We visited last week on the way to the bat view point. We were wondering if we would find the gibbons as no review had mentioned them for some time. We arrived around 2pm and found the whole family near the picnic area just beyond the park rangers office. They did disappear off into the trees further up the path after a while and may be harder to find there but they are around and worth looking out for if passing. We also saw a few interesting birds, kingfishers humming birds etc

Found another great coffee with lovely service. Perfect for single , heart broken people. You can have a loneliness walk , cry , and in the end sit down here, have some coffee then you will realize that coffee here makes you feel that you actually find your new chapter and move on. I would recommend to go for bikini waxing but coffee here is also a good idea 😁

Smallish, but well maintained park. Not many people even on a holiday.

As every park it changes with the season. Here it's nice to walk but end of February many trees are dry and she'd leaves. There is not much to see if you don't look closely and walk quite. The park is well kept and has camping as well as living quarters for groups like school kids. I would not want to be there if they have this kind of events. smile.

With the kids we have closely encountered Gibbons and thats why I am giving 5 *. Next to that this is a nice park to relax. Area is suitable for biking. I have added landmark where we saw the gibbons. There was a feeding box and they were around it.

This is a beautiful, well maintained park. It's got trails for walking, jogging, biking. It's Scott lakes with fish and other wildlife. It's got so many trees with lots of shade. It's got beautiful facilities and well maintained bathrooms. It has what I go down there for, a nice badminton court. This place needs and exceeds expectations.

MUST READ! Lovely place to walk around and obviously there are VERY CUTE gibbon monkeys. They are so sweet and gentle, but they are a bit shy too. If you see them, spend some time with them. They will take bananas from your hands, it's great. HOWEVER, right now there is only one family of 3. Gibbon monkeys can swing through trees up to 35mph and can clear 50 yard gaps, WHICH MEANS, it's actually quite difficult to come across them. I wish I knew this before I had been there as I didn't spend anywhere enough time with them. You have been warned 😊✌️🙈

Disappointed. After a super day at Phanthurat National Park yesterday, I had hoped for a beautiful day to walk at this Park. However, it fell short of expectations. Firstly there was no staff, anywhere. In a forest where you are inviting people to walk and cycle around, least one would expect some staff, helpers or meds. The visitor centre was closed. The coffee shop, closed and had a cat inside going through everything. The topography was un maintained. Plastic bottles were lying around in the greens. Overall a let down. Did walk a few kilometers but didn't enjoy it all. Needless to say, I was the only one there. Felt a bit unsafe so made an exit after sometime.

Silent park with fresh breeze. Has some path you can walk through, it takes about 30 min to finish. Nice place for relaxing.

We did a 5km run here this morning and throughly enjoyed discovering this forest park in the cool November temperature. Great long twisting running/biking path. We saw two gibbons and a beautiful bird. Fun experience that is definitely worth another visit.

Such a pleasant park for anything from a simple walk, cycling or just a picnic. We bought some pastries nearby from the Baguette Chaam branch and had a wonderful brunch there while watching the local family of gibbons swing through the trees.

This was my first visit to this park, the first being several years ago. It's set back off the highway, which makes it a nice peaceful place for a jog or a bike ride. Also found a shaded picnic table within the campground, so I rested a while and read a book. Some trails are shaded, while others are sunny, so be prepared for that. Bathrooms near the park office were of average cleanliness, with some squat toilets and some sit down toilets. I heard (but did not see) lots of bird life, however I didn't see the family of gibbons this time. There's a cafe on site, but I did not eat or drink there, so I can't comment on the cafe. Overall a nice way to spend a few hours. Admission is free.

It's a forest park with walking path and bicycle trail. There's an outdoor gym, toilets facilities, hostel Accomodation for girls and boys, event hall, camping area, cycling tracks and small Cafe for cold drinks. There are also a building allocated as restaurant but it looked abandoned when I was there. There are 3 residents big monkey 🐒 that will come to greet you if you bring food (I didn't met them directly), rather saw them from a far only.

Very nice and well maintained park snd camping area! We didn't see or hear any Gibbons in the afternoon and evening but they were quite active in the morning, around 7 am. Once you hear them, you can find them.

Good place on the way back to Bangkok from Hua Hin. It is on main road. No entry ticket. One can do bicycle inside the park.

We hadn't been here in over 10 years and was pleasantly surprised how nice it is now. There are nicely paved bike paths that go around the park and the Gibbons are free to swing through the trees. We saw 2 and they looked quite happy and healthy.

Nice peaceful green area with lots of space for walking or cycling. A good place to relax and enjoy nature. On top of that you will probably meet the gibbon family living there.

A great place to stop by when you are heading back from Hua Hin where you can immerse yourself with nature ... and 2 gibbons who swing freely through the trees ...

👍👍 The people of Cha-Am were amazing. We had a private back country off road tour. They provided bottles of water. And our guide didn’t hesitate to put on my friends GoPro. Definitely recommend. We couldn’t find a grab back because its a little far out but they drove us home for a fee which was great!
