Things were managed well. Agents were always available to help and were responsive. I had taken map plan for breakfast and dinner at hotels only. Food was good in all hotels. Daffodil at manali, Triund at Dharamsala both were providing very good food. Driver was always available at right time to pick us. Payment was taken only after completion of some service. Right information was being provided by the agent and driver for different visiting places and activities. It was 7 night 8 day trip for manali and Dharamsala. We had a good time. Excellent service right from the beginning. Mis. Dipa Banerjee helped us our trip plan at a very affordable rate as compared to other travel agencies. Shruti's assistance throughout the trip deserves appreciation. Naru bhaiya our driver cum guide, was with us throughout the trip and acted more like an elder brother to us throughout. Naru bhaiya's driving was excellent. Food offered throughout was delicious. I went on Ladakh tour with Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism. Amit Kumar Lamba was the tour manager. He organized the tour very well. Our hotels were very well provided and the food was also good. All in all what we were given in the tour was sufficient for me at least in this budget.

I want to give "no" star to this agency. All the person related to it are so cheap and mean minded.. i am just giving the following details. 1. They didnt keep their promises at all. At the time of booking they did many promises which are a trap to attract tourist. 2. They took different amount from different people for the same tour. It happened with us on Lahul Spiti tour just a couple of weeks ago. 3. They even contact with you after you made your full payment. 4. They willfully didn't include some major sight seeing in kaza. Hence, we had to give extra 5000 to make this happen. I think this is trap also. 5. At first they said a tour manger would be there but we found none. They even asked any of us how was the tour till today. 6. The driver the gave was very arrogant. During going to keylong, when one of our senior passangers of age 76 become sick and we all requested him to go back to hotel but he denied. He never listened to us. Every time he picked one of his local friend who traveled with us. 7. This agency dont pay sufficient money to the hotel so that the hotel gave us very poor food. It will continue friends. I just made a tour with them just a week ago. Take my word, don't believe them. They are not professional at all. They want to earn money at any cost.

They cheated on us ... they promised our stay in good hotels but did not instead we were forced to stay at some filthy hotels with worst food facility. They also did not pick and drop us to and from airport which were included in the schedule. Totally fraud and worst organisation to go with.

We twelve aged guys went to Simla, Fagu, Chitkul, Kalpa from 26th April to 4th May of this year through the help of this tourism. We all had wonderful experiences with this tourism. They did more than they promised. We'd always avail their service in future.

The worst tourism ever came across... they are the cheaters and liars.... during booking gave a set of hotels while touring trying to put us in different low quality hotels.... told us they work under Himachal pradesh government tourism but completely a private organisation.... From day one they started to cheat us ... they promise to visit us different places but during the travel they don't take you down there.... the fraud tourism ever came across... this agent should be closed down...Tourism minister please review this kind of organisations .... it's not only us they try to do but with every group of people .... the owner Mr. Navin should be thrashed out of this business such a liar and cheater of tourism business..... Unfortunately if somebody is not aware they will cheat in every step. They used to communicate with the driver at the last moment and will try to put you in low quality hotels unfortunately we have to threat every time to take us to our predefined hotels ... HP police co operates well with tourists so they are tight if you threat them to take it to the police station.... Fortunately our driver Mr. Karan was v nice and co operated with us ...but when somebody is in vacation for 2 weeks with a considerable money spent no body will be willing to take the same cheating business every day.... So if someone wants to travel with this cheater make sure you have the patience to handle this nuisance business .....

Nobody should go any where with this cheat tour operator. In our tour at Amritsar, Dalhousie, Dharmsala from 12th Oct , they have harassed us like anything. They have not given pick from Amritsar Airport on 12 Oct to hotel. We went to hotel at our own cost. They have not refunded. They have given us worst hotels at Amritsar and Dharmsala. Actually they are giving false name of the hotels at their memo. Totally, fraud organization . Don't go with them.

Sorry... If less than "one star" could be given I would definitely give it to this agency. I just made a Lahul Spiti tour with them few weeks ago and had faced a terrible experience from them. This agency is not a professional at all. They all need money. If you paid once they did not pay any attention to you anymore. At the 1st they would promise everything but later they just didn't care for you nor attend your queries..They did not give a tour manager at all for 13 days tour, which was previously promised by them. The driver they provided was totally arrogant. He did not listen to others. This agency gave a very little amount to the hotels so that they provided very bad and poor meal to us. It's a horrible experience for us. Please dont be traped by their promises. I think nobody is given good review against them unless paid ones.

Trip was well arranged an planned by Dipa Banerjee Driver Ranjit picked us from Delhi on time. Driver Ranjit was very good and cooperative. First we reached Shimla & Mashobra Height was booked for us. First we were unsatisfied with the Shimla stay but after that we were ok. Food was awesome in Mashobra Height and the staff were also we friendly. Manali Stay in Mirkula Cottage was very awesome. Stay, view from hotel and food was really good. even the hotel staff was cooperative. we enjoyed alot. But little unsatisfied with the Rothang Pass. Due to bad climate. we were not able to reach the Rothang Pass top. We went till Gulaba. We got to see the snowfall that was awesome & new experience for us. But overall trip was awesome and I like to visit this place again in my life time. Even the trip expense was within our budget. Once again, I thank Dipa Banerjee and Driver Ranjit for arranging this wonderful trip. 🙂

I travel with them 24th dec.2019 to 2nd jan. 2020 total fraud company. They talk one language at the time of booking after full payment they talk with me other languae. behavior is very dirty. They don't pick my phone after full payment and also suffering me whole tour. They could not deserves any star.

We had booked for 13 days along with HPHT and it was a wonderful memorable experience. As promised they have us their best car and along with a very humble and decent driver Mr Raju He is really a gem of person. He got along with us so well,that my kids misses him and calls him after the trip also. I will forsure suggest everyone to use this travel and will 100% again whenever I plan again for Himachal. Himachal Pradesh helpline is an awesome booking platform and also it is eco-friendly. Easy to use. Got good offers and even upgraded to another room category which was done very easily and at minimal cost. No errors while booking, it was quick. Also, as compared to other sites as good offers and commitment is awesome. We did online payment as it is quick and we received the confirmation voucher immediately with all details. (1) We a group of 15,visited Shimla.Kullu Manali Dharmshala Dalhousie on 20.October 2021 It was indeed a remarkable experience for us.And the credit goes to Mr Amit Lamba who had been more than a guide,a friend for us as he arranged our Hotels at Shimla Kullu Manali Our intenerery was designed by Amit Lamba ji so wonderfully that we could enjoy the bounties of nature throughout our journey also and enjoyed the whole trip .The Hotels were so beautiful that we were amazed to see .We experienced comfort, homely atmosphere,warmth and compassion there.The staff took great care of our group.We were provided with bonfire and they served us with variety of food in every buffet.If we stayed for two days in the same hotel they took care of the menu and served entirely different meal.For our good care in Hotel. would like to say special thanks to Mr Lamba Ji who came to us from so far to provide us with required documentation also.Mr Lamba ji and Tempo Travller Driver Pandit ji , both of them are so humble and helpful that all of my group members are deeply touched by their gestures.

The Kolkata Office have no connection with the Shimla Office, it was a bad experience with such tour operators. They assured us to provide us with Semi Deluxe Rooms and even took a lump sum money for that and then provided us with a low quality rooms with is not even upto standard in Shimla and Kaza. In Shimla they provided a hotel which is 12 km inside the Main City. A drastic and horrible experience with them. They only took money but no decent servic was given.

Absolutely fraud. They charged us for semi deluxe rooms but we were provided with low standard , dirty ,filthy ,damped rooms throughout the tour. There communication was extremely poor with us whenever we needed help. No prior notice of hotel names and other informations were provided to us.

Our family went on a tour with Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism and the entire experience was absolutely horrible. All of our money was paid in advance 4 months prior to the trip but the moment we arrived at Chandigarh our driver informed us we needed to pay him or he wouldn't drive us to the hotel. We immediately tried to contact the manager. Nobody picked our calls for hours and when they finally did they started making excuses and said the issue would be resolved in 5 mins. 5 mins turned into an hour or two and we had to raise multiple complaints before the driver was finally sent his money from the tourism. We were all tired from the long train journey and being put through hours of this was mentally and physically exhausting. Same thing happened while returning to chandigarh and we had to wait in losar khas for them to pay the driver. The security officials at losar continuously urged us to leave the place as fast as possible as the oxygen level was low and we had elderly people travelling with us. The driver paid no mind to this. The loss of professionalism and the inconvenience caused seriously marred our experience with Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism.

We selected Himachal Pradesh helpline tourism Company for our 6 family members' group customized tour for Leh-Ladakh and Kashmir. We traveled from 23-10-2023 to 05-11 -2023, 13 days and 12 nights. Mr.Narinder Bhai planned our customized tour as per our requirements. He planned and mange the complete tour above our expectations and provided excellent support during the tour. He is 24x7 ready to guide us and provided immediate solutions if any issues. He picked up the call even at midnight 2 AM also. He provided Tempo Taveras even for 6 people from Chandigarh to Leh and Leh to Srinagar. We want to experience bike riding from Leh to Nubra Valley to Turtuk to Pangong Lake to Leh (Approx. a total of 750 KM) for 5 days. He arranged 2 bikes plus one Innova as a bake-up vehicle for these 5 days and sent one tour guide cum mechanical supporter cum pilot rider with his bike. Mr. Rahim is our pilot rider on the bike and he also provided very good support he is very frank during the tour so that we can enjoy it much. Rahim was taking all the safety measures during the guided bike riding. As we know a very small accident also spoils our total tour but they are taking care of all the small things so that such type of issues do not happen to us. I appreciate their choice of hotels for accommodation and they provided very good hotels at each place. He also inquired with us after checked-in the hotel and asked for our comfort. Mr. Narinder bhai thank you so much to provide us with excellent support to memorable this tour for all of us. Finally, once you will meet Mr. Narinder bhai, you feel like he is a part of your group and all your worries will be converted into happiness in my opinion. Once again thanks Narinder bhai.

I have travelled to many places in Himachal with Himachal pradesh helpline tourism and can easily say that this is the most trusted and the best tour making company in Kolkata. To elaborate the hassle-free tours that I have made with hpht's, I wish to mention that right from the starting point, till the end of the tour, I did not have to bother about anything. The tour managers escorting the group are always very experienced and manage the trip very well. They have always been so friendly and helpful that I still keep in touch with many of them. The cooks and the helpers accompanying the group are also quite experienced and put on tremendous amount of workload throughout the whole duration of the trip. I always wondered whether at all they have any sleeping time during the trip. I have made at least four trips with the Hpht's and never ever had any chance of complaining about anything. The hotels provided by HPHT's are always of good standard and class and the meals provided by them are simply unforgettable. Finally, one can have all these at a very reasonable price. I went to visit kinnaur with Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism from kolkata.. I want to say that it was my best tour. The hotel in shimla Royal Regency. Was very good. In sarahan Snow View Hotel has a very good view and is near bhimakali temple. In sangla we got Rock View and in kalpa Hotel Kalpa Retreat was excellent with a very good view of kinner Kailash peaks. The food was very healthy and tasty the most important thing the Drivers were very good and experienced.... Hats off to Himachal Pradesh Helpline Tourism.
