My son is 16 years old and he was having pain because of impacted wisdom tooth. We are from army so I suggested him to go to a military hospital but he was not ready for that. I was new in this station so I was having no idea about a good dentist but I was looking for the best option so I booked appointment in a few reputed hospitals but after reaching there I was not happy to see the hygiene and nothing was organised. I was very disappointed. After seeing the review on Google I booked the appointment here and went to meet him that time also I was not mentally prepared but after meeting the doctor my son was totally convinced. He is very soft spoken and grounded person,staff is very nice and cooperative and the best part is that you don't have to wait for such a long time. They call every patient according to the availability. Actually I want to write many more but in short the entire procedure was painless. My son is allergic so he prescribed minimum medicine and guided my son to maintain the dental hygiene. Clinic reception is highly unprofessional. They book appointments without knowing the doctor's schedule and misinform when called before visiting the clinic. 4 times I had booked appointment with Dr. Saurabh, he was never there in the clinic and above that receptionist pushes to get treatment from other doctor- Dr Pravisha Gupta who lacks skills. Once i went ahead with my tooth filling treatment with her as it was an emergency, the filling ached for weeks due to over-filling until it got fixed by itself through regular chewing and biting. No post service care was given. For bleeding gums, medicines were prescribed, which were highly ineffective despite of 100% follow through for 1 month.

I was detected with a large cyst due to wisdom tooth. I approached Dr Saurabh Gupta. He explained me the treatment plan in detail and addressed all my queries. He performed my cyst removal surgery on 7th May. My surgery was complicated due to high risk of jaw fracture as my jaw bone had become very fragile due to the cyst. But Dr Saurabh Gupta performed the surgery with huge precision and ensured that there was no fracture. He successfully removed the cyst and the wisdom tooth.
