1st visit, waxing not 100%. Lady was lovely, though! I rang & asked if they could tidy it up. No qualms & re-did it free of charge. Emily & Simona were absolutely lovely. Thank you very much for fitting me in at the last min & not making me feel uncomfortable or in the way for returning. I do recommend & thank you both ladies for a pleasant visit.

Excellent service was such a lovely treat at great price too. Didnt want it to end. My face looks flawless after my facial 😍. Opens until 8 which is great for people who work days. So many treatments on offer. All the beauticians are so lovely. Can get all you treatments done in one place spa vibes.

Have been for my nails today, and am so impressed! If I could give 6-stars I would. I had been let down by another salon recently who had made all their beauticians redundant, and didn't tell me before I arrived for my appointment! Totally Polished quickly stepped in and were able to get me in before my event this weekend. Would highly recommend!

Just had the nicest Mani and pedi that I have had for a long while. Emily took great care, the salt massage rub product is lush and the choice of colours is fabulous. Emily was patient whilst I matched a shade to a dress I will wear at a wedding. I will definitely book again when I am back in Scunthorpe.
