Everything in the guesthouse is lovely! The cosiness of the room (I loved the fridge), the decoration of all the areas, the impeccable cleanliness, the super cool space to work and also make coffee or tea, and, of course, the hospitality of the owner. She is very attentive, helped us giving tips on what to do in the city (including a wonderful view point that is 3km from the accommodation) and also where to eat. The guesthouse is located on the most famous street in Hua Hin, full of restaurants, bars and markets, and the beach is just a few minutes walking. We were going to stay a week and ended up staying almost two. We will definitely come back on our next visit to the city!

Great ambience. Didn't stay here myself but a friend did. Praised the staff friendly and helpful. Location pretty good many restaurants close by, and not far to the market , town and beach.

Really lovely place and lovely owner. Warm welcoming, room is big and clean, comfortable and nice shower. Fridge in the room, 2 bottles of water, soap. At the reception water for free, hot water, coffee, tea, cookies, fruits - just help yourself! In the street good restaurants, bars, coffe places. Value for money - I highly recommend this place.

Ok place but it is hard to find the staff if you need them. We where looking for help and we did not see them for 2 days. Nights can be noisy too because of a bar that is just aside the place. Bathroom is very simple.

17 nights at lovely guesthouse and the place couldn’t be named more aptly! Audrey couldn’t be more accomadating and the rooms are kept clean and tidy (even with me staying in them). I would strongly recommend a stay here when visiting Hua Hun. Thank you Audrey and staff! 👍

Very charming place! Fewer rooms and lovely decor makes it more personal than many of the other places in Hua Hin - we felt at home immediately. The host Audrey is super nice and welcoming. Location is near restaurants and bars but still in walking distance to the beach. Would def. recommend this place.

Friendly guesthouse with large spacious rooms which are very comfortable. Everything is of good quality, it's safe and it has a nice atmosphere. The only problem is that it is very loud until the early hours of the morning due to the surrounding open air bars playing loud music. It is also not very easy to get to the beach on food as you have to make large detours due to the highway and railway line.

Very nice and clean,quiet at night, nice eating places in walking distance, Walking distance from the beach and shopping centre. Audrey the hostess was very helpful. There is no elevator so if you cannot walk stairs not for you. The mattress on the bed needs to be softer.All in all got to see another part of Thailand for a very reasonable price.

I really liked my staying here!Room is super clean, big bed and nice bathroom. Beautiful interior design. Very friendly and helpful owner Oliver. Unbeatable price for all of these!! Only not much local vendors or local food around. It’s 10 mins walking to 7-11.

The place is now owned and run by a very amicable French gentlemen and is in a very nice part of the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, clean, smells nice and everything was just perfect. Will certainly live there many more times.
