My ring was damaged due to my negligence in knocking over an article on my desk. I lost the emerald and the prong that held the stone. I took my ring into Premier and had additional work extended around the back of the ring. They really surprised me with the work they completed on my ring. It’s beautiful!!!!

Not Even A Star. I usually bought Diamond and Jewelry on Blue Nile. However, my mom prefer Vietnamese so I took her there to support the local business on Northwest area. When we bought the Jade and Diamonds bracelet $2000plus$165 tax, the seller said she will take back her products minus 30% of what we paid, then we wanted to sell it back, she took minus 50%, and said because it's Jade, but she never mentioned it before. I'm so disappointed because I never think a Vietnamese businessowner could do that to Vietnamese customers. I believed that she would never treat non-Vietnamese like that. To the owner: I dont think you could be success more than what you have right now by the way you do business. To me, this is a not good business that there is very unfair and untrue. Not sure if my review will be posted but I still want to warn you about my experience.

Always professional and reasonable prices. The owner she is very polite and honest. I don't have to worry about her jack up prices. After we went through so many jewelry stores and found her was the most honest business. Been doing business at her shop for 14 years. Customers forever.

This whole experience with Premier Jewelers was a total nightmare. And I had to go through it with my fiance the whole time. They obviously does not know how to handle customers and what they really need rather than what they want. Helpful recommendations would have solved the problem easily. Now we're back to square one and I'm never going back.

I have purchased so many items from this location but last purchase bought a 800 dollar ring and rock broke in less than one month. Came to store for warranty and they want to charge to replace rock even after bring broken pieces. Never coming back

I am extremely satisfied with the service and work they do. Prices are very reasonable and when they repair your jewelry it is the best I've seen. If you need any jewelry repaired or want to purchase jewelry this is the place to go. When they repair the jewelry the area where it was broken you can't even tell it was ever broken in the first place. They have fantastic service and fantastic work, love it! ❤️

I have a really old Fossil watch that's discontinued but is still in great shape on the exterior. It recently stopped working, so I took it to the Fossil store in Memorial City Mall. They wasted a few days before they admitted they couldn't fix it. I took the same watch to Premier Jewelers on a Friday morning and they fixed it within 90 minutes. I know it's a small ticket item, but the young woman there was extremely professional and managed my case swiftly. I will bring all of my watches here from now on.

Nice work and quick turnaround time! I had them replace a missing stone on a family heirloom. They were very honest and told me that changing out the prong for that stone could potentially damage the main stone (which another jeweler failed to mention). Would definitely use again!

Necklace broke, stopped by to see if they could assist me (due to ratings) - as suspected, my necklace was inferior (bought on Amazon), could fix, but would break again. Well it did, so ask for assistance in a replacement necklace. Listened to my need and was very patience in getting me the right necklace for my pendant. Well left very happy with my purchase and well definitely be going back for ALL my jewelry needs from purchases to repairs. Thank you very much.
