Dear new owner, your employees are ripping you off. The place was filthy and all 3 employees were standing around shooting the breeze with each other. Seriously, the health dept would shut you down if they entered your place! Suggestion: hire only seniors, they will clean your place up, be there on time and actually work while there. Your business will improve 200% honestly. Fire every employee! they are killing your business and will bankrupt you. Just being honest. Every table was filthy, we had to clean our own table while they stood around talking to each other…the trashes were overflowing, every trash receptacle, the work areas were filthy and every counter space was filthy with pieces of old food on them. I just pray that we don’t get sick after dining there. Please, take this post seriously I know your hopes were high when you first purchased this Town Lake, Cypress, TX Mod location. I hope this info will help you but it takes you acting upon this honest and straight review to be a success. Great pizza and salad bar. On the top of this, the service is nice and when you order on line they are always on time. The restaurant in Town Lack was remodeled and is now bigger. Area for improvement: having a dedicated person to clean the tables. Tables were dirty and nobody assigned to clean them

Very delicious! I love the mod sized pizza with the create your own pizza option. I add extra pesto sauce after it's cooked. Very yummy! The service was good and it was a clean restaurant.

Went in today couple hours before closing on a Saturday night wondering why it was empty only to realize the employees having terrible attitudes and not wanting to work was probably the cause of that. On top of that they didn't have pepperoni or spinach and didn't cook my pizza fully. The bread was stretching and the crust was white and very doughy. Plus they had no cheese. Last time I'll be coming to this location. 0/5 stars

I really enjoyed coming! The service was quick and everyone was extremely nice! I had a lot of issues with the Mod on vintage park and was very relieved to see that not all mod treated their customers terribly.

I'm very disappointed, I purchased a MOD pepperoni pizza, that had very nasty burn taste, I flipped my pizza over and realized how badly burn the crust looked. Eating burned pizza like this can cause someone to have cancer. I'm very disappointed

Ordered online, but had to wait for them to make order upon arrival. Was given two coupons for wait time and free drinks. Pizza was good, but could have had more meat on it. New dessert was over cooked and dry.

Always so nice and fast . Ordered ahead of time and pick up said 55 mins it would take on a busy Saturday. According to online I came 30 minutes later just to check and it was ready. Very nice

I normally have no issues when I visit MOD pizza in Townelake. I picked an evening when the Boardwalk was having an event and MOD was bananas! I had never seen so many people there. I ordered mine online for pickup and I still ended up waiting for 45 minutes. Two of the three pizzas were wrong, but a BIG THANK YOU to manager on duty, Stephen, for resolving my issue, and handling all of those upset customers and unorganized staff like a CHAMP. It takes a high level of professionalism to stay composed under extreme situations and he did a great job 👏🏾.

I really enjoy MOD pizza but this location is VERY slow. It doesn’t matter if there’s 1 or 10 people in front of you. Every time I have come it takes at least 20-30 minutes to get my food. This last time, and the reason I am making this review, is because I got here at 7:05, placed my order at around 7:25 (2 minis and 1 mega) and I didn’t get all of my pizzas until about 8:05 I was waiting over 40 minutes to get my pizzas. The problem is not how friendly the staff is, the problem is how slow they are to process orders. They’re either understaffed or they are slow in doing what they do. A big issue is that once the pizzas are out they’re just sitting there. You’re just standing there looking at your pizza while the person who should be cutting them and passing them is ringing out a customer. I waited 10 minutes for someone to cut it and pass it to me. If you’re looking for a speedy meal this is not the place. There needs to be a more efficient way of handling the orders.

I love MOD pizza. Every location that I have been to has been good. I have yet to complain about anything I ordered. I don’t really like to eat inside because the music is a little loud for me. But overall the employees are great and make you feel welcome.

You cannot go wrong with MOD, and we normally always order off Door Dash or Uber (not sure which one), but it actually lets us pick all our toppings, EVEN FOR MY PICKY CHILD!! They also have really good salads if you’re looking for a place to pick up a quick salad to go.

Pizza was good Just need to figure out a way to cook the top of the pizza a tad longer. I only had 3 toppings and they weren't fully cooked Went with friends so made the experience perfect

Wow! Pizza was great! We love thin crust as much as other style pizzas. This pizza was top tier. So just for fun I asked if they could draw a Spider-Man face on my pizza with the sauce in my online order and they actually tried! It didn't work out so they drew it on the box. I love this! It's the weird little fun things like this that make you smile. We need more of this in the world today. Thank you MOD Pizza of Cypress. You made our day! You earned a forever customer. Excellent options for pizza toppings. Quick & friendly service, but the restaurant could use a higher degree of cleanliness. Only a few customers when I went in, but multiple tables that were not clean and the bathroom was messy.

Great personal pizzas that everyone can enjoy. I always start out with one of their basic pizzas and add a few extra ingredients. I like that they are pretty generous with the toppings. Pizzas are thin, and I've had a couple that were soggy, but still good to eat, but messy. I just have to remember to order a thick crust if I want it.

The food still great but for once can they properly cut a pizza? How we suppose to share like this? Everytime I come here it the same cut! Oven boy also need to stop throwing the pizza and his life will be easier if he set the box correctly facing him instead of throwing it on top of a closed box.

Had a great customer service experience here today. I had a pick up order and my pizza was missing an item - they were kind enough to remake my pizza. while I waited they even offered me a drink. everyone was really kind and helpful. you don't see that a lot these days! ❤️ mod

They did a great job remodeling this location. There is a lot more seating. For some reason the speed of service has slowed quite a bit. The food is great and the resurant clean, but the wait for your pizza to come out is longer than it was before. Still overall a great place to meet friends and grab a bite to eat.
