I went in for a drug screen for pre-employment today and I believe it was done negligently. I was tested else where and bought a home kit in which both came back negative. They will cost you to lose a job due to their inaccurate testing and will refuse to speak with you about your results

This is my go to spot. The wait time is reasonable and the staff is extremely helpful. I have a pretty hectic schedule so being able to walk in really is a blessing. Ashley M. greeted me upon arrival and helped me with the check in process. Ashley J. had a great bedside manner and showed a lot patience. Thanks again!

Waste of money didn’t do anything for me but take my money. Told me I need to go see a specialist. I said so I wasted my money for nothing. She responded back and said basically you did so unprofessional. 7-4-23

I’ve been here several times. This place doesn’t mess around. The online checking is superb with roughly no wait time. The doctors here are fabulous and efficient. Their test results are sent to you in about 30 minutes. Prescriptions and treatment plans are accurate. They want to see you well! This place is really good and fast. So much easier than trying to get into see my regular PCP.

Affinity is my go to when we have unexpected issues and need to get in immediately. I was very pleased with Ashley J our medical assistant. She was very compassionate and even carried my daughter to the room for me. Thankfully we didn’t have a fracture and it was just a sprain. Thank you Ashley! Made an appointment online and preregistered before I came in- the whole online process was easy and smooth. Was checked in quickly and seen promptly and the PA was very nice. The whole visit was quick and easy and they’re super close to my home so I’ll definitely be back! Thank you again!

Very helpful right from the start. Received the proper care quickly. They informed me of my results in a timely manner and also prescribed prescriptions to follow. I was more than happy with the results.

Walked in 20 minutes before closing and the front desk ladies were welcoming and helpful. I was very direct on what was going on because i knew they were in the process of closing and didn’t want to be that person. I was able to make jokes and laugh with the staff. The physician on site was great, he was able to treat me and had me out my way in no time.

Ashley J helped me today as well as Nicole Williams, FNP and I am thankful that they made everything clear and quick and easy to get in and out. Ashley J is so personable and helpful. Nicole was very informative and caring. For an urgent care visit, these two made it easy!

I was visiting from out of town. I ended up having a urinary tract infection. From the welcome desk to the nurse to the physicians assistant everyone was so nice to me. Got right to the problem. Prescribed a medication that I believe is helping very well. So relieved. Very grateful for everything, they did for me here. I can’t say enough good things about how I was taking care of. My husband and I went in for a full respiratory panel at the same time. The PA and medical assistant who took care of us were efficient and compassionate and later were able to get is the doctor notes we needed for work. The PA even called me to give me the results from our tests, in addition to the results sent via text later.

The staff here was very helpful. They asked all the questions about what is in process and my past medical history. They were very thorough with everything they did the nurse I had was very sweet. She reminded me of Lizzie from Grey’s Anatomy.❤️ berry well taken care of during my visit

I've been coming here since the covid outbreak and I will say the staff is very professional. My medical assistant Ashley J who I've had a couple of times is awesome. She is nice and friendly. She's doesn't rush to get me in and out. In addition when she was doing my vitals she decided to do them twice cause she didn't like the first set, which worked cause the second set was much better. Keep up the great work!!

Nice office. Online check in is convenient. No awkward clipboard. Waited 10 minutes for two prior clients. Doctor was obviously experienced. I thought the antibiotic eye drops was helping throughout my body and he told me only the eyes and prescribed oral pill. Quick visit, prescription sent to walmart next door. I immediately went to ask for script they told they just got it and to wait 5 minutes. Pharmacist overheard and I saw her pull the script out of her check line, counseled me to get a probiotic . All in all the perfect medical visit. I'm happy.

Very fast and friendly staff. Was in and out within the hour. Staff was professional and very nice. Doctor lectured me but I knew he was telling the truth. I would recommend this faculty and facility for any urgent care need.

My experience was great from start to finish. The check in process was easy and I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. Once I went to the back with the nurse everything was explained to me as they were checking me. I felt confident that the doctor and nurse knew what they were doing. They followed through with communicating with me my test results once I left and made sure I had to appropriate medication. I’m glad I was able to be seen quickly and will go back in the future.

1st time visiting this location. I brought in 3 kids with 3 different illnesses/injuries. I was having trouble finding someplace that could get them in all together and asap. This location pulled it off and quick! The longest wait time was the paperwork for all 3 patients. Within 10 min of completion we were being called back. The nurse worked quickly to get vitals for my clearly uncomfortable children. 1 child needed an xray, which was also quicker than I expected. The Dr that evaluated them was great. He took the time to learn each of my children's names and listen to their complaints individually. He talked to them as if they were patients and not just a fly on the wall. He also seemed very knowledgeable as to what treatment each kid would need in order to make a full and quick recovery. Considering I walked in with 3 kids and no appointments, I'm impressed that it only took about an hr from walking in to walking out all while getting the care they each needed. We will continue to use this location for urgent medical needs.

I took my 2 year old grandson here, he had a really bad cough and he woke up with a red eye with mucus draining out of it. They were great. The check in was easy and everyone was very sweet and patient with my fussy 2 year old. It was a relief since we couldn't get him in to his pedestrian for days. I will definitely go back to this location if I ever need them again.

I was a walk-in so I thought I'd have to wait a long time but I only waited about 10 min. They were caring and thorough and test they gave me only took 30 min. for the results. They sent my meds to my pharmacy immediately and was on my way to recovery in a hour after seeing the doctor. I love this clinic!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!! They were courteous and professional. They answered all my questions. Efficiently handled my insurance information and saw me in record time! Later that day my test results were sent to me just like they had told me. Could not have asked for a better experience!!!

I always use Affinity for my COVID-19 tests and I am very satisfied each time I’ve visit…. the staff is amazing.. check-in is always fast as well as the wait time to be seen.. the best part for me is that I received my results in a few hours each time which is also great.. I absolutely recommend Affinity!

Went in earlier today for a cut on my hand that needed stitches. Normally I've had a good experience with quick in and out, being taken care of by the staff here but today was not a good experience at all. I understand they had a rush come in but it's extremely unprofessional having someone wait for something like that. Ended up walking out after waiting almost 2 hours for the doctor to come in the room after being checked in and brought back. Ended up at UTMB urgent care where they took my emergency serious and got me in and taken care of immediately.

I showed up to verify a positive home covid test for my employer. I was a walk in a checked in with the kiosk. Receptionist was very nice, considering he has to deal with positive covid cases all day. I was called back in a quick 5 minutes. The nurse helping was nice as well, and explained everything very well, even after I told her I was deaf. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I'm pleased.

Service was great! Jill and her team were so attentive. I brought my two year old in for a COVID test per request from her regular pediatrician. They did a full check up to help find out what was causing my daughter’s fever instead of just testing her and sending us on our way. Jill was very attentive and gave me very clear and straightforward information and directions on what to do depending on the outcome of the test. I would highly recommended going to Affinity Urgent Care for any of your needs!

A very pleasant visit. I brought my grandchildren up there and they were extremely nice courteous and extremely quick. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so nice and the doctor was very thorough. I would definitely use them again. If I could have given them 10 Stars I would have.
