We
stayed
at
Cape
Nidhra
in
a
group
of
7
for
3
nights.
We
had
booked
2
Sky
Pool
Suites
and
the
Family
Suite
(2nd
floor,
Building
2),
and
were
upgraded
upon
arrival
to
the
Moonlight
Pool
Suite
and
Deluxe
Sky
Pool
Suite,
both
on
the
3rd
floor
of
Building
3.
We
booked
two
cars
(Toyota
Camry
and
Toyota
Alphard)
from
HHQ
through
the
hotel,
which
were
spacious
and
comfortable.
Check-in
was
smooth,
and
the
snacks,
tea,
and
ice
cold
towel
offered
were
fantastic!
We
booked
our
spa
appointments
at
this
time.
I
would
recommend
booking
these
in
advance,
as
not
many
appointments
were
available.
The
Family
Suite
was
not
as
spacious
as
we
were
hoping
-
it
had
one
room
that
was
identical
to
the
Deluxe
Sky
Pool
Suite,
with
a
smaller
room
attached
to
it,
which
had
no
balcony,
but
a
large
jacuzzi
tub.
There
was
a
locking
door
in
between
the
two.
We
were
hoping
for
more
of
a
conjoined
living
space.
The
other
two
suites
were
comfortable
and
spacious.
My
husband
and
I
stayed
in
the
Moonlight
Pool
Suite,
which
was
very
comfortable.
Despite
my
overall
positive
impression
of
Cape
Nidhra,
especially
for
the
price,
I
thought
the
rooms
could
have
been
better
maintained.
For
example,
the
large
soaking
tub
in
our
room
was
dirty,
and
the
balcony
door
could
not
be
closed
(there
was
a
slight
crack,
and
were
unable
to
lock
the
door).
Housekeeping
was
also
not
as
thorough
as
other
5-star
resorts
that
I've
stayed
in
(they
did
not
remove
used
plates/cutlery
from
our
rooms,
for
instance).
The
pool
was
large
and
clean,
and
there
were
consistently
open
cabanas
while
we
were
there.
However,
other
reviewers
are
correct
to
note
that
there
is
a
contingent
of
older
European
travelers
who
liked
to
"reserve"
the
loungers
next
to
the
pool
by
putting
large
clips
on
them
for
the
whole
day.
As
a
result,
it
was
difficult
to
get
loungers,
even
though
many
were
unoccupied.
There
were
many
open
beachside
loungers.
The
beach
itself
is
not
private
and
is
relatively
small,
but
clean.
I
would
not
recommend
the
drinks
at
the
rooftop
bar.
Breakfast
was
delicious
and
varied,
although
not
fully
available
at
all
hours
listed.
On
our
last
day,
we
went
down
for
breakfast
at
6:45
(breakfast
opens
at
6:30),
and
it
was
only
partially
available.
Dinner
service
was
very
slow,
and
pricey
for
the
area.
The
food
was
fine.
Despite
spraying
for
mosquitos
three
times
a
week
(per
the
sign
at
reception),
we
encountered
more
mosquitos
here
than
the
rest
of
our
trip,
especially
during
dinner
at
the
on-site
restaurant.
