when
we
check
in

hotel
together,
I
thought
it
no
excuse
about
you
mentioned
we
using
two
different
name
to
make
the
booking
on
the
same
date.
And,
all
of
booking
are
using
agoda
to
make
a
reservation,
i
guess
i
using
my
booking
to
check
in
to
hotel
,
your
staff
just
inform
to
me
it
booking
for
one
night,
that
is.
2)for
the
accident
in
the
rooms,
i
only
got
some
medicine
and
your
staffs
ask
to
return
the
medicine
when
i
checking
out
only
..
please
check
your
cctv
about
ypu
mentioned
staff
offered
to
assist
me
going
into
the
room,
because
i
can’t
walk
out
to
the
room
after
i
fall
down
from
the
staircase
in
the
room,
Stop

please

how
come
you
can
reply
your
staff
had
offering
assist
to

person
who
fall
down
in
the
room
and
applying
band
aid?
Is
that

Is
my
husband

desk

if

map,
i
still

any
reply
from

hotel.
Worst
service
i
even
try
before,
try
to
communicate
by
email
by
never
reply,
i
have
accident
in
hotel
area
but
they
just
care
you
took
their
medicine
and
cotton,
charge
double
for
same
night
,
i
may
have
mistake
in
reservation
process
but
why
you
not
inform
the
record
to
me,
then
i
can
change
my
schedule.
