Location is good. Very close to Unitech Gate 2. Infront of Tata Memorial Center. Parking space is available with a security guard. Food is good too. Go for anything apart from Tikka & Biryani. They are not upto the customer's expectation. Rest of the Menu is good. Pricing is pocket friendly. Dinner for 2 people will be within Rs.600. Ambience is good. Not at all crowded. Service is great. They have a big screen TV so that you can get entertained while eating.

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Dawaat through Swiggy, and I must say it was a dining experience I won't soon forget – for all the wrong reasons. I had ordered mixed fried rice, but what I received was a shockingly disappointing plate of leftover biryani. Firstly, the mix-up in my order was a clear indication of the restaurant's incompetence. How can you confuse mixed fried rice with biryani? It's a basic culinary distinction that even a novice should be able to grasp. This error alone speaks volumes about the lack of attention to detail at Dawaat. Now, let's talk about the leftover biryani that I was served. It was evident that this was not a freshly prepared dish. The rice was clumped together, and the meat was dry and chewy. It's as if they simply scraped the remnants of someone else's meal into a container and passed it off as a legitimate order. The taste was bland, and it was clear that the dish had seen better days. But the disappointment didn't end there. The packaging itself was shoddy, with the container leaking oil all over the bag and making a mess of everything. The presentation was so unappealing that I lost my appetite before even taking a bite. I raise complaint against Swiggy also for this they don’t do the refund also for this. In conclusion, my experience with Dawaat was a complete disaster. From the mix-up in my order to the subpar quality of the food and the lackluster customer service, there is nothing positive to say about this restaurant. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Dawaat to think twice and look elsewhere for a more competent and customer-focused establishment.

We used to enjoy the food over here.. But now they have decreased the quantity which is unfair.. The worst thing is we had to compromise on tast.. That's really unethical.. You cannot take advantage of people who really appreciate your food and visit your place to enjoy the food, the price is high, less quantity n not the same taste like before There is no normal water available in the restaurant as well.. Not a very good experience

Food is of decent quality and quantity. We also got chicken tikka masala, fresh sweet & lime soda, and Spl Mutton Biriyani. The chicken tikka masala and biriyani were excellent, however the sweet & lime soda fell short. You must wait for roughly 10 minutes after placing your order. The environment is well-kept and clean. Positive staff conduct. The cost is fair.

I cannot understand why they cant provide Normal Filter Water?? Why should I buy Plastic Bottled water when Govt is trying to stop plastic usage. As per latest Govt regulation All the Restaurants which are providing foods in their shop should provide Filter Water for drinking purpose if they don’t, then upon complaint Food Authority of India and Consumer forum will take action against that restaurant. Anyone suffering with this same issue, requesting to call consumer forum with Immidiate action. Rate of the foods are very expensive than the quality and as per quantity. Not recommended

This place is very nice, neat & clean. Staff are very decent. Location is excellent, on road just beside Newtown Police Station.You can easily locate from main road. Reasonable price offered according to food quality & quantity. Well decorated place. You wont regret selecting this restaurant.

Pros: Ambience and behaviour of employees are good. Easy to locate, park and spend hungry hours. Cons: Food quality below average. Food prices are too too too much high than the quality! Advice: If you can resist your hunger for 10 more minutes only then simply skip this place and go for other restaurant.

I had ordered Chicken Biryani which was totally stale and cold. The restaurant gets its crowd from people coming to visit Aircraft Museum otherwise it is almost vacant always.Also the price is too hight when compared to the taste. PLEASE DO NOT GO INCASE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY TASTE AND GOOD QUANTITY FOOD.

Dawat is a very student friendly restaurant. You will get multi cuisine here. But they excel in mughlai food, like biryani, kababs, etc. Indian food is good too. Ambience is mediocre. Service is very poor. Staff behave very badly.

This place is right beside the aircraft museum. It is too expensive. Even their biriyani is cheaper than their fish fry. There are very few waiters. The process of serving is really slow. They served others first though we came earlier. But they serve Biriyani really fast. The food quality is good. Nice modern atmosphere.

The experience is good and the food is very good but the rupee of the foods are not fair because I came with my mother and she told me that very foods rupees is like 200rs. So I think if you are coming to this restaurant you will have to bring like 10,000.🥲

It is a decent place. The food has lot of variety and ambience is also nice. Service was a bit slow but more or less good. The location is also good, right next to Aircraft Museum and New town police station

The food was okay but still overpriced. Location is amazing and easy to find. However, the customer service is what takes the spotlight. It's like being greeted by an army of dead. Waiters seem uninterested in taking your order, food takes hella lot time to be cooked. The best part it, they don't believe in "first come first serve". Pathetic experience.

Very bad food quality. Staff behaviour is very rude. i had ordered egg gravy noodles and it was very smelly and pathetic. They don't even apologize for it. So not recommended for dining at all.

I hated the service i wanted to sit on a seat of my choice which was away from the noisy kids but they didn’t allow to me to take that seat considering we were 2 people and it was a 6 seater table although there weren’t any guests who had reserved the table practically the restaurant was empty. The waiter or the employee didn’t care when we left the restaurant.

Nice people in nice place especially the staffs.They were so gentle and well behavioured that i give them tip without any thought(though i do it rarely) and the recepie was fantastic. So definitely 5 stars for the very delicious chicken cadai.In terms of budget ,u will find it at an affordable price.

Very long wait time after order like 1 hour. In chicken items 70% bones like Rara chicken. Naans are burnt and bitter in taste. Last time unable to eat due to very poor taste, wastage of money and time. If you have money go to Barbique Nation.

Although price got increased than earlier. Food taste have kept same. More improvement can be there. Staff services are very good.

The quality is compromised, so is taste. Lots on menu but on templatized pre cooked gravies. Kebabs were on harder side. Chicken dishes as well as mushroom seems to have moved from refrgarator to heater before being re-cooked. Overall wasted money over not so good food.
