Great store (one of the bigger ones) with a large selection and good deals. Elkjøp is a well known and trusted chain store in Norway. Nothing negative comes to mind at the moment.

Not to big choice on products, the personnel has not efficient informations, they tell you everything you wanna hear, just to buy products. But they really dont know what they need to know about the product's.

Well known store in Norway, and has a lot of gadgets and electrical articles on display. A very nice 30 day money back deal on EVERYTHING (except returned wares). Some mess ups on deliveries and service (both heard and experienced), and once a salesman got way too eager on selling... don't like to have to be rude in order to say no.

Needed a micro, and they had one for sale for 499kr which is really, really cheap. Fast checkout and plenty of other electronics to choose from. Friendly staff

I've spent an hour listening to my mom's horrible experience with one of the employees. I'll spare you the lengthy details: the seller, he was: pushy on making a sale, disintersted in the details of the products and their features, terse and rude. Sure my mom is old, likes to talk and asks questions of what the difference between iron A and B is, but it does not condone this poor behaviour: This level of service is unacceptable. The store is great for click & collect. Go elsewhere if you have questions on what to buy.

Used to consider the best electronics and gadgets shop in Ålesundh as well as Norway but having some bad experience lately. Bought a gaming PC and next day had problem with it. They took about a month to fix it and provided me a very basic PC. I paid for a ryzen r7 3700x and rtx 3070 and I was given an Intel i5 6th gen with Intel hd to conduct my work!! They said they have no powerful PC available which is better than what I was given. Horrible customer service. Each week they kept postponing to return my PC. A friend had a similar experience about two years back and now it was my turn. Still 3 starts...but prefer Komplett over it anyday.

I tried to buy a foil for my new phone, they have a service were they install it for you — absolute disasters, took 5 times an there was always a bubble or some wrong shape

Went to buy a mobile for my son, and the seller proposed a protection with lifetime guarantee. It would not break. Completely false. The first time my son let the phone fell down, both protection and the phone broken. Went to the store, and they could not do anything, just replace the protection. But who wants a protection who does not protect anything. Will not buy anything from Elkjøp again. I do hate to be fooled. Completely misleading publicity by the sellers. Do not recommend at all.
