door was SO nice. My sister had on slides and we had no idea certain places didn't allow certain shoes because it's not a thing back home. Rather than turn us around the man at the door politely explained the difference to us about her shoes and let us in. We wanted to order food but everything on the online menu was showing as if they didn't have it & he walked us in and showed us where and how to order. I THINK he may have been the owner, whoever he was the hospitality was an A+! He really went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed & we had a BALL. One of the best times I've ever had. The drinks were A+, food was A+, the atmosphere was A+, music A+ & did I mention the place was an A+! 😂 Seriously do not pass Faces by.

Loved the vibe and the atmosphere! The drinks were strong, the music was on fire, and everyone was enjoying themselves. Definitely a place I would recommend for my out of towners.

Customer friendly. The DJ was very friendly and made sure we that he shout us out from being from Mississippi. The waitress were cool and friendly as well....I will go back... Nice chill spot....

Drinks are stupid pricey & not that strong. Can be a good time with the right crowd. Depending on who you are, you MAY get good service at the bar & not run into security whose jock strap isn't too far up his back....
