Located right next to other resorts. This one lead straight to its own private beach. There is a medium sized pool with a bar attached. They have their own parking. The rooms are very well priced. The room itself was very good. The Jacuzzi takes some time to fill up but that's not really an issue. Room service food is quite good as well.

Really comfy hotel with nice view, food and drinks. The bed is superrrrr soft!! I stayed in normal deluxe room while my freinds stayed at the pool villa. The pool villa is really unique with very big bathroom in the middle of the villa and pool on the 2nd floor. Since there's only 5 floors, there ain't many room so I guarantee the privacy during the stay because it isn't that crowded with guests. Happy hour from 4-6 and variety of cocktails. The only downside is the location, since it's abit far from the city (closer to Chaam) but overall it's a wonderful place!!

We planned a wedding at The Palayana back in May 2023. If there is any property I would come back to again and again and plan weddings with, it is this fabulous team. You never get no for an answer and they all are willing to go above and beyond. The resort is like heaven on earth, away from the chaotic mad life of Thailand nestled in the greens with the beach as the view. Very spacious rooms and the food is absolutely to die for. The prompt service is the cherry on the cake. A must must visit for a stay and most definitely if you want to plan an intimate wedding here. Your every penny spent here will be worth it. Highly recommend The Palayana.

Booked the Jacuzzi Suite for a total of 2 nights. The location was wonderful for those who are looking for a quiet spot to unwind, away from the city life. It would be more convenient if you are driving/riding as parking lots are also ample, with lots available at the lobby front as well as thier basement floor. The Jacuzzi Suite room was huge. The jacuzzi located on the balcony is big enough for 2-4 adults. The only downsides of the room is the drainage for the jacuzzi is not very good & will 'flood' part of the balcony floor when draining the water. Lastlt, there is no TV in the 'sleeping' portion of the room. Nonetheless it was a wonderful 2 night stay. The staffs were all friendly & helpful. Checking in & out was a breeze. Will consider to be visit here again the next time. 👍

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was very impressive and relaxing. My favorite thing was breakfast and space! We have a toddler who starts walking and I was very happy we chose this hotel. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. It‘s incredible that you always found smiles on their faces thru the masks even they were over 10 hrs on their shifts. One minus point is for a location and the door to the toilet. We didn’t have a car so we were mostly relied on Grab. It costed us ca. 1000 THB for trips to the malls and some sightseeing places because we‘d like to discover the area, not just spending most of the time at the hotel. Another point was the too-short door in the bathroom and toilet. When I went to the toilet at night and flushed the toilet, I woke my baby up because it was pretty loud and noisy. The glass door was just there to protect an unpleasant view but not for an unpleasant sound. So, if you are quite sensitive to the noise during your sleep, it will be definitely irritating.

My wife and I had our wedding at the Palayana a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely incredible! The property is perfectly situation for small intimate weddings (we had 110 ppl) and Sumeet and his team will leave you speechless with the food and hospitality. They were ever ready to accommodate. We had 3 events (Indian wedding) and the food each time was not only different but so unique you would need to read the titles of dishes twice. 'Green Curry Spicy Cheese Ravioli' for instance or a dahi bhala with nitrogen. My wife and i are still getting messages from friends raving about the food and the quality of the venue. Sumeet, the GM, is a stand up bloke and will go out of this way to ensure you have the best wedding ever. 100% recommend this place!

The best thing about this hotel is their rooms. Super comfortable and luxurious rooms with a great view of the sea. Their villas are amazing as well with indoor pools and a separate living area. The beach side was so quiet and peaceful that you could spend the entire evening there with a beer. Though Hua Hin is far from the busy Bangkok city (more that 3hrs!), if you're looking for a peaceful holiday then definitely consider Palayana!

Clean, comfortable rooms however we had trouble with the shower due to problems with the heating controls. It can get too hot for comfort. Also, the floor of our room became wet underneath the aircon area. The hotel only sent staff with mops to dry up the floor but the problem reoccurred the next day. Overall nice environment and good service.

The resort is good and overlooking the beach which is the best part. The outlook is quite fresh and they have maintained it well. We were here for a wedding and everything was managed quite well. Coming to the room, it was spacious and very well-lit (very necessary). And the best part was the food, throughout our stay most of the servings were good.

We’ve been here June 2023 and were really amazed! The hotel is directly located at the beach, has a bar and terrace with beachview. It’s supposed to be quiet and relaxing and it absolutely exceeded our expectations by far. The staff was very polite and attentive towards every possible wish we could have had. Everything is super clean, perfect service! That’s the best hotel I’ve ever been in, they don’t have to fear any comparison with Hilton, Hyatt & Co… highly recommended!

My second time in palayana, a decent villa hotel with a massive almost all the time empty beach. There are a few things wrong as example the consumer grade coffee machines at the breakfast area, some locks/doors which are not closing and some lights which don't work and no one seems to care or fix them even mentioned to them several times. Clearly not a 5 star hotel...... Maybe a 2.5 or 3 at max. However the villa was special on 2 floors and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was amazing. Rooms were flawless had everything you needed. We stayed in the villa so we had a pool for ourself. A beautiful room on the 5th floor over looking to gulf of Thailand. Generous on the luxury side and while the pool and beach side is a little run down the renovated rooms and restaurant make for a perfect recharge.

The staff's exceptional assistance, coupled with fantastic villas, rooms, and delectable food, made it an unforgettable occasion. Highly recommend!

Dear sir, 1)please stop lie, i think everyone know need to offer all passport when we check in to the hotel together, I thought it no excuse about you mentioned we using two different name to make the booking on the same date. And, all of booking are using agoda to make a reservation, i guess i using my booking to check in to hotel , your staff just inform to me it booking for one night, that is. 2)for the accident in the rooms, i only got some medicine and your staffs ask to return the medicine when i checking out only .. please check your cctv about ypu mentioned staff offered to assist me going into the room, because i can’t walk out to the room after i fall down from the staircase in the room, Stop lie please , how come you can reply your staff had offering assist to a person who fall down in the room and applying band aid? Is that ridiculous? Is my husband go to the front desk ask for help but the staffs gave hime some medicine only. In addition, if i not leave the message on google map, i still can’t get any reply from your hotel. Worst service i even try before, try to communicate by email by never reply, i have accident in hotel area but they just care you took their medicine and cotton, charge double for same night , i may have mistake in reservation process but why you not inform the record to me, then i can change my schedule.

My husband and I have had an amazing experience with the Palayana team, especially working with Sumeet and Deboshree. We had been in conversation for over 1.5 years, discussing every detail of our destination wedding since COVID-19 was very much a concern then. They accommodated our vision starting from working on a strategy to navigate our worries around COVID, the type of food, booking rooms, and taking the time to get to know our friends and family once we got on site. Not only did we have the pleasure of working with Sumeet, but we met with the chef that had created a unique, personalized, and elaborate menu for our three events - our family and friends were overcome with the creativity, ingenuity and taste of the menu. What made our wedding even more special was that The Palayana itself is a beautiful, relaxing resort surrounded by so much nature, exactly what we needed to escape from the city. Despite our busy schedule, we were all able to unwind - whether it was by the beach late at night or a mid-day nap in between events in the comfort of our rooms. Three days were not enough for us and we are definitely going back again soon. An extraordinary team we have had the pleasure of knowing.

Enjoyed an amazing stay. The resort and it’s amenities are spot on and very comfortable. The hotel staff is very hospitable and the management is very helpful. The beach and villas are amazing. I Highly recommend!

Such a nice time staying here even one night, the location is good it’s closed to Sheraton. The room is very big and nice decoration. Lol if you are a kid for sure you can run around the bed. The location around is cozy you can walk from the front building to the pool in 5 min. Nice breakfast, the food at restaurant is also good. The beach here is clean. I will come back here again for sure.

Beautiful place to have a beach wedding. My friend held her wedding here and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended. The staff were attentive and friendly. They worked as a team to make the experience great. The food was great too. The room is clean and spacious. Will likely come back for a visit again very soon.

2 bedroom villas are beautiful. 4 bedroom villas need more looking into! Need to be cleaned better and also are a bit basic on terms of general look and luxury. Very different from the rest of the resort. Service and food are simply outstanding! We celebrated our parents birthday and everyone made it just so special!

The only thing we like about this place is the size of the room. We stayed in a 3-BR villa behind the public swimming pool. This is probably the first least preferred choice of a 5-star hotel. 1. Surprised experiences - There's mold on our hamburger.... like on the top bun - Wedding event right in front of our private pool with attendance of monks. Who would wear swimsuit/bikni next to a few meters away from the event with clear visibility to our room? Very loud noise because they used broadcaster for the event. 2. Service : careless, non-welcoming language and gestures for a 5-star, slow service on low occupancy nights. Basically all staff except bellboy really 3. Breakfast : limited offering 4. Staff communication: all need to be trained to greet, response and offer positive energy We are really disappointed. This is actually my first 5-star disappointment. With regards to unmaintained in room amenities, old and broken, at least you should deliver excellent service and hospitality.

The best resort in Huahin. The staff is the best part about the resort, they are soo courteous and soo helpful, I’ve not seen this level of service anywhere else. I mean it when i say that they are the best. Thank you for such an amazing stay and experience.

Be ready to be cancelled on! We got in touch with Sumeet in December 2021, to book our wedding in April 2023. We had video tours of the rooms and were given a month to book our rooms (understandable). When we submitted our room requests (well within our timeframe) we were told "someone else has booked the whole hotel out". Incompetence at its finest! 3 months of communication with them and not once we were told there was someone else looking at the same dates! Glad this happened at this stage and not after guests were given the invites! Would avoid these guys to avoid disappointment!

Good hideout property with beach access. Got different types of rooms and pool villas. If you needed an escape from the hectic world , this is a place to visit. Don't expect much from their dining outlet. Just enjoy and relax.

Over rated for 5 star hotel, the facilities in the room is run down. Couch smell fishy. I arrived in the room and found out the breaker was tipped. So it should be something wrong with the electrical system in this room. Balcony light bulb is also broken. Even though the maintenance and service is very good, staff is very friendly and polite. The outdoor atmosphere and view is good, it is would be better if the room is in the good condition. The main pool is quite simple.

I’m having a blast staying here. The hotel has a spacious, well decorated & clean room. Sitting at the balcony & sipping a glass of cocktail is what I enjoy the most ❤️ Nice swimming pool and I also love the breakfast service here. Grilled tomatoes and potato wedges are my favorite. All staffs are nice and very kind. Definitely going back to stay here on the next vacation. RECOMMENDED !!!
