Urbana is a famous and important project in Kolkata. It is one of the highest buildings in Kolkata. This consists of 10 towers. There are 5 towers of 46 storeys, 2 towers of 40 storeys, 2 towers of 61 storeys and 1 tower of 75 storeys. It is situated at Nazirabad in Anandapur. The security system is very good. It includes a wide garden, club and swimming pool. You will find many other luxurious and facilities there. Rubi hospital is at 15 minutes walking distance.

A conference room and dining room is available for marriage and family celebration. Lots of open space and car parking available.

One of the new localities in Kolkata. The in-house staff is professional. The whole estate is quite clean as well. It is a bit tedious to find and locate but when you enter it's actually quite nice. Landscaping has been done in a beautiful manner. There are some problems in the plumbing system, but I'm sure they are resolved fast as it is an upcoming project. The security level is quite high. The lifts are fast in a 40 story buildings. Also the 7 towers are not clustered and are good distance a way from each other. Quite windy from 6th floor onwards. Has good vibes.

High rise complex at Easter Fringes of Kolkata. However, entry for guests is very difficult. They'll make you feel like a criminal 😂

It is perfect it has a pool a club where you have a lot of activities and woah u love nature like me then it has like many plants and all it has a park too! I love it You can see the like video I have uploaded it has a lovly veiw right ?!
