Hotel is 7 klms from town.no bars no Restaurants near.in fact unless you take A taxi tide( 300 baht each way).your Stranded there.swimming pool was empty and full of rubbish. The place is Nothing like the pictures.

I do not recommend this hotel. it was gross and the trip I was looking forward to, was ruined from this. It is dirty, they do not clean, and it looks like it came out of a 1900s $1 hotel. The air conditioning is barely working, the TV looks like it hasn't been changed in 3 decades. the walls are dirty and disgusting, the sheets aren't cleaned properly, the photos they provide are pure catfish and it is very uncomfortable. the restrooms look like you could contract aids from. all in all, I do not recommend this hotel, I hope you find a much better one and I recommend that you never come here.

It's OK to stop for a quick sleep but that's about it. It's cheap and they offer cheap breakfast. It's next to railway. Rooms are old and bathrooms are small. We booked 4 rooms and ended up having to change 2 rooms because aircon didn't work. And THERE IS NO LIFT!

Very dirty room and bathroom with mold on the shower tiles. Bedding smelt like cigarette smoke and bug spray. Hotel was advertised as 740 meters from the beach which was farther away. The hotel in general was run down opposed to the photos. We paid and left with in five minutes. Never again!

Good parking space, room is big but old... Toilet too old, need renovation. Mosquitoes too much.... 😢😢

Super run down. Paid for room but did not check in. Receptionist rude and ask us wait for he is having lunch and check in time is 2 pm. Full of mosquitoes at reception area. Place is run down . Do not believe pictures in agoda...probably taken at opening......one word advice....do not come

NO. NO. everything is dirty. From reception to.the bedroom. I couldn't even touch the curtain. No nearby shop, restaurant, ATM, 7/11. We booked for 4 nights and didn't even last 10 minutes in the room. No refunds on bookings. The hotel has no lifts. I have never experienced such. Don't even consider it. We drove back to the city and booked at Kiang Haad, which is near Bangkok hospital, 7/11, ATM, Thai restaurant across the hotel, near a mall, and waking distance to white sand beach. I would never recommend SEASON PALACE resort. NO NO

Absolute dump...worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The place is filthy with cob webs in every corner...i could write my name on the mirrors in the public areas. Staff shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. Would never stay again and would advise anyone to find an alternative place to stay. I suppose you get what you pay for....however cleanliness and hygiene should be compulsory for all budgets.

Good value for money while "on the go" and need to stop for sleep and continue next day. i was there 2 times within 1 week as i passed both ways on a trip

Ant infested. The rooms have seen better days. The wifi goes in and out. There is nothing nearby but the airport, it's not walkable .

Palace is a nice and relatively cheap hotel. It has a great breakfast, bacon, eggs, sausage, ham, salad. The hotel ...

Room dirty, air not working as it looked 100 years old and even missing pieces. Non-smoking room smelled of Marijuana. Had to be switched to another room with two single beds as opposed to the big bed reserved. Tv older than any I have still seen working. Expected to see old channel selector on it. Bathroom filthy. Mosquitoes in room. Bed linen dirty and had holes in it. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and that is saying something. No elevator so expect to drag any luggage up stairs.

Maybe its fair maybe not.....sad to say the place is really dirty. Very far from the convenience store. Sorry but I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic Hotel or Resort very comfortable but you do need transport as it is a little bit from City Center. The breakfast buffet included was wonderful.

The fridge was broken and we reported to the front desk who promised to replace it. When we got back 2 hours later, there were NO REPLACEMENT. WORSE HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED AND VERY DISHONEST ATTITUDE. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DONT STAY HERE! HUA HIN AND Thais are not represented here.

Travel in a frugal way and save money for local snacks. Location is not very desirable unless you travel by air. Don't expect the facilities and service. Bring your own hairdryer and towel. Be advised, Grab food and Bolt are your good friends. All in all, if you do not want to spend too much money on accomodations, this resort will be your first choice.

Nice and clean with a pool. Take earplugs as it is verry close to train track. Bit far from city but there are cheap buses from airport and no bother if You have Your own car

Excellent value hotel, while a little dated cannot be faulted for the price. More than got what I paid for.

I strongly advise against it, between the unsanitary rooms, the main road on one side and the railway on the other side.

Room is clear, lobby area is not that clean, far away from city centre.

The location close to the airport but far away from tourist attraction. Strong bad odour in the room. Aircon in the room I had stayed was quite warm instead of what it should be. The towel is itchy when wearing. If you use map location from Agoda that will lead you to a debris/wreckage. It was so scary. You need to drive further 150mtrs. NOT Recommended.

Overall: not bad. For the hotel in this price, generally, there are not much expectations except about the cleanliness. The hotel is not very clean. Except this, everything is good. The guy at the front desk helped me to call the grab, which is very helpful.

We were forced to move out at midnight. The hotel was disgustingly dirty, the bath rooms are not cleaned, yellow stains on the bed sheet, some dirty stuffs ewww! We booked through agoda as the pictures were nice and clean. The worst part was the staff, he was telling us that if we don’t stop posting stuffs, he will call the police! He got mad at the smallest issue. Couldn’t imagine we have to face this situation on a family trip! THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS AROUND :) JUST DON’T GET TRICKED!

Really bad hotel. Fish tank looks dirty, first impression when you enter. The room is old, linen on bed was broken, door to toilet is broken, closet door don't work, aircon sounds like the engine on a boing airplane, and only thing more loud is the train passing every hour up to hotel. Didnt feel like going in the pool, and after a quick look we skipped breakfast. Me, my wife and daughter will definiatly never stay here again.
