Seemed like a really great place until it didn't. The so called "laundry service" ruined some of our clothes, and when we talked with the owner about it the service-mindedness was completely gone. He blamed his staff and said they aren't his responsibility (even though he personally was the one to give us the instructions for the laundry service), he said there was no way he could compensate us for it in any way at all, and suddenly stopped understanding English in the middle of the conversation in what I assume was just a way of trying to get us to give up. We also noticed a few old blood spots on one of the sheets. While some facilities were nice (bikes, pool, the boring but better than nothing-breakfast etc.), the owners attitude when we simply showed him the ruined clothes just totally destroyed our impression of the place.

Lovely little and qutie guesthouse. Love the hosts. We forgot some items and they kindly posted them to us. Thank you for that. L

Nous sommes tombés sur ces chambres par mésaventure de notre nuit précédente dans un autre hôtel. Nous fûmes super bien acceuills par le proprietaire et avec un réel intérêt pr le client qui se présente. Au départ, hors de nos budgets de jeunes couples... mais au vu des chambres super propres et entretenues, avec du matériel moderne et récent, une piscine a disposition, avec serviettes et le personnel (2 femmes) super sympa et disponible. C était pourtant mal partis pour les 2 filles sur Hua Hin... et bien cet hôtel a su leur redonner le sourire. Des petites attentions bénignes, mais qui change agréablement votre séjour. Calme en bout de rue. Scooter, vélo gratuit à disposition. Une piscine privative au client de l hotel (6 chambres et 4 villas). Petit déjeuner en sus. Et des conseils de balade et de sortie à disposition. Un espace verdure et un espace terrasse sont à disposition.

Don't go here. We walked around in hua hin looking for the best place to stay at for a couple of days and chose this one. Turned out to be a bad decision. The host was enthusiastic about all the benefits of the place, breakfast included, pool access, laundry service and so on. However, I gave a bag of clothes to the personal be washed and got them back totally ruined. I talked to the host trying to give him a chance to compensate in some way but he did not care and just blamed his own staff for it. No sense of service at all. Really unprofessional.
