If I wouldve known this place pays 7.25 an hour, only work wednesdays part time, I wouldnt have wasted my tires thread, add extra mileage to my vehicle and wouldnt have spent the gas. Not worth my time. You've costed me money today.

The staff is rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Firstly, I am here to pick up a vehicle that was purchased and paid in full. I made an appointment and had it confirmed. However, when I arrived the employee had no record of my appointment. I showed her the emails confirming, and she said she would "do her best to accommodate me." She said I would need to be patient while they found the car, and proceeded to complain about the size of the lot. The way she spoke to me was not friendly, it was condescending and demanding. It took them over an hour to get around to finding the car. Meanwhile, I wait in the Cafe' area. While here, I notice several other interactions between staff and patrons where the staff were blatantly rude. It was a horrible experience, and I am downright shocked by their rudeness.

When you try to call them to schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle they never answer. That’s during business hours as well when they’re supposed to be open. Also, they don’t return calls from leaving voicemails either, I’ve left numerous voicemails, by the way. I think they’re trying to auction my car but it’s paid off now. This really makes no sense.

Stephen and Sandy are both stubborn and do not have the basic knowledge of how to do customer service or build a long relationship with their customers. I will never do bossiness with this location as long as they hire such people here. If you have issue with those two guys, just report them to the corporate office.

The don’t care for the customers service no help at all with the customer service special from account department the getting worse and worse the need new owners taking over The lady refused to help me till go online and get it done and I know it’s could been done or handled more professional

I go to this facility to pick up vehicles from the storage lot. All the staff here has been very helpful in taking care of anything I need.

Best auction I been to so far. Last month managed to score good deals on perfect running cars, can't say that about to many other auctions around town.

This place does not care at all about transporters picking up vehicles. Called the day before they told me when we could pickup but of course no gate passes were put at the guard shack ! Waco Tx to Houston for nothing ! But if your bringing them cars you can come any time see they have made there money already on the sold cars so they don’t care anymore !
