    I’ve had very few good experiences at this location. But today Laurie was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Didn’t help me with getting my charms put on or anything. I guess I’ll continue to shop at the baytown location.

    I’ve worn James Avery Jewelry for 20+ years. It’s very nice quality, durable and so many selections! The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is the employees are always super unfriendly and rushy.

    Went in to purchase several items including a ring, charm, and bigger bracelet to replace my current one. I also had a broken charm i wanted to replace as well. When asked if I could replace it, the manager came up saying that it had been snagged on something and she would not replace because we damaged the item. I never said what happened to the charm and only asked if I could replace. She also stated that the products do have manufacturers warranty but she would not simply replace the charm. While I do understand certain policies, I did not appreciate the attitude we received from her. She kept going on about a different customer who ran over a ring and wanted a replacement as well and did not let me speak at all. Seeing as we were going to be spending a good amount on the other items, I didn’t think the half price on 1 charm should have been a big deal. The store lost more on my sale than they would have by just replacing the charm. Again, didn’t appreciate the way we were being spoken to and just decided to leave. Won’t be returning to this location again.

    I went into this location, 6/14/22, at 1:30 pm. There was only 2 other customers inside the store. I went into purchase several pieces. Not ONE employee said one word to me. I had one right next to me at a display case. Did not ask if I wanted help, having a good day etc. There were several employees behind the counter just chatting. I walked around several cases, looking for the charm I was interested in. But I could not find it. Looked at the employees, nothing. I tore the JA slip I had into pieces. And threw it away. And walked out. I was very disappointed in this business. I understand if they were busy, but they were not. I would understand if they didn't have enough employees there, but they had a lot of employees that day.

    I oder something online and pay for next day deliver. 165 and nothing was received. What a disappointment I pay for next day delivery I didn't ask for no favor I pay you.you should be held your self accordingly. Bad experience

    Mr. Avery has more of my money than I care to think about, but his artisans are skilled and make beautiful pieces. This new(er) store is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful!

    We went to James Avery Jewelry store to purchase my grandson a chain and cross. It was during the Christmas season, so there were a lot of customers. But they had about six salespersons working and they did a great job in helping everyone. We found the item we were looking for and was able to move through the line in rapid order.

    Wish I could give zero stars! Because when I went in I got ZERO service. Nobody greeted me,and thats fine they had a couple of ppl checking out BUT I waited for the crowd to leave and all other customers cleared out. the whole store was cleared NOBODY but me ,wife and son left along with 3 cackling employees behind the register and not one of them asked if we needed help!!! We waited 15min before we decided to go to another james avery bc the employees here have zero customer service skills!!!!

    Highly recommend this location, customer service is very helpful and they don't hover over you trying to sell you any items. When you perchance an item they explain the process and address any questions you may have.

    My family and I have shopped at this location for 30 years now. I went in just last week to have a retired ring resized and had perfect service from drop off to pickup. The ring was polished and seamless where the sizing was made.

    My go to place for special occasions. I can find something for all four of my daughters. Order online and pick up at store is super fast. They had my order ready for pickup within two hours and I was in and out of store in about ten.

    Lol this location is a joke. 3rd time i came to this location and literally not one employee there got close to ask if i needed help, or even at least act like yall busy. there were like 4 employees there chit chatting with a lady about the astros. Im not surprised the other 2 people that left review on here had same experience. What i am surprised though, is that they have 4.5 stars with customer service like this? Its the last time i come to this location, and i know i know.. automated emial message is gonna reply back to this saying im sorry for your bad experience blah blah. Yall will do literally nothing about this. If you dont like helping people out then why work there? quit? find another job? its crazy cause someone could come and want to spend money on charms/bracelets/necklaces for a birthday gift but the customer service sucks so bad here. Makes you just wanna go to a diff location. I saw another customer walk in, No greet either. Didnt help her out either lol its a joke i swear

    Very nice jewelry, not all of it to my taste but enough of it was simple and clean to be attractive to my eye. The Staff was a bit abrupt but were helpful enough despite being very busy. I was able to be assisted after about a 10 minute wait. The ring I needed to get in a different size had been retired so they had to send it off to get it resized and then shipped it to me. This was an approximately 50$ charge, but the ring was an heirloom from my Aunt; so, worth it to me to get done. The ring was at my door about 2 weeks later so the turnaround was faster than they had estimated. Overall a good enough experience and I wouldn't be opposed to returning when I'm back in the area.

👍👍 The staff is amazing at this location. Was greeted in a timely manner. Joan was the one who helped me I let her know wasnt in for a purchase just to browse, but still took her time with me. The store manager even came and introduced himself. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase.
