Great 5-star hotel located right in Hua Hin city center and just across the BluPort shopping mall. The service is top notch just as you would expect from Intercontinental hotel chain. Room is clean and well maintained. The price is a bit high though. They have a very nice beachfront bar and restaurant with very nice view and great DJ. The only drawback is their breakfast which don't have much selection compared to other 5-star hotel chain. But overall I had a great time there.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy beds. Great bathtub. The problem is it lacks 5 star touch. The pool had dirt and leaves around the edges. No trees around that would cause this. Poor maintenance didn’t go in felt dirty. Bathroom: My toilet roll metal cover is rusted with huge chunk of shine missing looking creepy/dirty. Mold around the shower hinges gross. No magnifying mirror for ladies for makeup. Even light covers in bathroom have rust/mold Why? Went to shower and the shower gel was empty. No bath oil or beads or anything so have to add shower gel. Also major mosquito problem and NO floor repellent to burn/coils on balconies so covered w bites. Pool closed at 8 pm so no swim after dinner. Daytime ladies pool bathroom no airco so sweaty inside. Outside handicapped bathroom had rust on metal trash can lid top. I’ve stayed at many of this chains hotel and this is just not what other locations ever had. BUT the staff is super lovely, the beach view is nice and again the bed was great. Hope these notes help. Not close to potential this hotel has as great location just attention to detail is missing big time.

It is a fantastic and luxurious hotel with a great location. Nice gardens and swimming pool next to the beach. It is a convenient shopping centre across the main road. Breakfast was great with many varieties of food. It is enjoyable for the vacation.

One of the best Hospitality hotel I have stayed in in huahin and it’s PETFRIENDLY. Every staff member here are well trained and super friendly+helpful. The breakfast here is one of the best I every had . Everything is made fresh to order. A La carte all you can eat. Fav is the intercon bf stack and healthy breakfast. This hotel is definitely pet friendly as it can get with a dog pool and a huge field of grass linked to the blue port mall . The rooms are clean and spacious. We also ate at cafe the khoi. The taste of food was good but the serving is quite small . And the drinks are pretty expensive but not a big deal just go into blue port mall for some drinks haha.

Had a pleasant stay of 2 nights at the hotel. Staff were very hospitable and made sure we were well hydrated with cool water at the pool. Facilities were great and the room is very clean with daily housekeeping providing fresh towels and water. Jojo who attended to us at reception check in was particularly attentive and friendly. She gave us many good recommendations for both food and massage. We appreciate her hospitality very much! Definitely will visit the hotel if I'm back in Hua Hin as the beach was very nice and sand is very soft. Great view for sunrise too

The location and rooms are both great. The breakfast remains one of the best. Unfortunately the rest of the food was extremely disappointing. We paid for the beach buffet which was poor with lots of flies (left me with an upset stomach). We complained and did get a reduction in the bill. Next day we had room service which was also average. All in all an unexpectedly poor food experience. Staff friendly and helpful throughout.

We checked into a Club Premium room at this beautiful resort in early April 2022. The room is spacious and comes with all the amenities one would expect from a resort at this price. We particularly like the huge balcony where you can lie down on its huge sofa, chatting, surf the net while letting the sea breeze chill you down. The only minor complain with our room is that it is at an angle and hence only gets a tiny glimpse of the ocean. As for the resort as a whole, the highlights must be its beach front location as well as the large swimming pool(s). It is just so cool to sit around, zipping a cold drink, and watching the activities around you. By the way, the welcome drink at this resort is one of the best we have had. On the other hand, the food at its the beach-front restaurant was only so-so: the pizza we ordered was a bit soggy, and they used the cheap sea-bass for our fish-and chips. Service was also slow. Overall we are very pleased with our experiences at this resort and would recommend it strongly. The only thing to be beware of is parking (if you drive) – if you are not used to parking in very tight space, it could be a lot of pressure on you when there are cars behind you.

The room is spectacular and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is directly opposite a big mall and the pool area opens onto the beach. It's a great family holiday space too with great facilities for young children in the fully equipped playroom and outdoor area. Great place to stay and have a restful holiday.

Amazing hotel, I've stayed here a few times. Best service out of all hotels, perhaps rivalled by Anantara in service, but location is a lot better. The breakfast is great too. Their ice cream is really good too, you should try it while swimming in the pool under the hot sun.

The best resort in Hua hin. It was my first time staying in the Bluport Wing. Everything is fine, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Excellent service from all staff members, especially Khun May/FO. She provided detailed resort information as well as helpful recommendations to enhance our stay experience. :) Even during this time, the beach wing is being renovated. However, I believe IC Hua Hin manages to handle a large number of guests in the Bluport Wing quite well. All services were provided with the same level of quality as previously. It means a lot to me. Room: I was assigned a Cozy room with a high floor. The room is big and has a lovely view of the sea. IC Hua Hin Restaurant and Bar 111 Social House: I urge that you try the 111 Social House restaurant. This property is owned by IC Hua Hin, but it is located approximately 1 kilometre from the resort. The hotel provides a shuttle service to get there. We have the opportunity to dine in the evening on Sunday, and there will be live saxophone music. Everything is fantastic. Excellent service and excellent cuisine. Saraan lounge: Located near the pool area. The atmosphere is relaxed. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the bartender who served us that day. His cocktail is incredible. You can sip and unwind here. LE COLONIAL: During the renovation phase, they provide a la carte breakfast. They feature a diverse menu with high-quality meals. Overall, we're having a lovely time here, and everything is OK, even throughout the remodeling period. This, I believe, demonstrates their professionalism. We will definitely return after the Beach Wing renovations are completed.

Had a fantastic and relaxing stay at Intercontinental Hua Hin. Each and every staff from porter, front desk to buffet staff were so welcoming and friendly. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their job! Resort is very beautiful, there’s 2 pools and a well equipped gym that’s open 24 hours. Their “private beach” is just a tiny sand area but it’s connected to Hua Hin beach. Didn’t try their spa (let’s relax is just beside the hotel 🤭). Beautiful room, love the bath tub! They use Harnn products and they smell so good! Super comfortable bed, I slept so well! There’s a pillow menu you can request. Buffet and set menu breakfast were delicious! Set menu breakfast portion was too big! They offer free flow breads, coffee/tea and juices. Hotel is connected to Bluport mall. Fantastic location! Personally, I will choose to stay at the beach wing next time, where it’s closer to the hotel’s amenities. But Bluport wing rooms are cheaper. Thank you for the very much needed relaxing stay. Will definitely return!

Good location. just opposite to Blue Port shopping mall. Good facilities. Many choices for breakfast but f&b staff were confusing. It took an hour just to get a cup of coffee and we got wrong order. No problem with other departments. I like the swimming pool here. It was a large swimming pool and there was a big jaguzzi near the beach front. The club lounge was quite small but not very crowded. Overall it was a good stay with intercontinental here.

It's been a comfortable stay. The room we booked is very nice with pretty decoration; the service was excellent and staff are all friendly, especially for my little girl, she likes there very much and have fun there. The pool is big and close to the beach, we felt relaxed during stay at swimming pool. If we plan to go Hua Hin next time, we will book this place again. 👍

Really enjoyed the buffet here, especially the ice cream and garden view. The staffs are so polite and friendly. Shoutout to Joe and Jie! Also, the hotel is located across a mall called Blueport, so it’s convenient for the guests to get what we need. However, there are some spaces for improvement in cleaning services. Our bedsheets smell bad on our first night here, seems like they weren’t dry completely. There was also a visible colored liquid splash in the hallway to the rooms. Didn’t know exactly why no one cleaned it. Overall, our family enjoyed our visit.

All good however my room stank of a urine type smell. It was so bad I had to sleep with the doors open. By morning the room was fine. I would have asked for another room but the hotel had full occupancy due to beach polo. Otherwise really good.

The gingerbread houses at Pirom breakfast line and club lounge are adorable with their little train and railroad. The new atmosphere by the pool is incredibly inviting. Cocco bar consistently delivers excellence. It's a delightful place for a rejuvenating experience.

We had an amazing time with our family. Friendly staff , especially the breakfast crew was amazing, nothing was too much. Our kids love going here, we spent their birthday there and they love coming back for the weekend.

We booked 7 Nights and extended for a further 3 nights from the 24/10/23, We had stayed at the bluport building with 2 cats during the renovation of the main building. However, this did not lessen our enjoyment of our stay, The rooms are big, clean and safe. The staff have a family feel to them and welcome you with their attentive friendly manner. The A-la-carte breakfast menu was amazing, The restaurant staff at this time were very helpful. A special mention must go to the amazing "Apple" (who really should be working in guest relations) as she had been the Heartbeat of our stay and relaxtion. Thank you to all the restaurant staff and chefs for an amazing stay, and we will see you again in April 2024.
