I
been
a
loyal
customer
at
the
249
Lowes
for
the
last
2
1/2
years
and
I
come
in
at
least
2-3xs
a
week
to
get
things
for
my
home
projects/repairs
.
The
employees
have
always
been
helpful
and
the
customer
service
has
always
been
great.
As
of
lately
,
things
seem
a
bit
different.
A
lot
of
new
faces
all
the
sudden
there
has
been
2
instances
where
an
item
rings
up
higher
than
whats
on
the
price
label
and
cashier
argues
with
me
about
how
she
can’t
change
the
price
and
the
price
that
it’s
ringing
up
for
is
what
it
costs
.
It
was
a
clearance
lattice
divider,
tag
price
was
20
cents
cheaper
and
got
a
picture
of
price
label
and
all
the
dividers
in
that
spot.
Manager
got
difficult
with
me
over
20
cents.
Both
times,
2
separate
occasions
.
I
disputed
because
Lowes
always
honored
it
and
a
picture
don’t
lie,
they
finally
changed
the
price
but
not
until
after
they
refused.
Well,
2
days
ago,
I
was
buying
garden
stuff
and
I
forgot
to
get
hedge
sheers
,
I
went
for
the
cheapest
one
ran
back
to
cashier
cuz
she
was
ringing
up
items
and
tell
me
they
cost
32$
when
the
label
had
$22.
Ran
back
got
a
picture
of
label
and
the
box
underneath
that
had
many
of
the
same
sheers
I
had
grabbed.
Cashier
said
she
could
honor
it
but
has
to
get
manager
,
manager
lady
said
she
couldn’t
change
price
because
it
cost
32$
and
it’s
a
mistake
.
She
walked
off.
Then
manager
Paul
came
and
also
wouldn’t
honor
it
.
Paul,
in
the
past
has
delivered
a
good
customer
relationship
with
me
but
I’m
sure
manager
lady
had
already
informed
him
about
the
situation
.
I
left
the
sheers
and
payed
but
meant
to
put
it
on
lowes
credit
card
and
asked
Paul
is
it
to
late
to
undo
transaction
and
he
said
he
can
do
it
.
Well,
all
sudden
Paul
says
I
didn’t
get
charged
for
all
the
items
and
I
replied
“
your
cashier
scanned
not
me
“
now
I’m
super
pissed
cuz
I’m
having
to
pay
more
and
you’re
treating
me
like
I’m
stealing.
You
wouldn’t
honor
the
price
which
is
totally
not
cool
and
not
like
the
lowes
I
know.
And
now
ya
sound
greedy
trying
to
charge
me
$5
for
pea
gravel
your
cashier
didn’t
scan
.
It
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth
and
got
bad
customer
service
.
I
feel
like
Lowes
is
turning
into
a
greedy
business
and
that
$1000
i
spend
there
every
month
,
ya
wont
be
getting
any
more
of
it
.
I
will
be
taking
my
business
elsewhere
because
the
last
three
times
I’ve
stepped
into
that
store
y’all
have
been
difficult
and
customer
service
has
gone
out
the
door.
