My son went to camp here for 3 or 4 summers when he was an adolescent. The experience he remembers fondly to this day. He was in a program through the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries (DRMM) in Detroit Michigan. I don't remember paying a dime and I was very grateful as I was a struggling single parent. This was in the late 1990's and am happy to know this camp is still around. I have nothing but good things to say about the camp.

I went as a kid and became a junior counselor loved every moment😋 I attended back in 95/96. I also went to the back packing trip on Superior Lake for 7 days love it!! Very faith filled and individual time with God on the last day. I will always remember this experience the best of my life!!

We brought a group of visually impaired students here for a weekend of birding, nature study, and sledding. We had a great time!! All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Our daughter has been going to this camp for 2 summers now and she absolutely loves it! She is always covered in dirt and sweat at pickup, and excited for the next day! We highly recommend Wildwood for anyone looking for something awesome for the kids during summer break!

Had a great family time riding ponies and seeing the animals. The staff was kind and helpful. Very fun.

This was my 1st time camping. The activities that they have are fun. Bring gym shoes there's a lot of walking. Love the trails. The people there are very nice and helpful. The cabins need to be cleaned better then what they were. Over all pretty good 1st camping trip.

My 3 boys 6, 8 and 10 we ALL won over during their week at camp. They loved it so much they wished they were scheduled for more weeks this summer!

Wow! I was just sitting here thinking about my mom who died in 2019 from lupus. And I just thought about all the things she did for me. And I remember this camp! She sent me here like 4 summers in a row lol. It was sooooo fun. I was a kid. Like 11 or 12. I’m 32 now. I’ll never forget the experiences the cabins that well water we had to take showers in 😂😂 I’ll Never forget any of it! We had soooo much fun. I don’t even know how we knew of this camp. A lot of ppl from Detroit went here including me. My dad would stay and wait with me for the bus to come. I remember there was like a hunt or something we did up in the woods. And your parents could send you money to get snacks from the store. What a memorable thing. If I ever have kids they’ll Come here!

A wonderful team of day camp staff and a great experience for our 8 year old for her second year attending this summer camp program.
