Boudreaux and David are the coffee experts of downtown Houston! I have been coming here for over 6 months and I find myself just hanging out chatting with the regulars and newcomers that we turn into regulars! It is such a fun family style environment. I walk my dog here every morning so it is dog friendly! If you’re in the downtown are please stop by The Tipping Point Coffee shop! You won’t be disappointed!

Small, quiet coffee shop with good coffee. Nothing fancy and no tables to do hours of work. Just a simple place to get quality coffee. Highly recommend!

The Tipping Point is more than a “Coffee Shop”! It’s a place where people from all walks of life can come together for deep meaningful conversations & at times a place to network & showcase art!

This place is one of the easiest stops I make when I'm downtown. Good and polite service, no matter the choice. The coffee is always on point, and on my way, I go! Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes coffee and supporting local businesses. 👌🏼

Not great place for kids. Fairly small inside. The barista was fantastic and friendly. The cold brew was not the kick in the face I prefer. The retail inside was pretty rad.

Groovy little downtown spot. Their cappuccino is fantastic, easily top 5 inside the loop. There is an interesting vintage clothing shop in the back that's worth a look too.

Very knowledgeable staff and focused on providing quality thrift and antique items! I had a mind blowing pour over and felt very welcome.

Very cool spot. The coffee was great and I was able to have a look at the retail component while the owner was making my coffee. He's got a great eye for design which is apparent once you see the merchandise he's selected for the store. We need more places like this in Houston!

Small coffee shop slinging to the basics while shopping for some sweet vintage threads. Highly recommend the vanilla spice cold brew!

I work for IAMJENNIFERLE.....a while back we came to Houston and booked tipping point for our pop up shop. THOMAS took our money and scammed us. We're out thousands, we're a much bigger brand today than we were back then BUT figured I'd post a review where it can't be deleted. We traveled from Canada with out inventory, our team, security and hotels all booked from some random dude named David to tell us we can't use the venue. Thomas didn't show up. They pretty much together stole our money and have never made it right. If your reading this review GOOGLE us we def have no reason to lie. We've gone on to accomplish major things in fashion however I've never forgotten that TIPPING POINT scammed us.

Great community. And you got impeccable vintage with Roundhouse, it’s a match made in heaven. Dope people run this shop and the vibes are very chill and welcoming. Highly recommend for fashion/coffee enthusiasts!

Great coffee, super friendly service and a cool vintage clothing store attached. No pastries, though.

This is a great tiny coffee shop downtown. It has all of your necessary espresso needs. I ordered my standard cortado with less milk. The “stout” cortado, if you will. My barista recommended adding brown sugar and cinnamon instead of a syrup. It was delicious. I had never had that combination anywhere and I loved it. I didn’t see any pastries out but I did stop by after lunch. I would love to visit for breakfast in the future. This location is worth visiting and they have a different store in the back. I will have to wander around on my next visit.
