Great coffe and the staff was super friendly. Really cool looking place with outdoor seating as well. Gave us a punch card that gets you your 10th drink free. Just wish they had a bit more variety of pastries. Plenty of coffe options. Plenty of seating as well. Will definitely come back 🔙

This place is rough. I'm honestly confused why the other reviews are so good. Ordered two paninis and it took them 15 minutes to put the pre-made ingredients onto bread and in the sandwich press, and we were the only customers. The vegetables were fresh enough, but otherwise the paninis weren't good. Salami panini was mostly just mayo and the chicken pesto panini had something on it that looked like guac instead of pesto. The salami and cheese were greasy. They were also cold...I saw them put them in the sandwich press and not close it all the way...just enough to give the top of the bread some dark spots. The place definitely still looks like a bar and run down. There are still beer signs all over. When they had to refill the nitro coffee machine for our coffees they just poured stuff out of a commercial bag. It tasted fine enough but definitely doesn't give the sense of specialty coffee that they advertise. Overall the biggest disappointment was that it took over 20 minutes for two iced coffees and two paninis, and the vibes and food quality is poor enough to not make up for it.

Vibe- This is a neat coffee shop on Washington Avenue near Buffalo Bayou. There’s a lot of tables and chairs outside. There’s a good amount of seating inside and the inside has a very cozy home like feel! Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I got a hot chai latte with oatmilk, it was delicious. I didn’t even have to add any syrups because it had a nice sweetness to it as is! Parking- There’s a lot with a decent amount of spots.

Great food great ambiance. I had the TBLT panini and it was amazing. The dressing from the salad was really good too. Service was perfect. Came here to work and eat lunch, ended up grabbing an Italian hot choc later.

Very solid coffee, of higher quality than what’s offered in this area. Got a latte, very reasonably priced, from the friendly staff, and this place is spacious and cozy. There is a limited selection of pastries, all of which look very fresh. Atmosphere inside is relaxing, and with fall coming, the patio will be especially nice to have in the area. There are comfortable leather chairs throughout and lots of table space, so as someone who works on their computer often, I’ll be coming by for sure!

Very solid coffee, free wifi and plenty of seating. Great place for remote work/studying! They also have a chess table and a couple of games like a huge connect four lol

Stopped at this newly opened coffee shop. Enjoyed my Americano (hot and smooth with no bitter notes) at this shop across from Voodoo Donuts. Parking was a bit hard but worth it. I would definitely return to this coffee shop. #welchrealty #coffeecrawl #coffee #coffeelover #realestate

The chai latte!!!!! The Tahitian vanilla they use makes it taste like cookie butter. I also tried the vanilla latte, and it was pretty good, too. Interior is super charming!

This is a wonderful and tranquil spot, with a great atmosphere that includes incredible treats. Including a delicious Raspberry Braid that can be paired with a Expresso with a shot of club soda to cleanse the palate. I do recommend this spot. I do love the beautiful window treatments as well. Love talking with Ms.Jessica about these selections.

We needed a nice coffee spot in this area. There is also a very nice beer on tap and wine selection. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The chai tea latte was very tasty. Will be coming back!

I really enjoyed my time at this little coffee shop! The employees and owner of the restaurant were super sweet and thoughtful. I ordered the orange creme smoothie and it tasted just like an orange creamsicle ice cream-but even better! The decorations were a bonus :)

New coffee shop with comfy couches, free wifi, good coffee and dirty chai lattes and humungous, delicious pastries that are definitely meant to be shared. This might be one of my new favorite coffee shops!

Was excited to have a new coffee place close to our home. I’m disappointed 🚬🤮🚬 Yuck! This place stinks with cigarette smell. They did a very poor job turning a bar into a coffee place. Still looks and feels like a bar. It’s a bar with espresso machines and still even has beer signs. They added some tacky fake vines outside. Horrible decor. I can’t imagine people wanting to work at a place that smells like cigarettes. Not even actual bars smell like that. Apparently, the previous business allowed people smoking inside. I would be happy to update my review once you get rid of the cigarette smell and improve the decor to make it look and feel like a real coffee place. Actual review by someone who lives in the area and attempted being a customer. All these other over-complimentary reviews must be fake.

So amazing! As I walked in I loved the vibes and art on the walls. The atmosphere is very lovely and unique, the baristas are wonderful and my coffee was delicious. New local favorite!

This is a brand new spot and it is just lovely. It's got a great outdoor section and the staff are wonderful and the coffee was delicious it will definitely be a regular stop! Super nice owners and this place has an cool unique vibe.

Espresso was delicious. Burger vibe is also connected to this place. Taani at the front was helpful, kind and accommodating! The cheeseburger bowl was yummy. I'll definitely be back!

This coffee shop is very cute and comfy but the pastries are subpar. Our drinks took an eternity to brew and we Ordered basic beverages.

Disappointed. Advertising burgers but only 2 choices on the menu for $10 each. Fries are an additional $4.50. If the food was exceptional I’d say great. But it was average. Sorry but it’s the truth. Coffee was just okay.
