Went
in
to
purchase
several
items
including
a
ring,
charm,
and
bigger
bracelet
to
replace
my
current
one.
I
also
had
a
broken
charm
i
wanted
to
replace
as
well.
When
asked
if
I
could
replace
it,
the
manager
came
up
saying
that
it
had
been
snagged
on
something
and
she
would
not
replace
because
we
damaged
the
item.
I
never
said
what
happened
to
the
charm
and
only
asked
if
I
could
replace.
She
also
stated
that
the
products
do
have
manufacturers
warranty
but
she
would
not
simply
replace
the
charm.
While
I
do
understand
certain
policies,
I
did
not
appreciate
the
attitude
we
received
from
her.
She
kept
going
on
about
a
different
customer
who
ran
over
a
ring
and
wanted
a
replacement
as
well
and
did
not
let
me
speak
at
all.
Seeing
as
we
were
going
to
be
spending
a
good
amount
on
the
other
items,
I
didn’t
think
the
half
price
on
1
charm
should
have
been
a
big
deal.
The
store
lost
more
on
my
sale
than
they
would
have
by
just
replacing
the
charm.
Again,
didn’t
appreciate
the
way
we
were
being
spoken
to
and
just
decided
to
leave.
Won’t
be
returning
to
this
location
again.
