Nancy is great! She is very straightforward, knowledgeable and detailed. I came in with a very specific ring in mind to have custom made. Nancy advised against the setting and gave multiple reasons why. (doesn’t give good support, risk of losing a stone, etc) I loved how straightforward she was even after I expressed how much I wanted that ring. She said they could do it, but strongly advised against it. I appreciate that Nancy used her expertise to guide me in the right direction rather than just giving me exactly what I originally asked for. We all know that many other businesses wouldn’t have done that just to ensure a quick and easy sale. Nancy clearly has her customers best interest heart and cares about the quality/longevity of their jewelry. She spent plenty of time with me in person and over the phone to finalize the new design! Now, I have a beautiful ring that I’m absolutely in love with. It’s so much better than the original design and that’s all because of Nancy. Thank you so much!

Nancy's custom designs are amazing. She had designed a number of necklaces for me and then the terrible day came when my wedding ring broke. I took it to her shop and tearfully handed the ring to her. She took it, and along with the gold from my mom's wedding ring, created a masterpiece. It could never be the ring that I was married with, but I could not be happier with what she crafted. The creative talent that Nancy puts into all her designs produces wonderful pieces that are unrivaled. As she is designing for you she will talk with you to get a feel for what you want. As you talk, she makes these detailed sketches that are true to size so that you know exactly what you will be getting. She is very busy, so be sure you schedule in advance your time with her. I have never had a bad experience here, she and her wonderful staff are very professional and welcoming.

Nancy is absolutely amazing! I brought her an heirloom diamond ring that I wanted re-designed into my current wedding ring. She took a combination of a few rings I saw in my shopping process and saw the vision I wanted for my ring. My diamond was sent off for GIA grading and the end result is truly stunning. She created a custom ring that was everything I asked for and more! I highly recommend Eve's Custom Jewlery.

Nancy is an artist. She made a custom engagement ring for my wife in 2011, matched the shape for a wedding band, and built mine to compliment the theme. We still get compliments. Having them resized this year.

I needed to have my watch battery replaced. I walked in. I was promptly waited upon and my watch battery was replaced in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price.

I just picked up my ring and it brought tears to my eyes!!! The craftsmanship is just perfect in reworking my jewelry. I cannot say enough of how extremely happy I am with my piece. I’ve been doing business with Nancy over 20+ years and over that time I’ve had so many pieces made by her that I can’t even count everything that she has made me has been very unique and I get tons of compliments on all of them. She currently has two other things in the works for me and I can’t say enough about how she takes care of you and makes each piece with you in mind of how you live your life and moments she’s made several pieces from my mothers jewelry. She made an engagement ring for my son just recently, and it was absolutely beautiful like everything else that she’s ever made for me. I love the fact that it’s very unique and not like anybody else’s. Her work is impeccable, and I would not go anywhere else to have anything made I trust the knowledge she has in design and diamonds she explains everything and why something would work or wouldn’t work in a design we’ve grown to be friends over the years and I would never have anyone else do any of my jewelry all of my kids use her for all their special moments and pieces that they would like her to make I’m definitely a customer for life.

Spent $500 to get nothing in return went in multiple weeks in a row & was told to come back, but still nothing. Now when we call she’s magically not in the store every day of the week. It’s been TWO YEARS… two damn years. Terrible customer service & $500 still not refunded.

My husband had hand surgery and could not get his wedding ring off. Eve’s had the right tool and removed his ring neatly so that it can be resized and repaired.

Nancy is a creative and very professional. She listened to my needs and quickly designed a new ring for our 20th anniversary that combined several other diamonds and gold we already owned. I highly recommend Eve’s jewelry. It’s family owned which makes it more personable. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Nancy is a creative jewelry designer mastermind. She and all her staff are always welcoming and greet me by name. I've had several pieces designed and created by her and they are some of my most cherished jewelry. She also makes sure to fix issues whenever they arise; I lost a stone from a piece that was what I thought to be a unique and perhaps difficult to find stone, and she managed to replace it with no issues. Sometimes custom pieces can be a lengthy process but they are always worth the wait, especially to have something that is one of a kind and bespoke.

Eve's Jewlery needs to update their website. They no longer perform engraving services. They recommended Engraphics in Friendswood. Who performed the services rapidly and provided excellent quality work. At a reasonable price. I would like to add that I appreciate the recommendation offered.

Nancy and her husband did and excellent reproduction of a nearly destroyed wedding set. I am sure 13 tapered baguettes, channel set on a curve was a monster headache. I am so thankful they accepted the challenge, and so grateful it's every bit as beautiful as 30 years ago and brand new ...thank you💖.

This place came highly recommended by friends. I needed repair on my wedding ring so I stopped in and Nancy was amazing. She explained everything to me and was super friendly. I had my ring back within the week and it it looks as good as new. I will definitely use them for my future jewelry needs.

I have been doing business with Eve's Jewelry since 1995. I had an antique gold locket that required very delicate soldering to place a recently deceased picture of a loved one in it. They did an amazing professional job of mounting this delicate treasure. In the years that have followed Eve's has taken care of my jewelry; has found the correct mounting for a stone; has redone an old wedding ring; has found precious pearl jewelry for graduating nieces. Nothing but the best goes out of this establishment in a surprisingly timely manner. And they are charming folks.
