    Posting this same review here, in case people in need of grooming services look at these reviews instead of the Petco Grooming specific google page. My review of my experience today 10/23: Today was my only baby, Luna, 's first grooming experience. I was full of anxiety before booking the appointment, but so very glad I looked at reviews first. I chose Brittany B due to her good reviews, and let me tell you.... That was the best decision I could have ever made. Brittany was very kind, informative, and great at relieving anxieties. She was also friendly and relatable, which is hard to come by! She listened to my concerns and took them to heart. She treated my baby with care, gave her a wonderful bath/blow dry and shed release treatment, cleaned her teeth to be nice and fresh, and buffed her nails to the perfect length. I did not want her body hair cut, but Brittany had no problem accommodating us by trimming ONLY her long paw hairs at my request! Everything about this appointment was perfect. Thanks to Brittany, I think my anxiety towards canine services has lowered dramatically. I HIGHLY recommend Ms Brittany B for your grooming services. Thank you, Brittany!

    Extremely helpful team, that are willing to give advice, and seek out opportunities to serve. They carry good pet food that other stores do not, thus making this a one stop pet needs shop.

    WORST GROOMING PLACE EVER! Been here for a few times and didn’t have any single good impression. The first time I brought my dog here they blamed him was being too active so they couldn’t groom him fully. However, they did charge full price for just trimming a little bit of fur. The second time they took him in but with an attitude. Finally, the most recent and probably the last time I would come here. My other dog was really matted since I was abroad for quite long and I know it would be quite difficult for them to groom him. But, the problem was the groomer’s ATTITUDE, again. When she looked at my dog at first sight, she asked me the reasons why I gave him too little grooming sessions. I politely replied to her that I was too busy and tried to book an appointment as soon as I can. And then, she began acting like she owned my dog and started raising her voice. She said that I was neglected and didn’t care about him and bla bla bla. I understand that it’s up to the groomer, but instead of giving me an advice or just denied politely, she put all of the blames on me without any evidence. I love my dog with all my heart and every person on this earth knows that, but I guess not her. Try avoiding this place as much as you can!!!!

    Good afternoon MS. Ashey is a great kindhearted person, i been going there almost 2 years but the last 3 times my papa was not cut right so i brought to Brittney attention she always came up with a story . i went to book his appointment with Brittney as i do every month well i was told MS Brittney assit manager she is refused to take care of my baby because i miss 4 appointment i was like what when i miss appointment is because i have a illness that's term ail and i make a new appointment an give her a tip and buy whatever he needs for a month, i was upset couldn't believe this ,i believed because i called her out on the job she had to get rid of me, i would like to Thank her i found a wonderful place that took my baby in and treated him like a angel its sad because aim a volunteer and see how the animals are found and for someone come in their life and treat them bad its wrong, The manager never called me ms Asley was amazing but to say if there groomer refused to take care of your pet there nothing we can do......I could not believe what i just heard her say ,so were is customer service , so i asked for anther groomer and she said they were book for months in a advance . ???????????? so i went to Panaras order my coffee sat there and just said to myself what is this world coming to ,but thank god i choice to move on i won't want to leave my baby were he not wanted. Good luck they lost all my family and my and my friends business for every. S o if you have a illness that is terimal don't miss you baby anointments you will not be able to take your fussy animal back. She knew i had a lines sad.

    If you’re closing 2 hours earlier indefinitely, you should update the close time here. We drive all the way here, thinking it closes at 9p and you closed at 7p on a Friday. And yes, it was an emergency.

    1 star for grooming. For about 2 weeks I been trying to successfully book a grooming appointment for my dog. I was a usual customer and would go there for grooming. Recently, they cancelled all my dog’s grooming appointments, even when I confirmed. I called and spoke with Brittney and asked why. I was not rude, just asked a question. She said it was the “system” which I know it’s not true bc it worked at another location. Minutes from ending the call, she revoked my ability to book online for any petco grooming. I asked to speak with the manager and she just transfer me over to their same grooming line and ignored the call. Won’t be taking my dogs here anymore. I highly recommend another location for grooming where they actually care about your fur babies and not ego.

    The staff could be a bit more knowledgeable. I've seen them lose the best of their employees to other stores and since then, the quality of this location has gone down. The fish aren't as clean as they once we're and the small animals could use bigger wheels that aren't made of wire mesh. They've replaced the ferrets with chinchillas which is cool and all but they could use a taller enclosure. The small pet stock is pretty limited even with items without preservatives or whatever. Overall it's a pretty good store but they really should raise their staffing standards for people who actually know more about the animals they sell. Pretty simple task in my opinion but the hiring manager likely doesn't know much about these animals themselves.

    We were in the area doing some shopping and the kids wanted to go inside to Petco. My kids have never been inside Petco and we’re pretty excited to see what was inside. My kids had an amazing time here. Jared, the manager welcomed us in the store and was more than willing to give us a tour. Jared was very informational and knowledgeable on all of the pets in the store. He educated the kids on how to care for the different animals and even let them hold some. We came inside the store 20 minutes till closing and we weren’t rushed out at any point! My kids really enjoyed going to Petco and look forward to coming back. Thank you, Jared.

    Was looking for a tunnel for my daughter's extra large rabbits. Though a female associate was busy stocking she took the time to show what they had in stock and suggested a child's tunnel at a toy store, what a great idea. Good to see customer service is still Alive in some stores, Kudos to this associate!

    This is store is great. But they will not price Match their smaller bags of Dog food for the larger when they are out of stock for says. It's the same volume size but they want you to pay almost 50% more because they didn't stay stocked. :/

    I come to this location because the whole staff is friendly and have brought my boy 3 times to get groomed and I always leave satisfied. I’ve taken him to groomers who charge me $100 and up and can’t even notice the difference. They do a wonderful job here for a lower price :)

    Been to this place many times to get pet supplies. Always a clean store with great staff, especially Hope but I don't think she works there anymore. She was great with assisting me a couple of times, especially one time with choosing the right type of cat litter when I had my two cats who have since passed on. I had previously used the clay litter but they were not effective with odor control, so she recommended the Blue brand wood pellets for cat litter (walnut based). That stuff worked really well and you can flush it down the toilet! I hardly had any problems, but you have to do your share of scooping out cat poop on a daily basis to keep the smell under control. I'd rather do that than change a diaper...lol.

    I looked up online a dry cat chow with good nutrition and value, saw the one I wanted to buy at the local store. This saved me time from just walking in not knowing what the best value of the day was.

    Doug the “manager” was super rude when I called the store, I had to make him look up my receipt after claiming he couldn’t do it multiple time (but yet found it in 2 mins) then his favorite line is “call in the morning so someone else can help you” WHY ARE YOU THERE IF YOUR USELESS !

    Don't know anything about aquatics if you need help. Maybe 2 people out of the bunch are properly trained and can help,but never at work. Some workers are incompetent with the basic of running a register.recieve a 3 because, unfortunately, this is the closest place to get everything needed from my dogs.

    This is by far the best petco I've been too, staff is always so helpful and they make sure I find everything I need everytime I'm in this location. I visit this location at least once every two weeks and I am never disappointed with the service I receive. I went in today looking for a certain item they had on display at the registers one time I went in and I couldn't find it anywhere. I asked the gentleman who checked me out and he helped me find it and even tho I didn't know the name of the product, I described it and he knew exactly what I was talking about and took me straight to it. I love when people know their products, thank you petco for hiring the best people to run your stores. My furbaby thanks you as well, he was so happy when I came home with his favorite treats 💙

    Bean had her first grooming session at 5 years of age. Staff were very gentle with her and wanting to make it a positive experience for her. Greatly appreciated by our family.

    I came in today and saw 2 thin Ball Pythons, one of which appeared to have mouth rot. Along woth 2 thin Savanah Monitors (potentially aggressive 4 ft lizards to who knows will be sold too). Dead fish in the tanks. I saw an employee sell a customer a Hamster with a 10 gallon aquarium when they should have 50 gals. This isn't the first time I've seen them demand money for sick animals, awhile ago I caved in and bought 3 sickly BP from them (for $90 super overpriced even if healthy) so they wouldnt die. The employee bragged about how she force fed a Ball python 3 times a week and because of her idiocy I had to euthanize it due to non fixable prolapse (and apprently this animal was sold to an ignorant family which starved it for a month). Manager cares more about making sales and money than animal welfare.
