Very good location, price, clean and well kept. Free water and coffee/tea at reception. Night food stalls with cheap and excellent food on the street 10m from entrance. Stayed in the room with fan only. Windows with mosquito net and 3rd floor means it cools enough at night.

It is clean and host are friendly. Host tried to treat well customer as can as possible. Location is best. center of huahin. Old building but it has elevator. Air-conditioner is new and room had renovated. Just expected how much pay for it. It is good for short term staying. Bed was hard. not soft.

Agoda deletes the average or bad reviews. The strange and annoying thing in this hotel is that next to the room door at the corridor in all rooms, there is a window consisting of slices of glass with some gap in between. Like this your privacy related with any kind of sound from the room is non existent.

500 baht, room with fan. Simple and clean, in a good location. Fridge, water heater, closet and desk. Seems well managed and good care of building and rooms. Mattress is firm, as often in Thailand, Bedsheets and towels are neat. WiFi is strong but need to login often. Better than many guesthouses around, in my opinion. Convenience store at the corner. Laundry in the parallel street. Walk-in rate is similar to Agoda price.

This is a five-star rating for an economically-minded budget. Please keep that in mind when you read this review. My room was clean and the air conditioning was cool. Showers are heated and room service brings two bottles of complementary water every day. The staff is exceptional and they have an English speaking representative 24 hours a day. Coffee is served in the lobby every morning and if you have leftovers they're more than happy to warm them up for you. This is top notch for a budget hotel and I only paid $14 USD per day for 7 days. Of course, the more days you book the bigger the discount.

My favourite Guesthouse whenever I cycle along the Gulf of Thailand and come into Hua Hin. Right in the middle of things, very friendly owner, immaculate rooms with fridge and even several international sports channels.

The location is good: there's food stalls right outside of the guesthouse in the evening and the night market and walking street are only a short walk away. Staff of the guesthouse were kind and helpful. The room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in Thailand and the price was not bad.

This place has perfect location in a quiet street. Extremely clean and nicely decorated room at great value. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again .

I enjoyed my 2 nights at this hotel. The room was spotless. The wifi quick. The aircon new and owners friendly. There is free coffee and tea at reception and a lift which is handy. The location is perfect close to night market and many food options and city centre. I'll stay next time in Hua Hin!

It's clean. It's basic. The shower pressure is amazing. The toilet is clean and flushes. My room only had a fan. There is no elevator. So if your room is at the top just be prepared to walk up the stairs. The location is amazing! You are near the beach, good restaurants, all the markets, the giant mall that has a uniqlo in it and the world market. Everything can be accessible by foot. If you'd like to take a tuk tuk they are everywhere! The area is super safe and you will enjoy yourself. Only downside. The room has lots of small little bugs that run fast but don't be worried bc it's so hot that these small things are expected. The owners are friendly simple folks. Take this room!

This little place is really nice for the money. And the peole who run it are amazing. I will stay here again.
