Bungalow rooms set in natural, well maintained gardens. Bungalows are good size, with spacious verandahs at the front and rear. Beautiful bird sounds in the morning are great to wake up to. Two very nice pools. Walking distance from Cicada and Tamarind markets. Both great places to have dinner, drink, dessert and a nice evening stroll. And.... What great staff! Each one of them bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Our first trip back for 3 years post-Covid and all we can say is thank you !! We have been staying here every time we visit for the last 15 years and feel more Like visiting friends than staying at a resort. There have of course been some changes as expected but for any Covid sceptic’s rest assure there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Everything is catered for and Khun Sang and the team were at the usual high standard. We still cannot recommend this place enough.

This is s beautiful Thai style resort tucked away on a small Soi headed to the beach. It is really nice and the rooms are very appointed and maintained. Everything was clean and the grounds were immaculate. We came to visit a friend who reports the food is also excellent and his room includes breakfast for two.

I love this place! After having a bad experience at our first hotel, we were recommended here by a friend and it was literally like landing in heaven. Basic rooms but soooo tasteful, clean and not-humid which I think is hard to find after the covid lull. The staff cannot do enough to help you, and are so helpful, discreet and hardworking. On the weekends there is a night market next door, and they play party music from morning until 9pm but it didn’t bother us too much as we were at the beach all day. We loved the breakfast too. Can’t wait to come back again!

Lovely resort, small and quiet. Only let down was the noisy air conditioning system.

Stayed at a family bungalow, liked the style of the rooms since it has two terraces, one in front and one at the back with views of the pool and garden. However pool is small so if other people (especially families) are in the pool, it can easily get crowded and noisy. Mosquitoes are everywhere, all day and all-night (+ easily enters the room), so it makes it a bit uncomfortable to stay in the balcony or by the poolside to enjoy some fresh air. Also, there is a huge condo construction right in front of this resort so every 10 minutes the whole resort experiences an earthquake! Quite noisy during the day. Restaurant service is good however the vibe and interior is more of a canteen rather than a resort restaurant. For the price they charge, there are better resorts around. I would have liked our stay better here if it was really “walking distance to the beach” as they said, if there was no ongoing huge condo construction, and if there were less mosquito problem.

Lovely clean chalets with beautiful surroundings. Two pools, one with a Jacuzzi. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate. Two night markets within a few minutes walk. Would defiately stay here again if we return to Thailand. Just perfect.

Charming resort in Hua Hin just behind the Cicada Market. Loved the pool and the staff were very polite and happy to accomodate any request I had. Breakfast was tasty although limited in options, and walking to both the Cicada and Tamarind Market was easy. The beach nearby isn't exactly good for swimming as it gets filled when the tide is high. Theres free bicycle to use as well. There was also a goodbye gift upon us leaving and shuttles to downtown. The only downside IMO is the housekeeping. They left our rooms not locked twice after doing housekeeping (we were out in the city then), and they did not replenish the soap, and drinking water a couple of times. I had to call to get it replenished. Other than that, it was a lovely resort.

I love everything about Baan Duangkaew. Very near to Cicada Market u can walk only 2 minutes. 5 minutes walk to Hua Hin beach. We also rented a bike here just ask the receptionist they will assist u. We also extended our stay here coz we love it so much. The staffs were so helpful and polite. They ambience around the resort was so calming with the lush green trees around the villa and also the beautiful garden. Please take the pool view room if u wanna stay here. The pool was literally in front of our room. I barefooted from my room and straight away jumped into the pool 😆 i'm looking forward to stay here again. No other better resort than Baan Duangkaew! Thank u so much na kaa 🍀💚

Amazing little place. Good breakfast. Nice beach. Walking distance to the Cicada market, but be aware of music noise Friday to Sunday, but it didn’t bother us. Attentive and friendly service. Beautiful gardens. Very nice but expensive restaurants nearby. Recommend Blúport shopping mall, which is 5 min away by car.

t was the second time for us to stay on this place. It is still the same lovely oasis as we knew it from 5 years ago. Instead of an anonymous feeling of a big concrete hotel you have beautiful garden setting with lot of character and family feeling.

We stay in this Resort for 4 nights. From the first moment we can feel, we are welcome. Nice resort for people, who like to have a relax time in Hua Hin.
