Excellent stay, room and view beautiful. This is a hotel where you don’t need to leave. Pools restaurants beach all attached , well kept and professional. Our room rate included breakfast ( great selection) and more importantly access to the executive lounge ( free food and alcohol 5-7).some good South African wines Worth every penny. For a short break from bangkok, a wonderful choice, will do it again .

The facilities was immaculate, and absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the executive lounge and the service air was top notch. They cocktails quality there though was not the greatest and we were not informed of the breakfast buffet on the first floor. The staff there were very professional and friendly. Our room was gorgeous and the view from the bar on the roof and in our room was spectacular. The beach front was not very large. Security was professional and present throughout the resort.

The hotel is well maintained and right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to night market and all the good restaurants at the pier. Family mart is just across the hotel. The breakfast is great. A lot of choices from Local Thai to International foods. You can enjoy sea view in all the rooms! Amazing deal!

Was welcomed by a very classy looking lobby. Ambience was great with a nice view of the sea. Amenities were kept clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. However the room looked dated and in need of a refresh. That being said the room was spacious and ceiling was high. Felt like I was transported to the past. All round great 3D2N stay. Will visit again hopefully to a completely refreshed building 😉

5 stars: Friendly and very helpful hotel service, well-maintained rooms, attentive room service, 5 stars +++ Chay Had: We celebrated my birthday here, in a very nicely prepared pavilion, very close to the beach: what can I say: what a surprise! A great ambience, very good food and an excellent, very attentive service that reads your wishes from your eyes. 3 stars: Unfortunately only mediocre breakfast. Little choice, little variety

As a couple with a toddler, my spouse and I recently stayed at the Hilton Hua Hin hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and were delighted to find that our room was spacious and well-equipped for our needs. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the extra sofa bed provided ample space for our little one to sleep. Our request for early check in was also taken care of. The hotel amenities were excellent, especially the kids play area. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide selection of delicious options to cater for all dietary requirements. The hotel's beachfront location was another highlight, and we spent most of our afternoons lounging by the pool. Do check the fun activities at the swimming pool area every alternate days. I have shared the pics of list of activities. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly front desk staff, everyone we encountered was polite, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Overall, our experience at the Hilton Hua Hin hotel was fantastic. The hotel's excellent amenities, beautiful location, and exceptional service make it a top choice for families looking for a memorable getaway.

Nice resort hotel in the middle of the city, pool decent size, beach is non-existent. Enough facilities. Lobby and other areas have been uograded. The lounge is nice but decoration and lightning could be a lot better. We got upgraded to junior suite, but the room was mostly empty, nothing extra was done with the extra space available. No decent working desk or decent chair. Good breakfast and the restaurant on the beachside looked very nice but we didn't try it.

New renovated room adding with Plus after the room type. Quite nice and comfortable. The Room face to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach unpleasant not much private. There are so many hawkers with umbrellas and chairs along the beach in front of the hotel. ABF quite nice with variety of food. Hotel staffs were friendly.

A great resort at the perfect location with excellent service and an even better view! - The rooms are a little old and could use some renovating. - The restaurants inside the hotel are great but the large variety of cheaper options along the lane just outside the hotel are preferred by most, and rightfully so. - There are at least 4 massage places all accessible by a walk of 5 mins or less from the hotel. - A 3 min walk to the nearest convenience store ( 7 eleven). - The room balconies are spacious, perfect for relaxing and offer a view you can never get tired of. - Pool with a cool water slide, kid's pool, great cocktails by the beach, nice fitness center and several other amenities. All in all a great place to stay! Would definitely visit again!

Almost everything is excellent, including the large room with a view of the sea and the clean bathroom. The staff is cheerful and service-oriented. The issue is with the mattress and pillows. The mattress is far too soft. Lie down on your bed and drown. The pillows are also overly soft. They are  soft enough to fold in half. These mattresses and pillows make it impossible for me to sleep. I got  back ache and  shoulder ache, and I only slept for a few hours. Fortunately, I only reserved just one night. The previous four nights in Hua Hin had been spent at two different hotels, trying to find the one I liked best.    Except for the beds and pillows mentioned above, Hilton hotels are far superior to the other two.

We stayed two nights in November. It is clear to see that this is a 5 star hotel, and worth the money if you are looking for a great and comfortable stay in Hua Hin. We were wow-ed from the moment we walked in. We were served a cold beverage during check in and were also upgraded to a bigger room. The location is great. The hotel is situated at the more pristine end of Hua Hin beach. There are many eateries and massage places nearby including Chao Lay seafood restaurant. The night market is within walking distance too. There are tuktuks parked outside if you ever need to go somewhere further away. The room was rustic and you can tell the building itself is on the older side. However, the room was very clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The buffet breakfast is extensive with a mix of western/thai/chinese and is worth trying once. The gym on Level M, the swimming pool and the rooftop bar were fantastic. Lastly, the hotel is well staffed and every single staff member we encountered was extremely courteous, professional and welcoming. Great job team! The only thing that would have made our stay better is the quality of wifi in our room. It was quite slow and kept on disconnecting.

The place is amazing. One of those rare times that my expectations were exceeded. Recently refurbished, fantastic views, staff beyond attentive, and the best Hilton executive lounge (the facility, the service, and the food & beverage offering).

Please note I have given rooms 4star however I have not stayed here only visited. The rooftop bar is a great place to have a drink and enjoy the views, best to do Thu night during happy hour. The hotel facilities look great, I'd definitely consider staying here in the future. Not a budget holiday venue. Probably ones of the best services from staff I've had so far, very professional.

Really nice hotel in a great location. You can walk to the night markets and there are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. The pool also has a slide you can use (supposed to be for kids but plenty of adults were enjoying it too) and the staff are very friendly and professional.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay with the whole family. Breakfast was variety, the pool was the hit for the children. Staff super friendly. We had a great time.

My stay here was fantastic. With Hilton Gold, they accommodated my family with a upgraded rooms showcasing the amazing views of the beach and of the town. Breakfast at the hotel tasted amazing and the rooms and lobby are so vibrant. The service is top-notch. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Old hotels often have a great location but tired decor and ambience but Hilton Hua Hin excelled on all counts. Great location, well maintained resort and facilities (incl pool slide, squash courts, table tennis and a pool table) many being complimentary. We chose the Executive Lounge room and had a gorgeous view from our 15th floor room. The lounge itself was on the Mezzanine floor and though it was located on a lower floor it had a great vantage point of the resort pool and sea. Service in the lounge was excellent, serving breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail (decent range of drinks incl unusual ones like Moscow Mule) and the food was decent to the point that I hardly ate elsewhere. The hotel has 4 lifts and the 2 facing the sea offered great views (lifts had picture windows!) riding up and down. I end off with a heartfelt thanks to the staff at the hotel, the spa and the restaurant (Chay Had) who took the time to make our anniversary stay there all that more special 💕

The first time I spend my 18th birthdays at this beautiful hotel, 13 years later, last month I came back with my husband for our honeymoon trip and it was again an amazing experience like last time. It started with the service at the door. The check in at the front desk was memorable, after the check-in the staff guided us to the elevators, and gave us a small tour where everything was located, which is more personal than just pointing around 😆 the breakfast is huge, there was American breakfast British and Thai breakfast. I couldn’t even try everything in 3 nights that we spend. Also I have to mention the rooftop bar is stunning. ! I booked a room for my cousin a few month ago at this location and I cannot believe she didn’t went up there. Last thing, everything is walkable within the area.

We felt absolutely comfortable during our stay from the first to the last minute. A very large part of this was the really consistently very friendly and helpful staff. No one, but really no one has not done his job absolutely great. For this reason, a big thank you to all of the team. The hotel is quite well located, right on the beach, close to numerous bars, restaurants, massage parlors and other stores, etc. The complex itself is a bit older. However, it is well maintained and you can see that every now and then something was done. Nevertheless, it can not keep up with the one or the other hip new opening in Hua Hin. Our room was spacious, as was the balcony. The breakfast is extensive. But beware, there are a few dishes that are not available every day. Among them are also some things where you would not suspect it. For example, cucumbers at the salad buffet. For the hotel itself we would give 4*. But then it became 5*, because of the great staff.

Staff well trained, friendly and helpful. Swimming pool well managed and clean. 5 minute walk to Hua Hin night market and 1 minute to the beach. View at 12th floor was perfect. Executive lounge not much choice of food/ drink. Breakfast will change variety. Bed very nice and soft. Overall very good value.

This property is situated centrally in Hua Hin at an excellent location. Sadly it no longer warrants its 5 star rating. My room was in need of renovation. The furniture worn to the extent the chair's seat was shredded. Despite housekeeping's efforts, the floor was never clean. The impression being that of a 3 star beech hotel. Housekeeping was service minded and even offered to come back later if they came by when the do not disturb sign was on (they left a card telling you to notify them if you wanted them to com back). The room was quite large with a balcony overlooking the pool area and the ocean. The common areas was generally quite nice and in better shape than my room. Elevator capacity was reduced due to ongoing renovation of one of the 4 lifts. Even with all four operating I suspect capacity would be strained when the hotel is fully booked. The staff was polite and helpful.

The location of this hotel is great. All rooms has ocean view and the lobby is beautiful where guests can also sit indoors while enjoying the sea view. I feel so serenity when walking in and looking out side. I would like this opportunity to thank you hotel reservation team who help me result the mistake on the reservation with efficiency and with out any charge . I live in USA and come back to Thailand to visit family yearly for sure I will be back to stay here and recommend Hilton Hua Hin to all friends. Again Thank you. I will be back.

The sea is very close, the staff is very smiley, the rooms are spacious and clean. This is about it when it comes to positives. The place is very far from the Hua Hin city center, not really anything to do in the neighborhood. The staff does not speak English, they try, but they don't succeed. For a 5 star hotel, this isn't acceptable. The gym is a joke with only a few dumbells and a couple of running machines, this is it. The beach is not being cleaned after the high tide, while we could see other properties being looked after. The breakfast doesn't have many European options to be honest, 2 types of ham and 1 variety of cheese, that's all. Again, this isn't what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel was kind enough to offer a couple of wine glasses, but they thought that it was too troublesome to wash those after use so we had to do it ourselves. The pool in the villa is really small, also there is no feeling of privacy as the area may be overlooked by your neighbors from the higher floor. Overall, the weather was good and the stay was enjoyable, but the hotel had nothing to do with it.

The hotel has a wonderful pool with water slide as well as an indoor air conditioned children's play place with climbing, sliding, and toys. The hotel has direct access to the beach though there are many rocks that make enjoying the beach a little harder. There's also a lot of people hawking rides on horses, which is fine but it means you need to keep an eye on the horses and your children to keep them separated. The horses trek through spots that are appropriate for enjoying the surf and sand due the number of rocks on the beach. The rooms are fine if a little dated and worn around the edges. They nearly all have a great view of the ocean though. The common areas are rather grand with an indoor water feature and plenty of seating. The staff is polite and attentive. The rooms lack 'bum guns'/bidets though, so I can't give it the full five stars.

The location is very good. It’s attached to the beach and in the center of Hua Hin area. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Renovated room is new and nice. Sea view room equipped with balcony, you can enjoy Hua Hin beach view from the room. There are many restaurants in the hotel. Chinese restaurant “White Lotus” on the rooftop is very good. Price is acceptable. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor restaurant. There are varieties of food including international, Thai, with little Chinese style. They are tasty. Rooftop bar and beach bar are nice. Swimming pool is large with kid pool as well. Staffs are lovely, kind and helpful. Love this hotel. I would like to recommend for all type of customer.

The location of this hotel is great. All rooms has ocean view and the lobby is beautiful where guests can also sit indoors while enjoying the sea view. Went to celebrate a birthday and requested for a quiet room during booking for that reason. Was pleasantly surprised that staff made the extra effort to decorate the room and there was also a cake. I also arrived earlier and walked in for an early check in, hence was also surprised that the room was ready with the personal touch despite them just checking out a large group. Thank you Hilton for the thoughtfulness and it has been a great stay.

Upfront: The personnel was mostly very much friendly and I felt welcome at the property! Some of the people really need further training, especially given this is supposed to be a five star hotel. The room on the 16th floor was spacious, still needs some refurbishment, though. The breakfast buffet had various different foods to choose from, here I would still expect at least two to three different fresh juices to choose from! Also, something must be done in terms of more comfortable seating outside on the terrace. I appreciated the discount offers for loyalty members, but please refurbish and redesign the 17th floor - it could be so much nicer! All in all, I would come back, but I would not pay what is usually asked for during the season!

  • 2/5 Simon H. 1 year ago on Google
Compared to other Hilton hotels not as nice as expected. I would have expected that most Hotels would have renovated their rooms after the covid season, however, in this hotel the room floor is in a bad condition, the room door as well as the door to the neighbor room have gaps so that you can hear the neighbors talking and the silicon in the shower looked black / moldy. The check-in process was slow and you always have to keep in mind to tell the staff that you are a member of Hilton before you place your order rather than the staff asking you if you are a member. Those you won't enjoy the member benefits if you forget to mention that. The pool in general is nice and we really enjoyed being there, however, they forgot our small food order and delivered it after asking when it started raining. This was 45 minutes after we placed our order. The service at the roof top bar was also rather slow. On Saturday evening, we wanted to enjoy the buffet dinner which served all kinds of food and looked really delicious. It seemed like that the meat wasn't well prepared / cooked as it was lying outside in hot temperatures and was more or less medium rare to rare delivered on the plate. At 5am in the morning I woke up with stomach cramps and had to vomit which I think was from the food we had this evening, following symptoms which indicated food poisoning lasting for 2 days. On our check-out we mentioned the food problem, talking to the receptionist, the F&B Manager and the Director of operation. Even tho they all were really sorry about what happened, they couldn't offer us anything than the "sorry". I was asked what I would expect and I mentioned that they could give us 1 complimentary dinner, however, the answer was that if they would do that, they would admit that I got food poisoning from their dinner and no other guest had complained on this day. I was also blamed why I did not report the problem on the first day but on the second day, which I don't believe would have changed the situation at all. After looking up other reviews, it seems like that this problem was reported a few times before on platforms like TripAdvisor. In overall a bad experience as we only planned to stay 2 days in Hua Hin and we could not do much on the second day of our stay. I will anyways give 2 stars for the location and the pool area, as well as for some people from the staff which took food care. The missing 3 stars are for the bad handling of the problem, the long waiting time at check-in and the time the service took to deliver food and beverages.

Rooms don’t get cleaned very well. There was left over soap from bottles left on the counters. Hair left on the floor from previous guests or cleaning team. Comfortable beds, great views from either side of the hotel. Huge assortment of food at breakfast and an amazing pool.

We stayed in an Executive Ocean View room of this hotel for two nights (Sat and Sun). Our room came with buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. The food in the breakfast buffets and the Saturday evening cocktail were quite good. However, the afternoon tea and the Sunday evening cocktails were rather ordinary. The important thing though is, after all these "free food" at the hotel, there was really no need to eat outside. Indeed we skipped dinner on both evenings. Location of the hotel can not be any better. It is right in Hua Hin town, beach front, next to the piers (with quite a number of seafood restaurants to choose from), and each room has sea view. Our room is on the highest floor, and the view of the beach is just stunning. The large window besides the elevators on each floor is a very clever and thoughtful design, because it offers a great view of town and the sea as soon as you start walking towards the elevators. We are also impressed by the openness of the lobby and the huge swimming pool (though no time to use it). The guests were a mix of both locals and foreigners. Parking spaces seem to be sufficient and of good size The only thing is, the underground parkade has a funny smell. In summary, we are very happy with our stay at the Hilton Hotel and Spa in Hua Hin.

The staffs were super friendly. They responded to our request very promptly and anything that there couldn’t offer, alternative choice were there! Very hard to find this great service in Thailand. Whenever we walked pass any staffs, they always made a nice greeting to us. Duty Manager Khun Nun was very helpful. I had a problem with internet connection and she monitored the situation very closely for me with the solution offer. Regarding the hotel itself, it is one of the great place to stay with family. There are many activities I could enjoy such as a big outdoor swimming pool, fitness Center, tennis court and more. Thank you for a very nice stay!
