This is a real scam. Please do not waste your time here. The entrance fee is 50 baht for Thai and 100 baht for foreigners. No shops open except their own souvenir shop and small cafe. The areas that you can visit are mostly the entrance where they sell tickets and souvenir shop. What’s the point of paying money for these. Everything is not well maintenance. Very sad place to visit. Nobody except us there and the staffs. I asked the staffs why they are still selling tickets while they are all closed or they are still under-construction. They could not reply those questions.

It was like a ghost town. With maybe 4 families walking around. 90% of the shops and attractions were closed. The concept sounds nice, but seems to be a prelude for closure. Personally I dislike the rates, for tourists they charge 30% extra at the counter.

Nice place for taking pictures, small Venice in Thailand, but most of the shops were closed empty because week day and covid no one was there you can finish visiting in 2 hrs by taking pictures of all area .

Unfortunately, an abandoned place that wasted my time. There isn’t anything to do besides sitting on a Venetian boat for a few minutes. The place is completely a ghost town, all the shops are closed, construction work adored the entire place. In addition you’ll have to pay an entree fee that isn’t really worth it.

This place should be advertised as a ghost city. We paid the entrance without really to know what to expect. Inside the place, no shop and no restaurant were open and we saw less than 10 visitors... It felt really like a ghost town. Only the shop and cafe at the entrance are running. Not sure if it is more happening and vibrant on weekend... but week days it is not worse the visit.

It’s such a brilliant place for taking photos ,many shops are closed because of only few tourists come here. It’s good to come at dusk ,if day here gonna burn you.

Beside my family, saw only a group of tourist from Hong Kong. Like what other reviews said , it is a deserted ghost town with shops closed. Regrettable. Can only share our disappointment. Think this place could have done better. Making it a factory outlet place might be more attractive. Felt sorry to pay to come into this place. Also feel sorry for this place, not a single soul closed to 5 pm, besides us.

Open only after 10 am. This place is small. Not much crowded. Recommend for family with their children. Only 1 hr 30 min is enough. Package prices 100-399 Bh depending on the package includes.

Odd little place. Clearly a ton of effort was put in this place. Everything is so well maintained as if they receive hundreds of guests every day. Unfortunately, and like other comments report, there was only 1 other family in the high of the afternoon. Being in a ghost town kills the vibe a little. But on the other hand, no annoying tourists and you get the whole of little Venice just for yourself! We got in for free because we bought clothes outside. I don't think the extra attractions are worth the price.

Venezia Hua Hin is like the mini Venice. It is so nice and the staffs are accomodating. You can visit it for the price of 50 baht but if you want to use the candola boat and the upside down room(and use the train) you can get the ticket for only 150 baht. There's not much people so you can absolutely enjoy taking your pictures. They also have this small cafe which is budget friendly.

Was a spectacular beautiful place. It was closed for 3 years and has recently reopened, so there is still a lot of work going on. The shops are not open yet. Currently it is a place for spectacular photos. The entry fee was 100 baht but we each got a coffee or coldrink as part of the entry, so technically you get free entry.

Odd little spot. Plus points price not bad for spending a couple of hours Good for a few laughs Minus points Not recovered post covid and has a lot of empty shops. A bit of an eerie experience Overall provided us with an afternoon of fun but no replay value

I have never given anything a 1 star review on Google maps, but I'll make an exception for this. It looks and feels like a ghost town everything was closed. You still pay for entry yet there is nothing to do. At least you get a coffee for the entrance fee.

Huge Venetian inspired theme park in Hua Hin. Worth to spend at least half a day here exploring the outdoor and indoor games. There's an entrance fee so we purchased our tickets on the spot. The weather was very hot with bright sun shining outside so we didn't spend a lot of time outdoor. We took lots of photos in the 3D Art gallery which is air-conditioned! There were only a handful of patrons when we were there so it was quite quiet.

If this place would have shops in and around the park, it would be such a cool place. There are alot of cool art around but there is nothing in terms of activities. There are a couple of things but it's not worth visiting until the fill out the place with shops.

Waste of time and money. A Hua Hin vanity project that has died a death. All shops, restaurants etc. closed with 3 exceptions, very few of the advertised attractions are open. The gondola ride lasted 10 minutes, and the oarsman twice collided with the canal sides. The upside down house is very average, and it goes on. The minimum package is B299 (B199 of Thai) each. What you read on any websites is out of date. The place is a disaster, and its survival is unlikely. You have been advised!!

Place has good architecture building which good for taking photo only, dont have much things to do.. maybe a great place if you want to do some photoshoots.. our tour guide told us the place would be a lot merrier during weekends but i doubt it as the place is not very well maintained plus the ticket is price around 100baht for foreigner.. only 1 cafe is open and the food is average thai food for me, could have visited somewhere else

We should have read the reviews before heading here. It’s definitely a dying place. We paid 100 baht to get in and got some photos but that’s about it all. Didn’t pay for the extras in the package and glad we didn’t.

Sadly the place needs more people to make it lively. TBH 100 each as entry fee which you can use to go shopping is a bit steep plus extra for rides. We had a soda in the cafe.

A somewhat weird place, feels like a lost/run down theme park. Most buildings were closed when we visited, not sure of this is part of the post COVID aftermath ... had a great time nonetheless, cute cafe and boat ride plus staff opened one of the exhibitions for us - made it a nice family trip.

Some nice statues & sights with a pleasant gondola ride. Souvenir shop is relatively inexpensive and cafe has nice but limited selection. Service was great but place is almost totally empty.

***Siam Venezia It's a shame because it's really nice, but unfortunately I didn't like it. I think they invested a lot of money here.

This place is a disgrace. Charges you to enter and almost everything is closed. The boat ride and upside down house was the only attractions we got to use. All shops and restaurants (apart from 1) was closed. Staff all sat around doing nothing. The zoo was closed but we got to see how underfed the horses were. It's a disgrace 1) to be charging for this 2) for treating animals so badly! Avoid

Small and compact theme park. The 3D art galleries are awesome

Just let this place die. Or renovate it properly rather than charging an entry fee to a park that’s 95% closed.

Big! We initially went around midday when it was not so busy but that's ok. In the evening, it's a lot busier and lively. The kids loved the toy train ride and the gondola ride was very calming. There's the upside down house and the 3D house to explore and there's even a free play park with slides for the kids to enjoy.

If you are only visiting Hua Hin for a short period, don’t waste your time. There is an entrance fee which you can use on food. I had only enough to get a smoothie. Most shops are closed. The place was deserted and abandoned. If you would like a photo op this may be it but other than that it’s not worth it

A fun place with lots of potential. The place is lovely and does have a cafe, resturant and some fun activities (e.g. upside-down village, riding the boat, seeing animals... etc.). However, most of the shops are closed (could be as a result of Covid). Accordingly, you will not spend alot of time there. It is a good place to visit while you are in Hua Hin with limited scope. I hope that the place return to its former glory.

Nice place for hanging around. Ticket fee is reasonable price. But one thing, shop and activity 90% are shuted down. Which they recover soon. I definitely come back once there are more shop and activities.

😐 Expensive. They don't serve plain drinking water, and cheapest beverage is THB90. Chang beer is THB160. That's a clue about the pricing of the food too - very expensive for what you get. THB300-500+ for mains. Taste is so-so. Otherwise it's a nice chill spot, with pretty lights.
