I have had trouble trusting people treating my eyebrows in the past. But when I booked an appointment with beauty chambers, it was honestly the best decision ever. The customer service is very friendly and welcoming, I knew I was in the right hands. The decor in the building is absolutely gorgeous! Throughout the process, I was reassured that if there were any problems that could occur, I was guided with useful help! The results were amazing and I fell in love with how they looked. I have recommended this gorgeous place to my family and friends! And also the compliments I would get for my eyebrows were non stop! (Photos available on their instagram.)

I booked in for combination Nano brows. Jel was just the most loveliest beautician I've ever had and she did the best work of art of my brows. The best hygiene, no pain, clean salon, great music, care and the time taken for the best result. After the first session I had no issues, not much healing needed for me and after the first month not much fading either. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

I’ve been going here for almost a year now (finally a local lash/brow business) and I highly recommend!! Staff are very lovely and I know this place is so good when I’m always getting compliments on my lashes. First time adding a wispy look yesterday and I love it so much :) thank you Yena for doing my lashes yesterday and thank you Courtney for putting me on your guys lash serum, it really grew my lashes out and I’m definitely getting another one! :)

I got my brows shaped and tinted here at the start of december, and unfortunately my skin reacted really badly to the eyebrow dye they used (I had to get medication as my brow and eye area was really swollen and red) while this is out of their control, when I let them know about this happening they brushed it off in their emails and didn’t really offer any sympathy, or acknowledgement. I also suggested they do test patches the day before for people with sensitive skin, and asked for the ingrediants list so I can avoid whatever my skin reacted to, but they said they couldnt find it and that becuase it was dec it was really busy for them and they couldn’t help me any further. (Lol idk what businesses are not busy in december but anyway) ontop of this I was unhappy with the colour they tinted, as it was a dark brown and as I am ginger I asked for a dark blonde tint. Their reply to this was ‘some people take to the tint more’. While I loved the shape they did I will not be coming back due to poor customer service and feeling like I was inconveniencing them when inquring about their products used.

Fabulous place, great service. Lovely staff. Very happy with my lashes and eyebrows. Would highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back.

Excellent staff and excellent service. My usual therapist was off sick and I wanted my brows done before holiday...Molly was brilliant and now has a new customer. My facial from Jo was wonderful and I'm now saving to have a full course of cacia facials

I have used the beauty chambers for a number of treatments, including henna brows, eye lash extensions, waxing etc. everyone is super lovely there. I have recently had my eye brows tattooed with Jel and I am absolutely in love. They’re so natural, she really listened to what I wanted and nailed it. I would highly recommend seeing her if you have been thinking of doing this. I wish I had done it sooner!
