Beyond frustrated. Took a watch that was my deceased grandfather's in for repair. They decided to update the silver band which was a light grey to a dark black without consulting us about a very major change in appearance. Initially, I took the watch home because I was in a hurry, but returned a few days later because it simply wasn't what we asked for. We had brought it in to have a crack soldered and that was it. We explained that we did not like the changes they made and after some protest, they agreed to take it back and try to return it to its original condition. It seems that their idea of returning it to the condition it was brought to them in is to age it in random spots and haphazardly remove the black (see pictures if you want to know what it looks like now). My favorite part was that they told us we should be happy with the work. All their customers are happy except a crazy lady they dealt with in the past. They insisted it was customer service to make alterations that fundamentally change the character of a piece. Be careful if you care about how your piece currently looks, because they don't care about your opinion and try to call it customer service. To be clear, the watch is worn in but we liked the worn in look of it. It was not their choice to determine what the watch should look like. I wish I had taken better pictures of it before, but I am attaching the images I do have of before and after.

Took school ring in to have a diamond mounted. We got a nice sparkling diamond, lots of fire, and just the right size. They also enlarged the ring. They put the pattern of the bottom of the ring back on and the joint is totally invisible, even under their eyepiece. they polished the ring so it really shines like new, now. Excellent job. Extremely happy with their work. In fact took a second ring in for resizing after seeing how well they did on the first ring.

Excellent customer service! Exceptional repair work. I had a bridal set that had been cut off my wife’s finger. It was repaired by them and resized. They made it look like new again! This was done in less than two days time. My wife was thrilled! It was a pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommended.

I brought my Dads 1970 Rolex watch into Haddad Jewlers to get a service, I got the watch shortly after my Dad passed away. The watch face was badly scratched and the band showed a lot of wear and tear it was real dull due to neglect. They took the watch in for a full service where they clean and service the inner workings and make sure all the timing is correct. They also buff the crystal face and band. When I came to pick the watch up I was amazed that they were able to restore it to its original condition. Great service, they made me feel very comfortable leaving the watch with them, They are excellent at their trade, and I highly recommend you checking them out should you need your watch serviced, you will be in good hands!

Over price and rude and not very knowledgeable about jewelry as my experience buy jewelry I could tell they were not going to be any help just by simply Communicating with them. I was told a repair from all my experience that should I been any where from $15-25, would be $80. To add the item Presented to the Jeweler is worth about $200-250 based off the penny weight. Let's just say you do the math. Once again don't have a welling to assist, for one why would I walk in your store with an attitude and I don't know you. 2nd I could get the job done at that price but where I go is in Florida and I want to get the work before I go back to my 2nd home, and YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER BECAUSE, THAT IS NOT THE WORK THAT I ASK YOU TO DO. After a recommendation from a neighbor, my husband and I purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band here. They did beautiful custom work on my engagement ring and I love it SO much! It came with a matching custom wedding band and we were able to order something unique for my husband. From everything I have read, there is a bit of learning curve with wedding rings (and really all wedding things), but we appreciated them working with us to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. I was amazed with the unique and gorgeous design they came up with for my engagement ring with only a rough description and a couple of photos similar to what I was looking for.

I lost my beloved chain I bought in Dubai years ago. I was heartbroken. I just came from having a massage and saw this jewelry store and decided to go in. The customer service was amazing! I described the necklace I had. Although they didn't have one like it, the pieces they showed me were gorgeous and the highest quality that I haven't seen since Dubai. I told them I would be back with my husband since he wanted to come with me. With the holidays and a family tragedy I completely forgot to go back. Before Christmas, my husband decided to go check out the jeweler by himself and they remembered me! The owner's son showed my husband the necklace I had my eye on. It was long, however, they were willing to size it to the length I'm comfortable with. 3 days later I went to pick it up. Not only is it beautiful, I absolutely fell in love with the customer service I received. The owner reminds me so much of my own father, honest and kind. In addition to the necklace they sized for me, I bought another necklace with my birthstone. The owner found a chain that he knew I would prefer without me having to tell him. It's like he knew my taste! My husband also bought our daughter's necklace here. Absolutely breathtaking! This is the only place I will buy my jewelry from. I brought in a broken gold chain for repair and expected the cost to be 3-4 times what they actually charged me. The customer service is impeccable along with the merchandise. I don't wear much jewelry but they have some lovely earrings I have my eye on!

The BEST jeweler hands down!! I had a watch from my late father and they worked so hard to find a replacement band and did it!! Excellent customer service and quality of work.

I went there for the first time and I didn't know anything. From the moment I went in to the moment I left I was shown amazing service. John Haddad did his best to help me understand about engagement rings and show me the best variety of rings that I have seen. When I finally found my ring I was amazed by the quality of it and all the services they provide. I could not have found my ring if it wasn't for Haddad Jewelers. I am so thankful for this place and now I know that I will be there again soon.

They recreated beautifully a ring that I had purchased elsewhere but had broken due to poor craftsmanship. They made the ring look exactly the way it looked previously but in a hammered sterling silver. It is beautiful and I love it. They are easy to work with and give honest advice about the outcome of the work. Will certainly use them again
